I personally and specifically come here for my "dansko" style shoes. They are INCREDIBLY well priced ($40?! Yes please!) and they are great quality. The woman working (I'm assuming she's the owner, as well) is extremely friendly and helpful. She gives honest opinions on the fit of scrubs and is super knowledgeable on the brands she sells. During Covid, she has also been selling a wide variety of masks (both fashionable AND comfortable!). The Uniform Outlet always has sales so sign up for the texting/email list and you'll be the first to get the sale notifications! To my surprise, I saved an extra 20% off on my shoes! BONUS! Although, the school I am attending orders my uniforms through a different uniform store, I will ALWAYS come here for shoes (and scrubs in the future!).

They are SO NICE: I was greeted by a man and woman when I entered, I said I had looked online to see what they had and wrote down the stock numbers of those I was interested in. You would have thought I was purchasing 1000 items by how helpful they were because they both jumped on it: he checked their computer, she went through the rack looking at each stock number. I found what I was looking for (only $23, but I still received the Rock Star treatment) and thanked them for their help with my small (but important) purchase. I love nice people at a great little business, and they have been here for 23 or 24 years. If you need uniforms, go in and see them (and from what the other reviews say, they will order what you need if they don't have it)!

The staff at the store itself, were super helpful while remaining not overly friendly or annoying. I came here for scrubs for a new job and had to try on a many items to find something that fit right. They helped me find the 'tall' section for pants after trying a couple that didn't work out. The prices seemed reasonable too, most pants were around $20-$22. They have a rack of mixed prints all for $12.99 and then various other tops and styles for prices ranging around $19-$22. If shopping online isn't your thing or you dont know your size and need to try it on I would recommend this place 100%.

She is rude and self centered and for the past 2 months I've been shopping here all she does is belittle employees and continue to be rude to customers, and intrude in any conversation with an associate or customer and give her input. The store looks terrible and I will honestly be referring my friends and family and as well as myself to a different scrub company. Alexander's made a poor choice of management when they hired her. Custom ordered a sweater for work and added embroidery. The price points were pretty good and the…read moreitem didn't take forever to be done. I did love they have the option to do in store pick up which saves you on spending money on shipping. I went in store to pick up my item. The girls at the counter were very helpful. Very nice and was warmly greeted as well. My only mistake was I didn't look at my item before I left the store and unfortunately there was something not so cleanly in the pocket of my what was supposed to be brand new sweater. Now I know mistakes happen so I did call the store spoke with somebody in management and they said somebody would call me right back which they did. And I believe the manager at the warehouse called me a back apologized and took care of the situation, very quickly very rapidly and very professionally. Personally, I know things happen so I feel like the customer service to fix the issue to rectify this was top-tier and I was very appreciative of how fast they got me my new product. Though there were times they didn't have sizes for him he was able to find some of what he needed but comparing prices I can understand why larger corporation like Walmart are covering more sales in everything. They are experts in their field and have a price to match that makes me lean toward Walmart or online. They do honor and give discounts to medical staff just make sure you work for a common agency and bring your badge to eliminate any headache at check out. With a location in CT and the main branch in RI you can drive out here to get what you need or you can find what you want and purchase it cheaper elsewhere.

Ordered tuxes on 8/30 and was told they'd reach out in 10 business days to schedule the fitting. 6…read moreweeks passed and we called multiple times. On one occasion, we were rudely told the tuxes were still not in. We tried again and again and they didn't answer, so we left a very concerned voicemail and was never called back. Store finally called 8 days before my wedding, by which point we went with plan B and told them we didn't need the tuxes anymore and they HUNG UP ON US. We called back and they said "they didn't have time to deal with it" and we'd have to come to the store to get the deposit back. Absolutely horrific customer service for what should have been an important part of the wedding experience.
