I don't pay money for anything unless it's a proper fit. I really wish they had a care tag or card for each clothing item. There are not any tags identifying what the material is. This makes for tricky washing or do I need to dry clean?

The first item on our wish list: a hat for our 1-year-old nephew. The clerk quickly showed us to a display of winter hats, and we found a great knit hat for roughly $30 that will hopefully stretch a bit as our nephew grows. And since we have a baby on the way, we couldn't resist looking for something fun for our babe too. Smoochie Baby carries everything from baby and infant clothes and shoes and accessories to books to nursery decor to toys. (I particularly remember that Smoochie Baby carries shoes because in perhaps an example of Brooklyn extraness, the customers who came in after us asked the clerk if they stock any vegan baby shoes.) We ended up going with a soft, plush dragon -- our future son's first stuffed animal. It seems well made and didn't break the bank at about $35. And it makes me smile every time I look at it. Smoochie Baby also offers gift wrapping. Whether you're buying for your own kids or others, this is a great place to stop.

I received an email from FedEx confirming delivery on a Wednesday that included a photo of the package. The package was laying on a bare stone floor in a building lobby. Unfortunately the building in the photo is not mine. My building has a 24 hour/7 day doorman that receives all packages, logs them into a database that alerts the residents. My building lobby also is completely carpeted. There are no bare floors in our lobby as shown in the picture. I called Faherty the same day at (877) 745-8994. There is a recording that loops over and over stating all agents are busy helping others and simply directs callers to use the chat feature on the website. The chat feature simply asks you for your email and advises you that an agent will be in touch shortly.  I continued to call multiple times, hoping to reach an agent but no one ever picks up, regardless of of the time I called.  I spoke to a FedEx rep who stated that due to the type of Fedex service Faherty uses, she cannot assist me. She states that I cannot submit a claim on my own behalf, despite having a photo the clearly shows the package was not left in my building. She advised me that I need to notify Faherty immediately, or at least within 24 hours so they could submit an expedited claim and have the driver investigate. It is now 48 hours, multiple calls, chats with a useless AI bot, and I have not been contacted yet. To have a company that cannot provide adequate, or in Fahertys' case, any customer service at all, is ludicrous.  My recommendation to Faherty: Your customer service is nonexistent. Customers that visit your store and customers that visit your website deserve customer service. When customers seek help, forcing them to communicate with an AI chat bot that cannot assist  is not helpful. It only causes frustration. Hire live people to address customer concerns. At this point, I'm so disgusted by Fahertys' lack of response that I don't even want the dress anymore. What if something is wrong with it? Then I will have another hassle trying to reach people in customer service that don't exist. I will be contacting my bank for a chargeback.

I put one on and almost cut myself- it had split!!! I was so shocked and reached out to them immediately since this hasn't happened in 20+ years as a loyal customer who recommended their brand, bought gifts for family, etc. I emailed customer service and they said it's under warranty and can be fixed. I felt like that would be okay until I looked at my other name ring, purchased on the same date. I can see a split forming but not complete in the same exact location as the other one!!!!! I don't want a "fix" or replacement anymore unless it's another brand. I'd like my money back, I've never ever had real jewelry break on its own like this and I take very good care of these treasured objects. I can see these will break again and again :( If they can actually give good customer service I'll return as a customer to still buy trusted brands like Wwake but would never buy from their line ever again and can see numerous recent Reddit posts describing Catbird line jewelry falling apart!
