Parking spots are limited, but if you can find one, it's definitely worth taking ! I've been here about 3-4times, mainly for my Boba craving. Their Boba is ALWAYS fresh !!! Soft, sweet, and chewy! None of that old, flavorless, hard type of ish going on here. Prices are cheaper than most Boba places, and their customer service is always top notch. Snoice was kind of a hit in some ways but a miss in other ways. I ordered the mini size shaved ice, and by looking at the size of the cup, I thought I was going to be pleasantly surprised with the amount that I would get. However, I got so much toppings than the shaved ice itself, so I was very disappointed. The shaved ice was very smooth, milky, and not icy at all, which I enjoyed; hence, I wished that I got more shaved ice than toppings. Service was great because the cashier actually took the time to patiently explain all my questions, so kudos to him. I wish the Snoice would have better pricings. So, for instance, I think that with 5 bucks of shaved ice, I wish I could've gotten 5 bucks of shaved ice and top that off with the 50 c per topping, instead of making up for my shaved ice with more topping. Or, offer something where it's like, a mini size comes with 2 toppings, extra toppings the customer has to pay more. read more

Had some of the best, most refreshing desserts at Snoice! It is sonoice to have a location like this near my home to get an icy treat, especially to beat this summer like heat. I guess I'm rapping now. Anyway, I was a little hesitant to try the Avocado flavored Snoice, but I am so glad that I did. It was not too sweet but sweet enough, fluffy, delicious, and just super refreshing. There's a good variety of toppings you can choose from too, and I opted for the captn crunch (I love cereal as toppings), and fresh strawberries. One suggestion to the owners, is maybe add another cereal topping, like fruity pebbles! The location is very unassuming which adds to the overall charm of this place. It almost feels like my own secret dessert spot. I give it 5 stars for the location, cleanliness, friendliness of the workers and owners, and most importantly, bc my Avocado Snoice was bomb.com. Whenever I'm on vacation I always search for Taiwanese shaved ice and this was one of the place that had good reviews. We stopped by an hour before closing and the place was dead and was greeted by a friendly cashier. I picked a medium size and the girl was nice enough to let me choose two types of snow since they were so slow and had time to do it. I chose mango and strawberry snow! We also just had mini mochi, strawberries, mangos and of course LOTS of condensed milk. Everything was delicious! Just wish the fruit was more ripe! Plus the tunes were on point! Just happened to go in one day after passing this store daily. I was absolutely shocked to see how nice and up to date. The staff are extremely friendly and the Hola Hola is the best drink I've ever had. Also this place just don't have icecream, there is a mini buffet style restaurant connected to it. It's okay, nothing special or fancy, super slow service and when I came in no one greeted me for about 3-4 minutes until I said something. I wouldn't come back, my milk tea took 14 minutes and there were people who ordered before me and got their items in 3-5 minutes. Nice staff. Place is cramped and parking is always a challenge since this store shares parking with adjacent stores that are constantly busier. The halo halo is good with the contemporary touch though nothing beats the old-fashion fare back home. The other items are sufficient to quench a craving if one doesn't want to drive all the way to Kearny area where the great "snow" treats are. The matcha item is bland which could be either due to limited matcha powder or use of cheap brand. Pricing is acceptable. The neighborhood needs to support this small business to thrive further. read more

I'm actually disappointed to write this as I've been craving halo-halo for the past two weeks or so and my brother just brought home three halo-halos for my mom, himself and me. After reading all of the really positive reviews, I was super stoked and dove right into the ube ice cream (I don't mix it in, don't judge me) not knowing what was underneath. I was expecting the basic halo-halo mix - the sweet beans, leche flan, pinigpig, nata de coco, gulaman, and you can google the rest. I do want to point out this was the basic halo-halo, but I didn't expect to pay $4 for a cup full of ice and milk with a dash of toppings. Their menu does say 6 toppings so I'm guessing that includes the leche flan, ube ice cream and pinigpig, and after eating it, it also has gulaman and kamote (sweet potato - could be wrong on this one, it's a sweet starchy thing). I can't speak on the service and how it was made as it was brought to me, but this is a sad excuse for a halo-halo in my opinion. read more

Happy they started and opened this business in Paradise Hills neighborhood. There isn't much in terms of different food places to visit because Paradise Hills is a suburb so having Snoice is better for the area. Small place so I hope they will prosper and grow. They hold enough selection to offer a variety of flavors and toppings. I've only had snow ice from one other location in Clairemont neighborhood area, which I think their snow ice is good. So Snoice is comparable in terms of quality, just on a smaller scale. If I recall, Snoice is a little bit more pricey and is not charged by weight. Only rated 4 stars for now because only came to visit once so far. read more

Worse experience ever!!! I arrive to the place at 6:45pm, i waited 15 minutes just to put in my order, which was only a honeydew blend with boba. I then waited another 25 minutes just to receive my drink and that was only because I got up from the chair (frustrated as hell) just to ask how long it was going to take to get my drink. The guy at the register asked the girl behind him, all she said that it wasn't been made. I told the guy, "this is ridiculous, it should not take more than 15 minutes to make a blend". I mean come on! Mind you I wasn't the only one getting frustrated. One guy received his drink after waiting 20 minutes as well & he said, "these employees are slow, never coming back". I don't see how this place expects for people to continue to come, specially for first timers. It's not a pleasant experience. Once my drink is ready, the girl doesn't close the lid right and spills my drink!!! At this point I'm thinking what else can go wrong!! When I checked my phone it was 7:28pm NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN! But this is what I get for betraying my go to place SD BOBA in national city. People, save your money! If you already have a favorite spot stick to it, there's nothing to experience here. read more

I love Snoice! I've grown up in Spring Valley and there has never been a boba place so close to home. I've always gone to the Kababayan bakery with my mom. My mom told me about this place when she went to go buy food from the bakery and I was so excited. I honestly dislike driving to National City just to get decent boba. Snoice's boba is way better than anything I've gotten in National City. I was surprised to see the menu because there is no boba place like Snoice with it's Filipino flair. I love that they also have pandesal ice cream sandwiches. I had the ube shaved snow not too long ago and it was amazing. The flavor and texture, everything was on point. I've been to a lot of boba places and Snoice is #1 for me. My favorite drink is the Rose Tea with boba. I love it so much! The service is great too. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I hope Snoice grows and expands because they deserve the recognition! I definitely recommend going to Snoice and having your mind blown. read more

i tried the boba here and i wasn't satisfied. i ordered the milk tea boba and when i tasted it it didn't taste like milk tea at all! also the tapioca pearls were smushy and weren't sweet at all! horrible experience ever! read more
