Our house absolutely stinks of new carpets to the point where we have headaches, and the guys were no help as far as how long it'll take to dissipate. We even paid for the "non-toxic" carpet and pads, but apparently the glue+pad they delivered was not the actual EPA-approved product we selected in the store. When we spoke to Shane, a manager at the store, he offered virtually no help and told us to remove our poor review. My review will stand because we didn't get the product we paid for and our house absolutely stinks. Not to mention that the guys were in such a rush, the carpet is pulling up in various areas.

We went into the store and talked to Cosimo. He was easy to talk to, explained the pros and cons of different surfaces, and answered all of our questions. The job was replacing three bedrooms with laminate, however after they pulled up the carpeting, they found two spots that needed to be leveled. This was done quickly and didn't end up adding any time to the job, they actually finished before they said they would be done, even with the extra work that needed to be done to level and grind down the concrete!
