A staple per usual. Tried a tea for the first time and it was the ginseng ooloang. Everything was so good 10/10

Snowflake Tea House has a great variety on their menu -- from teas and ice creams to crepes and more. There are so many options to choose from, and everything I've tried has been really good. The place itself is nice, perfect for a quick treat or to hang out with friends. Sometimes the service could be a bit friendlier, but overall, it's a really good spot worth visiting.

Came back again to try the ice cream bread house! It's so fun and delicious to eat and makes a really fun dessert to eat with your friends.

My friend and I walked in on a Sunday evening for some tea. We got the Honey lemon tea and it came in a cute teapot with cute small cups. And we also got a Winter melon green tea. Both teas were delicious. I especially loved the wintermelon green tea. It wasn't too busy that evening so our orders came in promptly. They offer crepes which looked really good, but we didn't try it. All in all, a quality place if you love teas.

This place has really fun desserts. Be warned though - they are HUGE! Definitely share! Our group of 5 ordered 5 desserts and could have shared one or two! The Strawberry Love was our favorite!

Snowflake tea house is a super cute spot with amazing desserts. The honey toast was incredible and packed with flavor. There are plenty of options to choose from and a few that are great for sharing. The service was fast and everyone was friendly.

Love the food but some of the teenagers don't seem to know the actual menu. Asked about what's in their specialty Toast ice creams and server didn't know what ingredient/topping were in them. Overall place to get a late night sweet treat!

One of our favorite spots for snow and toast! You seat yourself but the staff will come and take care of you the rest of your visit. Cute space with plenty of seating for any size group. I love the huge toast sundaes with the sweet warm toasted "babies" hiding under the ice cream. Yum!

    Yummylicious!

Yummy! Love the pina colada smoothie! Super great service!!!! Very clean too. I come here all the time with friends.

I used to love to come here pre covid. It's just not the same since. The ambiance just seems to have changed and the staff seems rushed to get you out the door. I love their boba milk teas and honey toast.

Ever wanted some late night desert but was left without your craving being satisfied? Well you got this wonderful place which is open till midnight that will blow your mind. The staff is super nice and the food is too. We ordered mixed fruit crepe, lychee milk tea and a snowflake. All of them were delicious. I'd definitely recommend this to everyone.

The "snow" was really good! We got the coffee flavor and it was a little strong! The toppings were a good mix to it! The service was okay, it seemed as if our server was in a bad mood but other than that the food ice cream and such speaks for itself!

Wonderful place to fill that sweet tooth; especially during this hot summer. Service was quick and food was brought out under 10 minutes. I would definitely bring more friends and family to this establishment.

Surprisingly, craving this got me to come back a second time. The Fire Chicken Omelette Ramen had the same presentation, but Buddok ramen instead of sushi rice. Disappointing, because I could have just made Buddok ramen at home. The Schewan noodles were not spicy nor tasty. Takoyaki was good, on a bed of potato fries. Would order again. For the Beef Bulgogi Cheese Fries, the bulgogi is good, the fries are not. These fries are from the frozen section at Costco, make no mistake. They are bland, 2/5 star fries. Even if the bulgogi was on top of better fries, the bulgogi is dry and the cheese on it isn't melty or saucy, so the fries and the topping don't mix together well. Just a pile of dry food.

Their menu is small and curated to where everything is high quality and freshly made. I appreciate that the menu is self-serve and no tip is required, although appreciated. Service has always been good despite this, and I think they show a lot of pride and care in their work. The food is, to me, unique and there is no other menu like it in the area. The hot and sour beef soup is addicting, as other people have noted! I also crave it once a week, and come here for lunch specifically for that. They also have cheese foam drinks that are unique and I can't find any other place that does them quite as well. The mango cheechee was a good balance of sweet and creamy but the Grape Cheechee is a standout. The flavor of grapes with cheese makes so much sense but never crossed my mind as a drink combo. Instead, the atmosphere immediately felt tense and uncomfortable -- more like "hurry up and order or leave." The owner are def fuzhouese. One of the first things I noticed was two tables eating directly out of large rectangular aluminum trays, the kind you'd normally see at Chinese buffets or catering setups. This is a sign that tells me they are family member of the restaurant owner 员工餐 . It honestly threw me off and made the dining room feel unusual and unpolished. The female owner immediately came to the entrance as soon as I walked in, which added to the pressure and awkward vibe. My mom actually comes from a very similar cultural and business background and has worked with many restaurant owners in that community through commercial restaurant sales. Based on her own experiences in the industry, I became uncomfortable with what she described what possibly would be going on and that made me uneasy as well. At the end of the day, the atmosphere just didn't feel welcoming or relaxing. I ended up leaving before ordering because something about the experience felt off to me personally. There are plenty of other no-tip restaurants that manage to feel modern, clean, and customer-friendly without making people feel rushed or uncomfortable.
