Service was great for a retail shop. Recommended items to go with what you already had picked out. I appreciated that. I didn't like if it was snug on me and pulling though and they would tell me was perfect for me. Nice selection of styles and colors that aren't common. Sizing is an issue with the one size fits all. There were several skirts I would have bought if they had had a couple of sizes like small, medium, and large. I could get them on but they would pull or snug. I don't pay money for anything unless it's a proper fit. I really wish they had a care tag or card for each clothing item. There are not any tags identifying what the material is. Don't recommend. The price for the quality is absurd. They sell you polyester and on top of that they get it from other clothing stores and sell for way more. They also don't let you return purchases, only store credit. Which I don't want. read more

Absolutely embarrassing! I was showing my cousin who was visiting from Germany around Williamsburg and she wanted to go in here. I've been maybe once and saw the quality does not match price. I was in for a bigger surprise. So many Amazon and Shein clothes with the stitch ripped off and sewed Pink Yotto on! Note- cut the tags inside too if you really wanna fool people. Disgusting. 5 dollar clothing ranging from 78 dollars to over $300. We took some pictures of her in the clothes she tried on, and then found 3 items (same EXACT) a belt that was $49 in store on Cider for $11 dollars, Shein sweater $8 for $98, and a satin skirt on Amazon that was $26 there and $158 here. What a joke!!!! Terrible this needs to be shut down!!!! read more

I got THEE cutest dress here yesterday. Walking around Williamsburg listlessly taking photos of things. I ran into three of these stores and in this location for some reason the women inside started talking to me. They were like this would look nice on you and I was like hmm. And I started trying things on. If I tell you EVERY F-ING thing fit like a charm. I was dressed down and I mean like total transformation I am one bad bitch!! I had to chill I'm not rich and bought one item. Now. Now I can't sleep at night thinking if when I will go and buy some more stuff. I have found my forever store! Staff: 5 stars and super sweet. Nothing against them at all and they're doing a great job. Clothing: damn, it's truly making me question the supply chain and drop shipping, but instead of drop shipping directly to your door, it's more of a drop ship boutique. Super overpriced items in ~trendy~ styles that are yes, cute upfront. But you can tell that they're following a similar model to much larger businesses in terms of buying very cheap polyester items from abroad and upselling them. Reminds me of similar styles depicted by cider and shein, potentially I'm being a bit harsh and the items may be slightly better quality, but don't let the small business facade shape your decision making with the quality. But hey, they're basically doing the same thing as many other boutique-y hip storefronts so I can't come at them too hard. read more

Charu and I came here after dinner at a nearby restaurant. They were looking for a hat. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer by the entry point. As we were browsing, no one offered any help or even acknowledged us. I was interested in getting some bracelets but, I wasn't sure about the quality with the prices they were selling at. I also noticed that there was only one of each item. It felt more like a flea market than a curated experience. And most of the sizes would not fit someone who is a bit on the heavier side. Bought 4 earrings, was told they were sterling silver, within less than 2 months they are turning orange. Not thrilled with the customer service I received over Instagram either, the most I got was "sorry they didn't work out for you!" Would not go back, would not recommend. I have bought a few things in this store and only today I had the realization that the clothes are just cheap polyester garments made in china but marketed in a way that you think you are buying an exclusive collection at a cute boutique. I feel like an idiot! today I saw a skirt that coincidentally I bought on Amazon for $20 and here it was over $100. I also saw a knitted top for double of what I saw it at another store. I finally took pandemic retail therapy off line when I ventured into Pinkyotto. The window display emphasized all the things I love about late Fall - sweater dresses and rich earth tones. While the sales associate was a little much in her customer service approach, I didn't mind her because I know my body and what I like. The things I treated myself to felt like they were sewn to my measurements. The only thing that put me off was the hidden charge for the bag my items were placed in. It would have been nice to let your customers know that they will be charged a dollar for your store's tote bag. It also might be nice to offer them a choice of something a little plainer like a paper bag or even the ability to use their own bag. Communication isn't just reserved for making sales. read more

This place is garbage per all reviews. They run the business and shop with retail folks that sell like a used car salesman. I made the mistake of buying a $325 faux shearling jacket for the first time because the General Manager convinced me it was "good quality". Ripped within a day- went back to return. "Sorry, store credit only". Worse quality products with garbage sales people. Everything is made in China. I've demanded a refund and had to escalate it through my credit company to get a refund.
