I called Trippies and they had told me that typically for what I needed done I would have needed to call weeks in advance. I expressed my urgency and concern as my baby shower was only three days away. I was asked to come in same day so they can look at it, I tried the dress on and the nice lady said that she doesn't know if they'll be able to make it work with how much adjustment the dress needed. She called over her coworker, and forgive me for not Remembering their names. He looked at the dress 360 and he said he could make it work! I left my dress with them at about 3 o'clock in the afternoon and they close at 5 PM. They had my dress altered by the following early afternoon. I came back in to try it on the next day and only minor adjustments needed to be made. They had my dress ready again the next day before my baby shower. They were so kind and helpful and did what they could to make it work and be just on time with such short notice. I will always come back here. They shortened the sleeves, hemmed the dress, fixed the latch on back or dress, made a stitch to bring up the V line , and tightened the shoulders . They even added extra fabric to the side of the dress because my baby bump would not allow the zipper to go all the way up! The dress looked beautiful and they really made it work.

Upon picking the items up 2 days later, insignia was sewn on correctly however was extremely crooked and not centered on majority of my items. This was immediately pointed out to me by my fellow platoon members upon RFD at the barracks. only 1 blouse and 1 Patrol cap was deemed serviceable by my line leaders. This is an extreme dis-service to me as I thought i was going to receive high quality and received everything but. I can understand that mistakes happen, but you can only mess up so many times before a customer begins to question the business. I was told OCP uniforms were worked on before by this location but it seems as though I was lied to.

She is awesome and wants this to succeed and for you to succeed as well. Quality was good and she even delivered right to our facility. We went looking for Carhartt overalls at both stores, but here we were able to find the size and color we were looking for. They didn't have it available next door. You can catch some good clearance and markdowns here on occasion. The employees here are also friendlier and seem to make more of an effort to help you. They have a decent selection of work boots and scrubs as well. The store space is nice, it is always organized and clean when I have stopped in here. Keep an eye out for deals and coupons though, full price can be a little expensive.

So normally, I shop online, but 5.11 has opened retail locations antionwide. On this recent trip I needed a light jacket since I did not realize the weather was going to be a bit too cool for my Florida blood. I happened to run across this location on my travels and decided to make a quick stop. Store layout is like most with everything sorted by type of product and gender so it made it easy for me to find what I was looking for. Since it isn't fall or winter yet the selection was a little lighter, but that was to be expected. Found what I wanted within 10 minutes, was able to test fit the jacket and was happy with it. The only thing I have to ding the retail store for is that they do not accept or honor online coupons or deals, which is not consumer friendly. If I wasn't prepped for time I would have purchased this online. Either way, I was happy with the experience. As a side note, if you need a potty break, no public restrooms here! But if you are in need of some tactical style gear or just something comfrotable that will last, this is a great place to shop.

After a quick search online, I realized this store is right in Watertown Square and I have passed it countless times... until yesterday! They are SO NICE: I was greeted by a man and woman when I entered, I said I had looked online to see what they had and wrote down the stock numbers of those I was interested in. You would have thought I was purchasing 1000 items by how helpful they were because they both jumped on it: he checked their computer, she went through the rack looking at each stock number. I found what I was looking for (only $23, but I still received the Rock Star treatment) and thanked them for their help with my small (but important) purchase. I love nice people at a great little business, and they have been here for 23 or 24 years. If you need uniforms, go in and see them (and from what the other reviews say, they will order what you need if they don't have it)!
