I personally and specifically come here for my "dansko" style shoes. They are INCREDIBLY well priced ($40?! Yes please!) and they are great quality. The woman working (I'm assuming she's the owner, as well) is extremely friendly and helpful. She gives honest opinions on the fit of scrubs and is super knowledgeable on the brands she sells. During Covid, she has also been selling a wide variety of masks (both fashionable AND comfortable!). The Uniform Outlet always has sales so sign up for the texting/email list and you'll be the first to get the sale notifications! To my surprise, I saved an extra 20% off on my shoes! BONUS! Although, the school I am attending orders my uniforms through a different uniform store, I will ALWAYS come here for shoes (and scrubs in the future!).

After a quick search online, I realized this store is right in Watertown Square and I have passed it countless times... until yesterday! They are SO NICE: I was greeted by a man and woman when I entered, I said I had looked online to see what they had and wrote down the stock numbers of those I was interested in. You would have thought I was purchasing 1000 items by how helpful they were because they both jumped on it: he checked their computer, she went through the rack looking at each stock number. I found what I was looking for (only $23, but I still received the Rock Star treatment) and thanked them for their help with my small (but important) purchase. I love nice people at a great little business, and they have been here for 23 or 24 years. If you need uniforms, go in and see them (and from what the other reviews say, they will order what you need if they don't have it)!

She said she doubts it, juuuust as I look over her shoulder to see a whole rack of them on the left back wall of the store. They carry mainly large sizes in stock, with the Med R & Med Tall the onky two smaller sizes left. I was just disappointed with the absolute lack of effort on this lady's part. She had no idea what she had in the small shop. 50% of the stock is scrubs, but she didn't even bother to check to see if they carried any other item. Just looked around and shrugged. She barely even seemed present. Completely zoned out and leaning against a shelf. She did greet me as I came in, I'll give her that much.

I did love they have the option to do in store pick up which saves you on spending money on shipping. I went in store to pick up my item. The girls at the counter were very helpful. Very nice and was warmly greeted as well. My only mistake was I didn't look at my item before I left the store and unfortunately there was something not so cleanly in the pocket of my what was supposed to be brand new sweater. Now I know mistakes happen so I did call the store spoke with somebody in management and they said somebody would call me right back which they did. And I believe the manager at the warehouse called me a back apologized and took care of the situation, very quickly very rapidly and very professionally. Personally, I know things happen so I feel like the customer service to fix the issue to rectify this was top-tier and I was very appreciative of how fast they got me my new product. If that little situation hadn't had happened, I would've gave five stars. The jacket is beautiful and the embroidery is also very nice. Thank you guys!
