I went back to see if there was anything that could be done. The manager didn't take any responsibility. Instead he told me they have gotten a lot of complaints about the company they use and we're thinking of changing. I had the option of keeping the work I didn't like or sending it back to the bad embroiderers and likely having holes in the scrubs. Now I have 120 dollars worth of ruined scrubs. Will not be going back.

As I returned to my car I realized the man that helped me had not given me a receipt, but I brushed it off and thought I'd be fine when I picked up the jackets. They obviously don't care about you or your business. UPDATE 2/18/19 The person I dealt with at the store contacted me. He apologized for the mistake and offered to make it right. The company sent me a check for all of the money I paid. I am satisfied with this resolution. I was pleased with the quality of work on the jackets.

I did love they have the option to do in store pick up which saves you on spending money on shipping. I went in store to pick up my item. The girls at the counter were very helpful. Very nice and was warmly greeted as well. My only mistake was I didn't look at my item before I left the store and unfortunately there was something not so cleanly in the pocket of my what was supposed to be brand new sweater. Now I know mistakes happen so I did call the store spoke with somebody in management and they said somebody would call me right back which they did. And I believe the manager at the warehouse called me a back apologized and took care of the situation, very quickly very rapidly and very professionally. Personally, I know things happen so I feel like the customer service to fix the issue to rectify this was top-tier and I was very appreciative of how fast they got me my new product. If that little situation hadn't had happened, I would've gave five stars. The jacket is beautiful and the embroidery is also very nice. Thank you guys!
