She has facilities for screen printing, sewing and basic studio space. On the ground level there is a store made of up artists around New York. They have things for men, women and babies. T shirts, dresses, shirts, you name it. Handmade cards are available as well. Need supplies? Karin has it! You can get almost anything you need from here. If you don't see it, you can ask, as she or her employees will know where it is, or will order it for you. This place is great, well stocked with equipment, and very reasonably priced for your own private office space, and the spaces themselves are larger than other places I looked before renting. Karin does a really great job running the place, she's always available at a moment's notice and always makes sure that the place is maintained and everyone has all that they need. The other artists in this space are so talented and such a pleasure to be around, so the community aspect of Better Than Jam is also a huge bonus. It's right off the L Train and super accessible, and in a hip part of Bushwick with lots of street art and good little places to grab food. I highly recommend this place, it was a really great part of my experience here in my final months in New York and I have zero complaints or regrets.
