    The Snooze Classic*

First off, the waitress was very friendly, excellent customer service, and offered great recommendations. I can't remember her name but if you recognize my order, S/O to you :) On to the food, 10 out of 10, will visit here again! I had a complimentary cinnamon roll pancakes and I ordered the classic snooze with ham and I substituted the hash browns and toast for tomato slices and a pineapple upside down pancake, both are gluten free by the way. I appreciated that they pay extra attention to my gluten allergy and had the allergy label in the pancake. I was with a large party and that extra assurance that I had the gluten free pancake was appreciated. The iced lavender latte was different (ordered with almond milk) If you ever had fresh lavender before, this drink is either made with fresh lavender or a strong lavender extract. It wasn't bad, but I may try it hot next time. Overall, I will say try this place during the week day as they can get pretty crowded on the weekends. They have plenty of options for everyone, you will not be disappointed.

70 degrees one week till thanksgiving? Lemme not complain about global warming or ill be even more miserable when it gets to winter weather lol Got the pork belly fried rice it was SOOOO greasy. Pork belly was basically all fat and inedible. Drinks were delish (loved the blueberry lemonade). Service can be a little spotty since they can be pretty busy.

The good was just ok. Nothing really stood out and the service was "meh". The coffee was good.

We were looking for a breakfast spot and came here. It's a vibrant and colorful casual spot with a cute artsy vibe. It was very busy, but the service was great. The pancakes were okay and the mocha was bitter.

I was visiting a friend in the city and decided to try out this Snooze A.M. Eatery. I usually go to the one near me and always enjoy the food, so I figured I'd give the Atlanta location a shot. The food definitely didn't disappoint--same great taste and quality I've come to expect. The vibe here is cozy and casual, which makes it a nice spot to relax and enjoy breakfast. Service was friendly but a little on the slower side, especially considering it wasn't super crowded when I went. If you're cool with a laid-back pace and just want good food in a welcoming atmosphere, this is a solid choice.

long wait but well worth it! staff was super nice. It was super busy but the food made it worth the wait. Get the pancake flight and the benny duo!

Food was good. Service was polite and friendly. Plenty of parking since it located inside the Trader Joe's parking lot. My only complaint was the ketchup bottle. I guess I'm getting older because old ketchup gunked up around the opening is starting to disgust me (lololol! And the bottle was wet. So now I'm thinking, was the water used to wipe the ketchup bottle down....was it clean water or a dirty table wiping cloth? Nevertheless, this was not enough to diminish the quality of the food or the service. Inside of the restaurant is very trendy and colorful. I would come back so I could try more from the alcohol beverages and more menu items.

Lavender Latte in the smallest cup ever! Delicious.

Always a joy to go to a this spot and have a flight of pancakes. Yes, pancakes!! The creativity and the service are on point. The tables are quickly cleaned and the staff is welcoming and inviting. Unlike, some of their other locations, when you get a cup of coffee it is a large cup. At this site, the coffee cups are tiny and when you are paying over $5 for a cup, you want it to be more than a couple of tiny sips. This is a family friendly spot and plenty of counter seating for the lone diners too. Outdoor seating if bring a pet is an option.

Made it back for the vegan pancakes and almond butter porridge! Initially I thought it would be too much food and was prepared to have some leftovers to take with me. However, I was pleasantly surprised that it was the perfect serving. I was also expecting pancakes with some sort of sweet sauce versus fresh fruit! All very delicious and the perfect serving for one very hungry person!

Shocked at the 3.9 rating because this was the best brunch I've ever had. 10/10!! All of my friends and i loved it, and our server was really kind

Stopped here during a walk on the Beltline one Saturday morning with a friend. The place was crowded but we were able to skip the wait and sit at the bar. The bartenders Hailey and Bailey were very tentative and made delicious drinks. The food was ok; the menu was giving fresh and farm to table. I'm more of a breakfast sandwich person but they didn't have many options for that. I ordered a side of hashbrowns and chicken sausage patty. The hashbrowns were lightly seasoned and too soft for my liking and the chicken sausage was dry. The drinks were their stars of the show for me; those and the music playlist are the only reasons I would return. The Abra-ca-lav-ra mimosa was the best drink on the menu. The decor was homey in a 50s type of way but the music selection was modern and a vibe.

I didn't realize that the two were connected! FYI, if you sit downstairs, you'll be seated next to where the live music performers will be playing, so it will be louder there. As for the drinks, I tried the Zombie. I loved it so much, I ordered a second one instead of trying a different one! It tasted sweet and slightly tropical with the rum and spiced liqueur. It also had some absinthe, which I was worried about when I first ordered it since I hate the taste of it (not a big fan of black licorice flavors), but I didn't taste it at all! They offer a wide variety of alcoholic drinks, but we opted for "Mocktail #2," which was pink, fruity, and refreshing with watermelon, mint, and lime soda. We started with the Chargrilled Louisiana Oysters, which were perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious--honestly, the best I've ever had. The Volcano Roll was also great--generous in size and perfect for sharing. It's listed as having "spicy crab," but I didn't find it spicy at all (a plus for me!). If you want more heat, wasabi is served on the side. For entrees, I had the Salmon Teriyaki and my husband had the Braised Beef. My salmon was perfectly cooked and came with fluffy white rice and mixed vegetables. But he definitely won the entree round--his beef was tender, flavorful, and served with what tasted like sweet mashed potatoes (the menu said red potatoes). The glazed carrots were slightly firm but still tasty. To top it all off, we were served a mini chocolate cake with whipped vanilla icing--soft, rich, and perfect for sharing. The inside isn't the largest resource been to, but has plenty of seating. The atmosphere is relaxed and we saw people dressed up and down. Overall, we had a great experience. I sat at the bar and had a little light banter with the bartender who is a brother looking to be in his late 30's-early 40's. When I asked about two fruity cocktails from the menu, he flat-out said he wasn't going to make them. That alone was off-putting. Trying to move forward, I asked what he specialized in, and he said he'd "come up with something." I agreed--but very clearly stated: no rum, because my body does not react well to it. After watching him make drinks for people who ordered after me, he eventually handed me a cocktail I never even saw him prepare. That already raised a flag. I took a few sips, and sure enough--my stomach immediately started reacting the exact way it does when I've had rum. When I asked what alcohol he used, he said, "I don't even know." That response alone tells you everything you need to know. At that point, I reminded him I specifically said no rum. Instead of taking accountability, he tried to argue and backtrack. Let me be clear--when a customer tells you not to use a specific liquor, you don't ignore it, guess, or "forget." That's basic service and basic respect. This situation completely threw off my evening, as I had plans afterward and ended up feeling sick. To make matters worse, I reached out to management and received no response. That lack of accountability speaks volumes. At the end of the day, this wasn't just a bad drink--it was careless service. This staff does not prioritize customer care, and that's a problem. If you choose to visit, be very direct, pay close attention, and don't assume your requests will be respected.

Italian Steakhouse Says It All - The Best of All Worlds…read more Walked into IL Premio on a Monday night and was told there was an hour wait for a table, so I headed to the bar- fortunately, a seat was open. I started with one of my favorite Reposados by Herradura. For my Crudi, I ordered the Ricciola alla Puttanesca, what i thought was going to be a classic Italian seafood dish that traditionally features ricciola (Italian amberjack) in puttanesca sauce. The menu noted it was made with yellowtail, which piqued my curiosity. I expected the ricciola to be pan-seared or lightly grilled and finished with the sauce, or served with the sauce spooned over the top. To my surprise, the dish arrived as thinly sliced raw yellowtail, presented sashimi/crudo-style. Each slice was topped with a small amount of sauce infused with capers, Taggiasca olives, Calabrese chiles, and possibly sun-dried tomatoes, all classic puttanesca ingredients. Microgreens completed the presentation. This could be described as a "ricciola crudo with puttanesca-style garnish" rather than a traditional cooked ricciola alla puttanesca. Essentially, the chef uses the puttanesca flavor profile (capers, olives, chiles, tomato, oil) as a raw topping instead of cooking the fish in the sauce. While it's raw, it's a modern, crudo-style interpretation inspired by puttanesca flavors and I'm a fan. I'll order it again and again. For my Secondi, I had the Risotto ai Funghi, a classic Italian dish featuring creamy arborio rice with shiitake and hen-of-the-woods (maitake) mushrooms and a hint of lemon. Served piping hot, it was rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. For dessert, I enjoyed another Reposado by Herradura. IL Premio is so much more than a steakhouse. The food is thoughtfully prepared, the atmosphere is refined, service by Janlan was excellent and it is a fitting restaurant for an outstanding hotel property.
