I asked for her manager to call and never received a call back. The entire school is having issues receiving their uniforms and it was so bad, the principal sent out an email and also allowed students to wear their summer uniform for an extended period. I had to ask the school for help and relied on gently used uniforms that they thankfully have at the school so that my daughter would be in dress code for the first day of school. I eventually found the exact plaid at a different retailer online and ordered from FLORIDA. It was delivered within ONE WEEK. May I also add, this retailer was cheaper for the same exact product and great quality :)? I understand everywhere is short staffed, and I understand supply issues. However, I do not understand unethical business practices. No business should take on clients they cannot reasonably accommodate. Why is Donnelly's taking orders and taking money from customers for products they don't have for months?? Why are they not attempting to find other suppliers to supplement their inventory as needed? Why did our smaller local uniform store not have these supply issues, prior to going out of business? Where did they receive their products ? I called to cancel my order today and the woman told me the jumpers came into the warehouse and they're trying to figure out how to get them to the store location. None of this was updated on the website. Too little too late. I submitted a complaint on the Attorney General's website and I suggest you do the same if you have similar issues!

Very nice and was warmly greeted as well. My only mistake was I didn't look at my item before I left the store and unfortunately there was something not so cleanly in the pocket of my what was supposed to be brand new sweater. Now I know mistakes happen so I did call the store spoke with somebody in management and they said somebody would call me right back which they did. And I believe the manager at the warehouse called me a back apologized and took care of the situation, very quickly very rapidly and very professionally. Personally, I know things happen so I feel like the customer service to fix the issue to rectify this was top-tier and I was very appreciative of how fast they got me my new product. No accountability, just excuses and them encouraging me to have them print, well no because how can I trust the print to go forward when the proof and quote were underprepared. Sure there's ups and downs in life, but if you aren't in top of your game, then acknowledge it and make it right. They missed two dates that they gave me! Had to pick up the shirts and after 3 weeks starting over for a more professional experience with a company I can trust to get it done right and hold on to their dates.

We called back and they said "they didn't have time to deal with it" and we'd have to come to the store to get the deposit back. Just tell them your phone number when making a purchase and you get credit for the purchase. We picked up a UV protective t-shirt as a gift for someone. It was reasonably priced imho, very soft and moisture wicking. Brilliant. I should probably get myself one too. BTW, the company no longer offers bags. None. So bring a reusable bag if you plan to shop here. It's just another way to reduce waste and be a good steward. Some of the prices can be high, but not everything. They sell Patagonia which is an expensive brand, as well as other, more moderately priced items. You just have to know what you want and what you are willing to pay. If you check out the bulletin board upstairs, they offer guided excursions that look really fun. I check out their selection of hiking poles as I am looking to buy some. Everything from really reasonable basic models to foldable, light weight pricey models. So you have options. They have pet items. Personal care items. Clothes and shoes are upstairs. So many types of water bottles. Camping items for both the thru-hiker and the car-camper. Check them out. They are a good resource and the staff are friendly and happy to assist.
