Had such a great breakfast experience at Snooze! Alex was an absolute delight--so friendly, personable, and really made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere is just the cutest--bright, fun, and the perfect vibe to start your day. My daughter and I shared the French toast starter (highly recommend!), and I ordered the half ham Bennie, which turned out to be the perfect portion--satisfying without being too heavy. As always, the food was delicious and didn't disappoint. I've visited on weekends before when it's super busy, but going during the week was a whole different experience--much more relaxed and easygoing. One job I will always appreciate is working in food customer service--it's something I could never do. That said, there comes a point where, if you're not a people person, it's best to clock out and go home. This was my first and last time visiting Snooze. We watched our waitress chit-chat with everyone except her customers. Meanwhile, the young man working the section next to us was completely on it--it was honestly wild to see the contrast. He was great. Our waitress, on the other hand, barely seemed to care. My brother was gone for ten minutes, and the moment he walked back in, you finally decided to come over--and that was only after I waved you down while you were talking. It genuinely felt like you didn't want to be bothered. We all have good and bad days, but whatever happened should be left at home. Bad service makes the food taste ten times worse. read more

Didn't take any pictures of my food because I waited so long when my food arrived I was starving! I sat at the bar and the coffee cup that was set in front on me on a napkin had hair on it so I opted for water. I really like their chicken sausage very well seasoned and my eggs were eggs no complaints. My pancake was a little mushy in the middle. All I know is whoever closed the night before sucked because thats all the workers kept complaining about to one another. read more

First off, the waitress was very friendly, excellent customer service, and offered great recommendations. I can't remember her name but if you recognize my order, S/O to you :) On to the food, 10 out of 10, will visit here again! I had a complimentary cinnamon roll pancakes and I ordered the classic snooze with ham and I substituted the hash browns and toast for tomato slices and a pineapple upside down pancake, both are gluten free by the way. I appreciated that they pay extra attention to my gluten allergy and had the allergy label in the pancake. I was with a large party and that extra assurance that I had the gluten free pancake was appreciated. The iced lavender latte was different (ordered with almond milk) If you ever had fresh lavender before, this drink is either made with fresh lavender or a strong lavender extract. It wasn't bad, but I may try it hot next time. Overall, I will say try this place during the week day as they can get pretty crowded on the weekends. I was visiting a friend in the city and decided to try out this Snooze A.M. Eatery. I usually go to the one near me and always enjoy the food, so I figured I'd give the Atlanta location a shot. The food definitely didn't disappoint--same great taste and quality I've come to expect. The vibe here is cozy and casual, which makes it a nice spot to relax and enjoy breakfast. Service was friendly but a little on the slower side, especially considering it wasn't super crowded when I went. Food was good. Service was polite and friendly. Plenty of parking since it located inside the Trader Joe's parking lot. My only complaint was the ketchup bottle. I guess I'm getting older because old ketchup gunked up around the opening is starting to disgust me (lololol! And the bottle was wet. So now I'm thinking, was the water used to wipe the ketchup bottle down....was it clean water or a dirty table wiping cloth? Nevertheless, this was not enough to diminish the quality of the food or the service. Inside of the restaurant is very trendy and colorful. Always a joy to go to a this spot and have a flight of pancakes. Yes, pancakes!! The creativity and the service are on point. The tables are quickly cleaned and the staff is welcoming and inviting. Unlike, some of their other locations, when you get a cup of coffee it is a large cup. At this site, the coffee cups are tiny and when you are paying over $5 for a cup, you want it to be more than a couple of tiny sips. This is a family friendly spot and plenty of counter seating for the lone diners too. Outdoor seating if bring a pet is an option. read more

Stopped here during a walk on the Beltline one Saturday morning with a friend. The place was crowded but we were able to skip the wait and sit at the bar. The bartenders Hailey and Bailey were very tentative and made delicious drinks. The food was ok; the menu was giving fresh and farm to table. I'm more of a breakfast sandwich person but they didn't have many options for that. I ordered a side of hashbrowns and chicken sausage patty. The hashbrowns were lightly seasoned and too soft for my liking and the chicken sausage was dry. The drinks were their stars of the show for me; those and the music playlist are the only reasons I would return. The Abra-ca-lav-ra mimosa was the best drink on the menu. The decor was homey in a 50s type of way but the music selection was modern and a vibe. read more

Post-Beyoncé breakfast run! Howell Mill location was closed (major sad face), so we headed here instead. Parking fee was waived, which was nice, but the AC was down, so we sat outside. Michael was awesome! He helped me and my friend find options close to what we were craving. I tried the Juan breakfast tacos (pretty sure that's the name). Good flavor, but a bit too heavy on the potato for me. Still a solid breakfast stop, and I'd come back to try something else on the menu. read more

My friends and I got "pickled "meaning that the staff get to give away three free pancakes a day and we got the cinnamon toast crunch one which was amazing tasting exactly like a Cinnabon. Since I was by myself I chose to sit at the bar,apparently, wrong answer. Don't get me wrong they were busy. However it seemed like quite a while before I was brought a menu and ask for my drink order. Then after I had long decided what I wanted no one approached me to take my order. Finally I got the attention of the guy taking dishes out of the washer. He dries his hands,comes over apologizes and takes my order. Now here is the funny part. The guy setting next to me had gotten his order taken just before I had to track someone down. This guy's food soon arrives he eats and pays his bill and leaves. Meanwhile I'm still waiting. I finally track down another lady behind the bar. I explained my situation about the food. She says ooh wow you still don't have your food. She musta been some kind of management. Because she comes back apologizes,said my food was on the way. She said there would be a discount because of their mistake.once that lady stepped in,I thought it was funny that the pink shirt girl says your ticket is the next one up. You might wanna have the girl who was wearing the pink shirt and green and black shorts to be careful. She proceeded to dump something from a glass in haste. What ever it was splashed across the bar , landing on me and my shirt,after mentioning it,she did apologize. What I thought strange. After my situation ,and the lady stepping into to handle things. The service for other customers sitting at the bar seemed to improve. The 2 behind the bar didn't seem to have a good balance of being able to make drinks as well as take food orders. Their focus seemed to be on making drinks. I honestly have to say,had that lady not stepped in,no wonder how long it would have taken to even get my food.This was one of the RARE times that I didn't leave a tip. Why because the person who gave me my check never waited on me once. I also found it strange. The person who took my order. The girl who finally brought me my check,After he takes my order she pulls him to the side has a conversation and I never saw him again. I think the next time,I will opt for a table. Staff worked as a team as they appeared busier than I expected at 8:30 am on a Wednesday. Husband and I got seated promptly and another staff member took our drink order. I got a green smoothie which was good, and husband ordered the cold nitro brew which was 'smooth and creamy' according to him. We shared a pancake flight and tried the pancake flavor of the month maple doodle which was favorite of husband. I ordered hash browns and scrambled eggs-hash browns were cooked well but eggs were a little runny, which is not my usual experience-normally they are perfection. Husband ordered the corned beef and hash which he devoured. Restaurant is clean, delightful light fixtures which reminds me of the Brady Bunch decor from the 70's, and bathrooms had novel sinks with soap and hand dryers connected to the water spout. Although I've ordered from Snooze before, this was my first time eating inside. I was seated quickly at the bar, and the server was very attentive. I ordered a honey oat milk latte, which tasted a little burnt, and the crab cake Benedict. Great portions and delicious, but it took a while for it to come out, even though it wasn't super busy. Service was good and everyone seemed to be really caring about my food, especially when it came out late. I met a lovely woman who I ended up chatting with throughout my visit, along with a few employees. Loved that! I would **try** to come back, but Snooze is one of those places that can be difficult to get into if you aren't going on an off day/time. This location shares a parking lot with a Starbucks and THE Midtown Trader Joe's, soo you have to find parking first lol. If you do manage to get in, service can be a little slow. With that in mind, I still think it's a solid place for a casual yet elevated breakfast. read more

This checked a lot of boxes before we even got there, #1 being there was a parking lot adjacent and not having to pay for public parking/deck. Once we entered, we could tell it was a fun vibe. The music playing was everything from Paramore to Ciara and the wait staff appeared to have a blast at work. We both got specialty coffees, the French toast and the Lavender latte which were great- quality coffee bean and not too sweet. My husband ordered the Habanero Pork Belly Benny and I ordered the Protein BLT bowl. Both of our choices were fantastic! The Benny was sweet and spicy, the pork belly not overly fatty. My bowl of fresh ingredients all had great flavor alone but also complimented each other nicely. The service was great and the bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Waited 45 minutes for our food (not sure who messed up but I asked and nobody would/could explain to me WHY we waited so long.) Two tables sat, ordered, ate food, and checked out within the time we were there. Sat right next to me (and they even brought out my brother's food to them on accident.) We were only a table of 3 people and two of the orders were exactly the same - the waitress, runner/busser AND manager all acknowledged food was taking too long and would check on it ... 20 minutes later. Still nothing. I am very understanding but this place has a lack of urgency and my food had a layer of hard crust on top of everything from SITTING UNDER THE HOT LAMP on the expo station. This shows that multiple people ignored the fact food was sitting and not being delivered to a table. Again, not sure what the miscommunication or error was but either way i was very unsatisfied. The manger comped all our drinks and pancakes which took $30 off the bill (thank you) but still did not make me feel any better. This was my brother's birthday breakfast and we were all disappointed in the service and food quality. I will not be coming back and I will not be recommending anyone to come here. read more

This was my second visit to Snooze but first at this location. This location is large. It has lots of seating. Service was great. We were seated immediately. Several people came to check on us while waiting. I was hungry so it seemed like it took a long time. It was definitely worth the wait. I got the omelette breakfast and substituted the toast with a gluten free sweet potato pancake. I added the "bacon but different". On the side. I was afraid it would be spicy but it was nice it was just seasoned well and super good. My friend got the regular bacon which was surprisingly not great at all. My omelette came with hash-browns. I ended up asking them to flatten and cook it hard. Then it was super tasty. All in all I would definitely return. read more

We stopped into Snooze in on a Friday afternoon while visiting family in the area. My brother had put our name on the waitlist online but we still ended up waiting around 20 minutes for a table after we had arrived and checked in. The space was vibrantly decorated. The restaurant is a little tight, and there is not much room to wait for a table inside. Once we were sat we were greeted very quickly by a very friendly server who made great recommendations. Our food did take quite a bit to make it to the table as they were pretty busy. Everything tasted good and had a lot of variety of flavor. The only disappointing aspect of the food were my poached eggs on the Pork Belly Benedict, they were very over cooked and made the Benedict pretty dry. Overall I think our service deserves 5 stars but the food did not blow me away, especially for the price tag. The portions are very large if you're looking for a big meal, but I likely wouldn't chose to come back if I was just visiting the area. read more
