A staple per usual. Tried a tea for the first time and it was the ginseng ooloang. Everything was so good 10/10
My friend and I walked in on a Sunday evening for some tea. We got the Honey lemon tea and it came in a cute teapot with cute small cups. And we also got a Winter melon green tea. Both teas were delicious. I especially loved the wintermelon green tea. It wasn't too busy that evening so our orders came in promptly. They offer crepes which looked really good, but we didn't try it. All in all, a quality place if you love teas.
Snowflake Tea House has a great variety on their menu -- from teas and ice creams to crepes and more. There are so many options to choose from, and everything I've tried has been really good. The place itself is nice, perfect for a quick treat or to hang out with friends. Sometimes the service could be a bit friendlier, but overall, it's a really good spot worth visiting.
Came back again to try the ice cream bread house! It's so fun and delicious to eat and makes a really fun dessert to eat with your friends.
They have a very good variety of desserts on their menu. I got a honest toast with ice cream and also a dragonfruit lemonade. The honey toast with ice cream was a big portion it's maybe for two people. I really enjoyed the toast as well as the ice cream. The dragonfruit lemonade was very flavorful. It tastes like they added a good amount of fruit. I would come again, if you're around the area i would recommend giving this place a try.
This place has really fun desserts. Be warned though - they are HUGE! Definitely share! Our group of 5 ordered 5 desserts and could have shared one or two! The Strawberry Love was our favorite!
Snowflake tea house is a super cute spot with amazing desserts. The honey toast was incredible and packed with flavor. There are plenty of options to choose from and a few that are great for sharing. The service was fast and everyone was friendly.
One of our favorite spots for snow and toast! You seat yourself but the staff will come and take care of you the rest of your visit. Cute space with plenty of seating for any size group. I love the huge toast sundaes with the sweet warm toasted "babies" hiding under the ice cream. Yum!
Love the food but some of the teenagers don't seem to know the actual menu. Asked about what's in their specialty Toast ice creams and server didn't know what ingredient/topping were in them. Overall place to get a late night sweet treat!
I used to love to come here pre covid. It's just not the same since. The ambiance just seems to have changed and the staff seems rushed to get you out the door. I love their boba milk teas and honey toast.
Decided to come here after dinner for dessert. I was actually looking forward to this place since looking at pictures of desserts they had, but I was a bit disappointed. We ordered the toasted bread with chocolate ice cream and the shaved ice dessert. The texture of the shaved ice was off and it wasn't good at all. I've had better. I'm not gonna even comment on the toast dessert. We probably just ordered the wrong desserts at this place. There was somewhat of social distancing, but it ended up being crowded. Service was okay, our dessert took a while to come out. read more

Another fantastic late night Yelp find! They have all sorts of toasts, desserts and snacks! The Black Humor aka the Oreo Chocolate Honey Toast is just delicious! They have shaved ice too and they're open until 11pm! Definitely recommend checking them out! read more

we came in we got greeted very nicely by two young guys ! we sat down , ordered , and literally within 5 min our order came out !! everything was fresh & delicious. also so amazed at how the Macaroons are only $1.75 definitely cannot beat that price for real compared to other places i usually go to . prices here in general are very worth it !! read more

Wanted to try some good tea and drove here to give it a try. Service was so helpful and sweet, they helped me choose a great tea when I had no idea on the flavors. We had the Honey Kumquat and it was incredibly delicious and helped my sore throat immensely! Even though we weren't in the mood for crepes we did see someone order them and they came out smelling amazing! It also is an incredibly cute place with a nice menu and pink furniture, I loved the displays of tea sets on the wall and I'd love to come again! read more
I've been going to snowflake ever since they opened years back. I always get their crepes! They are so delicious and a perfect balance between the ice cream, the crepe, and the toppings. I also love their hot teas. They come in a super cute tea set with a little candle lit to keep the pot warm. Also, their boba is sooooo affordable, compared to other boba places, and it's not bad either. A perfect late night or after-dinner dessert spot. read more

Hands down my favorite dessert place in Atlanta. Ever since I have discovered Snowflake, I have gone back so many times and recommended it to my friends. Their signature snow is one for the books. You pick your base, sauce, toppings and it's an absolutely party in your mouth. We picked tarp signature snow, topped with condensed milk and lychee and mango popping bubbles. Tasted like a dream! Already plotting my next trip to Duluth to stop by again. read more

Great shaved snow! I got the green tea with red bean (red bean was so so) And condensed milk because it's my cheat day with pineapples and grass jelly. Each bite was delightful and I would definitely come back again with friends because it seems like a nice place to chill with games. ------FOOD & DRINKS------ Lavender rose tea- it comes out in a cute teapot that is kept warm with a candle underneath it. It was enough tea for 4 people with left overs. 10/10 Shaved ice- It's huge. I came here for the first time last weekend and thought tea was amazing, the toast was good, and the service was alright. I would go again, but would probably try other spots first. It was ~8pm on a Sunday night, and it was PACKED. We were a large group and seated immediately, but others behind us had to wait for a while. The servers took a while to make it to our table with menus and then again to take our order. However, they were really nice and patient throughout. We did unfortunately get the wrong tea (mango instead of lychee), but didn't send it back because it would've taken too long. The mango was good, though. The toast was beautifully presented and looks HUGE but it's carved out in the middle so not as dense as you'd expect. We split it among 5 people and it was still more than enough. I thought the ice cream was better quality than the toast (we got vanilla, coffee, and matcha) but thought the toast was a unique addition. It's been a while since we came back due to COVID. The strawberry crepe was delicious- sour and sweet strawberries with chocolate syrup, soft crepe, and vanilla icecream. The banana splits was tasty and is my favorite. Three ice cream flavors were strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate. Toppings were sprinkles, whipping creams, chocolate chips, crunchy sweet peanuts, chocolate syrup, and banana on the side. Total was around $14. The wait time was long (more than 15 minutes) but they are understaffed on Friday afternoon. However, the desserts arrived quick (less than 10 minutes). Definitely come back later in Summer. read more

I love going here for some thinly shaved ice cream. I took my mom here for the first time and she loved it so much she asked to go again the next day. They have a great variety of flavors, toppings and other desserts you can choose from. My favorite is the strawberry snow ice cream with condense milk, mochi and fresh strawberries. It's so refreshing! It's always on our must stop by when we're in town. read more

We ordered the summer style. It came just as pictured. It was enough for three of us to split. It probably would have been enough for five people because we could not finish it. The fruit was very fresh and the ice cream was tasty. It was loaded with ice cream and chunks of cake inside. When we arrived we were the only ones there and a few more guest came before we left. It was a very nice treat. I don't think it's something that I would go back to have a second time but it's very nice to experience it. read more

Found Snowflake Tea House on Yelp while searching for some shaved ice for dessert and a new place in the area to try. It is located in a strip mall next to a few other dessert/bakery places that we have been to before (Sweet Hut, Coffee by Hand). In our opinion, the ambiance was not as great as that of the neighboring places since it does not look as modern, but it was still pretty popular on a Monday night. We ordered the matcha red bean shaved snow with condensed milk, mochi, oreo, and added on mango for an extra $1. The consistency was thicker, more like ice cream. While it still tasted good, it was heavier than what we wanted and not what we expected. My cousin prefers the shaved ice at The Coffee by Hand, but we both agreed that some of the other menu items here looked much better and may be more worth trying. read more

Sit down dessert shop, decorated very cute and had board games you could play. The layout of the restaurant was confusing at first, its setup like you order first and then sit down, but it is the opposite, you order at your table. We were first time visitors and weren't immediately greeted so we stood up front waiting for someone until we were told to just pick a seat. A host cake to take our orders about 5 minutes after sitting down. We ordered the strawberry and banana crepe and the jenga special honey toast. The crepe came out almost immediately. While the honey toast came out a few minutes later. Both desserts were spectacular! Ingredients were fresh, desserts were plated beautifully, and the honey toast was probably one of the best I have had. Would recommend if you are in the area! read more

I loved this place! It's so aesthetic too. It's a sit down dessert shop. I think you can take out but if you get a toast dessert you'll likely one to eat it here as it's big and best fresh. They toast your bread right away so it's warm and crunchy with the ice cream. Such a freaking delight. We had the "macaroons party" one and it's actually macarons, not macaroons if anyone is wondering. Prices can be seen in the menu I'm posting. I also had lavender milk tea which was perfect, sweet with a strong but not overwhelming lavender flavor. They give you 3 macarons, 3 scoops of ice cream, marshmallows, sprinkles, whipped cream, and a ton of toast for like $12 so it's very well priced. The server was friendly and patient & overall, I really liked the place. You have to know it's here in the shopping center to find it because the sign isn't huge but it's worth a trip! read more

Racial discrimination!! I'm visiting Atlanta, from Los Angeles and went to SnowFlake tea house. The worker/owner had an extremely bad attitude from the beginning, she was rude from the get-go and her vibe was unfriendly. Did not care much about it cause we wanted to enjoy the dessert. She literally slammed our dessert bowl at our table and walked away, we still did not say anything. We are not confrontational people and I always give people benefit of doubt. We liked our dessert and I went up to the register to order two more items from the menu. The lady was eating her cherries on the table right next to the register. Her co-worker (who was extremely nice) asked her to take my order, not me! She came up to the register and stood there quiet with a rude face, did not even look at me (as if she is doing me a favor!) until I started talking. I wanted Matcha and Chocolate shaved ice, I was pointing at the menu too. She kept saying WHAT WHAT many times and I kept repeating my order at-least 4x. (Was it your airpod that was blocking my voice or your attitude? ) That is when I said (with a lower voice) "hey are you okay, you have not been very nice" and she replied loudly YOU KEEP SAYING CHOKY MATA (chocolate, match) CHOKY MATA WHAT DO YOU WANT? How hard was it to understand when I was also pointing out my order at the menu the same time? What happened to basics of customer service? We did not go in there expecting a vip service, it's a dessert shop so atleast you can give your customer BASIC ASSISTANCE! I said "you know what it's okay I don't want to order anything I'm leaving" (again, with lower voice) I wrapped my stuff and as I was walking out I told her that she had a very bad attitude (I still was not aggressive, my tone was rude) she started screaming her lungs out and made some unclear racist comments that is when my sister took her camera out. We don't go around recording people, in-fact this was our very first time recording, we only got our camera out when racist comments were made. The second video is how she started CHOKY MATA CHOKY MATA GET OUT I HATE YOUR ACCENT. Hearing the chaos, the guy from the back ran out and asked us what happened, I was talking to him cause he was extremely nice but she kept screaming at the back and SAID I HATE YOUR COUNTRY PEOPLE I HATE YOUR ACCENT. I'm from Pakistan! Not from a country side in the U.S, it is pretty obvious when you see me and my family so it was racial discrimination. No matter how bad your day is or what your role is in that business, there is absolutely no excuse for these type of comments. I don't care about the screaming part, i probably would not even have recorded or posted if she had ONLY screamed, a bad review would have been enough but making racist comment is unacceptable. If anyone is thinking that there was more to this, then absolutely not even 1% more to what I have written here. The place probably has camera, the BBB can access the footage and review the entire event and confirm EVERYTHING! I did not make any racist comments the WHOLE TIME (thats not what I do) nor screamed at her until she got LOUD. I did make sure to let her know that she had a bad attitude and that is what triggered her! What happened to the way she was treating us the entire time? Would that not trigger anyone? We still stayed quiet until it became obvious. Business owners/employees like her need to learn basics of treating people/customers, no BAD DAY/TRIGGER justifies the comments she made. Those comments were not necessary! It just shows how much hate she has for people from countries like India and Pakistan. I'd have never thought that I'd face racist discrimination from another person of color! Also, I scrolled down the yelp and saw reviews from months and years ago and looks like this lady is popular for her bad attitude and SCREAMING! You are not special. You are not a beautiful or unique snowflake. You are the same decaying organic matter as everything else. However, this place, on the other hand, is a beautiful and unique Snowflake. And they make some of the tastiest Boba in the ATL area. The first rule of Snowflake is, you order Brown Sugar Milk Tea. The second rule of Snowflake is, you order Brown Sugar Milk Tea. The third rule of Snowflake - if someone yells "stop!", goes limp, or tapiocas out, the drink is finished. Fourth rule: only two Bubble Teas per person. Fifth rule: one Boba at a time, fellas. Sixth rule: the bobas are tapiocas. Guys - No shirt, girls - no shoes, no bursting boba crap. Seventh rule: drinks will last as long as they have to. And the eighth and final rule: if this is your first time at Snowflake, you have to order Brown Sugar Milk Tea. One of the busiest places in all of the Chinatown region of Atlanta and one of my favourite places to get boba in the Deep South. They have excellent brown sugar milk tea - which we all know is the best flavour of milk tea anyway. They have some good fruit drinks too, which you can get after you order 17 of their Brown Sugar Milk Teas, or something, or something, or something. There's a reason they are always packed out the door - and if you are into people watching there is really no better place to do it in and around the extensive C-Town burbs, other than Sweet Hut, on a weekend night. Good luck waiting for a table though. And yes, you should know, this is a sit-down, wait-staff, table-ordering place, not your usual Boba counter-service. And it's enormous, like a ballroom. This is because it's an Asian Dessert Cafe, as much as a Boba shop, and if you've been to those before, you know it's a little fancier than your usual Boba places, and a little more geared towards the desserts. But feel free to sit and drink Boba, too. A lot of people do. And it's the best stuff on their menu. And when I come to Snowflake, I see all this potential, and I see it squandered. God damn it, an entire generation pumping gas, waiting tables - slaves with white collars. Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy sh*t we don't need. We're the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our great war is a spiritual war... Our great depression is our lives. We've all been raised on television to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rock stars, but we won't. We're slowly learning that fact. I've been here several times but just got around to writing a review. It's been around for awhile almost as long as sweet hut has been next door. There is a Stretch of dessert and coffee places in the shopping center but it still gets a pretty decent amount of foot traffic. Parking is never an issue because the parking lot is big enough for all the customers in this retail shopping center. There has been times where we have gone at peak hours and had to wait for a seat. And then other times that we've gone where there was nobody. It's a very casual place. The decorations look kind of old and cheap. They probably need to do some updating. Their desserts and drinks here are actually very affordable. And everything taste pretty decent. They have a huge menu so there's something for everyone. However since it is a dessert place things can be a little on the sweeter side then your liking. Therefore just make sure you ask and they may suggest you something that will satisfy your taste. They could also adjust on all the extra sweet syrups that they add. My only go to drink here is there hot tea that comes in a tea pot and multiple cups to share. The rest of their drinks to me taste very artificial and usually come in a skinny weird shape glass that can't hold that much beverage. that's why I prefer the hotties because it's big enough to share and healthier. this time we got the Goji berry chrysanthemum hot tea. They actually add sugar to it already so it's on the sweeter side. My friends didn't like that because they're used to not adding sugar to their hot tea. However I didn't mind it either way. I usually don't like to get their ice cream tower on bread because that's literally what it is. "Ice cream on sweet bread" but my friends wanted to try it. You can choose different flavors of ice cream and they semi-toast the bread. But because the bread is so big and thick it's just too much carbs for me and it doesn't taste that crispy throughout. It's more for presentation. I much prefer the more thin sliced butter toast breads you get at the other bakeries. However if you were to get this at some touristy place would easily be 20$+. The shaved ice Also comes in a lot of different flavors as well. And it's usually pretty good but this time for some reason ours came out semi-runny already as if It's been sitting out a little longer. Over all good hangout place just for desserts. One of the best, unique desserts I've had in a long time. The strawberry toast thing in the picture was amazing. Basically they take half a loaf of dense bread, carve out the inside into squares, butter and toast them, then stuff it back in, adding scoops of shaved ice and strawberries on it. I am DEFINITELY going to be back here to have another one of these. However, it's enormous so I will need to find a quartet to enjoy this with. I should also mention the hot milk teas are delicious, too. You need to stop in and try this place. It's tucked away so it's hard to see, but you'll be fine if you map it out. I wasn't really sure what I was walking into when I got here since it's much larger than the amount of customers they seem to drive, but it was not disappointing at all. read more

This place is for all your delicious Asian dessert dreams. I'm only sad I couldn't try everything. I'm out of town so I'm very jealous that the locals have such a cool place to hang out and grab boba, sno cream, or these amazing dessert creations. My two cousins and I ordered one of the toast ice cream things to share, and honestly, we could have split it between more people. We opted for the Summer Creation which was a giant toast stuffed with little baked bread pieces and topped with matcha, strawberry, and vanilla ice cream scoops, mango, strawberry, and kiwi slices as well as cookie rolls. It was worth the $12.99 price and aesthetic look. I've been to many places where the hype is only in the picture quality for insta but this time the food was good too. The place is nice. It's in a shopping/food plaza so there's a big lot with diagonal parking. The inside is well lit and usually pretty busy, but they stay open pretty late. They also have board games for people to play and cute pink chairs. Would definitely come back! read more
Snowflake tea house is one of the best teahouses I have had the privilege of trying in the US. It runs a close second to Saints Alp in the East Village, which is no more. My obsession is their Rose Earl Grey Milk Tea, which is a large icy glass of floral milky delight, best paired with their Sweet Butter thick cut brick toast. The tea is so dark and rich that it can only be comparable to a dark coffee with milk. Many customers visit for their famous thinly folded layers of shaved ice dessert, hence their namesake. But, I visit for their richly brewed teas and always order a large with extra tapioca. Other recommendations: Ti Kwan Yin Oolong Tea with milk--- where the bitter, metallic oolong flavor pairs well with the mellow milky flavor. Fresh Fruit Teas--- these come with a black tea or green tea base and chopped fresh fruit, served hot or cold. Both are excellent. Massive Toast Bowl--- basically, half a loaf of bread that is hollowed out and toasted. Then, filled with ice cream and sweet butter toast with various toppings. Order a large for $1 more. If I am ever in the area, or even driving through, then I will make a special trip just to drink one of Snowflakes famous teas. read more
I've been here countless amounts of times. It's a very cute spot to grab dessert, and each serving is huge! One shaved snow is enough for three people. As for their cakes - they look amazing and they're tasty. One cake was enough for my group of four. I really recommend the mixed fruit crepe. I always get it when I come here. Not only do they have delicious desserts and bubble tea, they have games you can play with your group. We always grab Jenga. There's enough sets for about five different groups of people to play. Overall, I've always had a great experience here, no matter how many people I come with or what iIt's definitely a must try dessert spot! read more
