I visited the store on 8/8 to exchange a shoe for a bigger side. The manager in the store was absolutely rude. The African American gentleman who identified himself as the manager would not give me the store managers name or even say when I could come in to see her. I was not aware I needed a receipt to exchange.I was more disappointed I. The service I was given than the policy. To make it worse he was the guy I have worked with several times in the past and less than a week ago with my purchase. A little bit of customer service goes a long way. SHITTY SERVICE is an understatement. I wish negative stars was an option because it is what this store deserves. I picked out my shoes and none of the multiple employees around the store offered to go in the back and get my size. When I walked up to the cashier with the shoes I picked she did not even greet me just simply shook her head no. I said "hello do you have these shoes in my size", *shook head no. "Will you look?" *shook head no. I then walked out because of how disrespectful they were. Worst part is my son went back in and asked a different employee for the same shoes and they had them all along. The only thing I have to say about this store is they do not have a hard time turning costumers away. I hope the young girl with the backwards hat at the register is fired. If I could select a lower rating I would. This business is a scam. Do not shop here!!! They state on their website they take returns within two weeks of the original sale, with the tags still on the shoes, and un used. I came into the store at the beginning of the day to return a pair of shoes my son did not like. I had purchased the shoes two days prior to returning them. The assistant manager, told me they only do cash returns and could not take cash out of their drawer at the start of the day. I purchased the sneakers on a credit card and let them know that per their own return Policy on the website and the receipt. It states the payment will be returned to the credit card or the original form of payment. Nothing states cash only returns nor was this explained at the time of purchase. They told me they where not trained on how to give a refund back on a credit card! They also told me they had $201.96 in their starting drawer and could not touch that cash amount even though my purchase was for $149.00. I asked if I could speak with a manager, they told me he had the day off and he works hard so they did t want to bother them. I asked what happens when people try to return shoes at the beginning of the day, they told me they ask them to come back later when they might have cash sales, if they only have credit card sales all day then they can not give returns that day. read more

I am stunned by how rude one of the employees was when we went shopping. myself a white woman and my 2 girls mixed and my daughters friend a white boy. we walk in and the guy there gives us the most disgusted look and proceeds not to say anything to us while he was joking around with another gentleman of color. He finally says that guy can help you. the other guy barely spoke to us and then went to flirt and play with his girlfriend in the back room. when we took the shoes up to pay we put them on the counter and said hi to thefirst gentleman we encountered, nothing. He rings us up and says just the dollar amount. I put my card in and it pays and still not a smile or word from him. he proceeded to just put the shoes on the bag and drop them on the counter. Both myself and daughter say thank you and nothing again but a nasty look. she says have a nice day and we leave. Dont tell me that racism against white people doesn't exist. I have never treated anyone the way this man treated us, and I never would and I bring my children up to never do such a thing either. Not sure what this man's problem is but he doesn't belong in customer service. Don't shop at Expressions! On 1/4/2015 I bought a pair of $60 sneakers for my 7 year old nephew. On 1/5/2015 he tried to put them on to wear to go to school. He had trouble putting on the high tops. I tried to help him by pulling back the tongue and loosening the laces. It was still a struggle to put them on. He stood up and had to wiggle his foot in. When he wore the sneakers he said they hurt the side of his feet. I brought the sneakers back on 1/6/2015 in the morning. The assistant manager refused to return them or refund my money. He said he couldn't take them back because they are worn. I asked to speak to a manager, he called but couldn't get a hold of him. I ask to get the name and number for the manager so that I could call him back. The cashier refused to give the name of the manager. He said it was against store policy. And he wouldn't give the telephone number either. I told him that I had a right to be given the store manager's name. He then called security. Mall security came and said that he did not have to give the store manager's name. I went to the Mall's administration offices and I was immediately given the store manager's name and number as well as the companies information. I called the store manager several times before he called me back. I explained the situation. He said he would call me back the next day when he goes to the store. Three days past he never called. I called him back and he said he couldn't take the sneakers back because he couldn't resell them. He said they should have not been worn. I explained to him that the sneaker has a defect because they are hard to get on and that they hurt the sides of my nephews foot. I also explained to him that I am out of $60 an my nephew is out of a pair of shoes. I had left the sneakers at the store. He said that I would have to complain to NIKE. He asked me how did I get his number because that's his personal number and told me not to call him on his phone. read more
