I decided to buy some apparel for my 82 year old father who graduated from the school. I wanted to give him the merchandise as a Father's Day present. It was personalized and everything. Before placing the order I called to make sure they would do it since we were closing. I was told absolutely, it would be ready in about two weeks. I never heard from them after 3 weeks so I called. I was told I had to email a man named Adam. Adam, never responded to my email. I called again, and was told Adam was in the back and couldn't come to the phone. I had to leave my name and number. Adam, never returned my call. I called a second time the Friday before Father's Day, and was told they could not help me I had to talk to Adam. I told them to cancel my order and I was told they couldn't I had to email Adam. Needless to say I got upset. Finally a man got on the phone and said that Adam is not really part of Body toppers and it wasnt a reflection on them. HOWEVER, Adam is this mans nephew. Bottom line, they agreed that it was a horrible way to do business, agreed that I should be upset but insisted it had nothing to do with them that it was Adam who runs BT Promotions. All I know is that I now have no gift for my 82 year old father and i am disappointed, frustrated, and angry. I should also mention that my husband also graduated from this school and I had ordered him a Father's Day gift as well. Also, the order wasn't a small one it was for $150! Obviously Adam doesn't need the money, so no one need give him any business!

I had gotten quotes from several T-shirt companies and compared their products/prices, but NE Design was the only one that offered to send "color cards," which turned out to be catalogs with cute T-shirt cutouts made of real fabric so we could get a better idea of the actual colors. As it turns out, NE Design had one of the best prices and their shop happened to be located within walking distance from work, so we decided to place an order. When I received the first sample for approval, I'll admit I was a bit skeptical and took it home that night to wash and dry it, just to see if the graphics would last. The shirt came out looking exactly the same! Maria accommodated our various requests and last-minute adjustments, and was helpful in offering different options based on our needs. She also responded quickly. Overall, I had a great experience with NE Design and would definitely recommend them!

Many places in the area did not provide the type of service I was looking for, or they needed to have a minimum of pieces to be embroidered. I sent an inquiry through Yelp and received a response from them right away letting me know they are able to do it. I loved that they were flexible with when I am able to come in to drop the graduation stole - since I was in a rush, I went in right after work on the same day. They provided me with a quote on Yelp and I was very thrilled with it. When I dropped it off, they were very thorough with what they are able to do with their expertise. I was able to choose the font of the embroidery and the location of where I wanted everything. They were so accommodating despite how little time they had with this and were SO kind about it. After I told them how I wanted everything, they gave me an estimated date and I did not have to leave a deposit. The next day or so, the staff emailed me a draft before having a final approval. I was very pleased with it and gave her the final OK. Less than a week later, I received an email saying it was ready.... way before the estimated date which was even better. Words cannot describe what a great job they have done. I highly recommend coming to them because they really do a fabulous job with accommodation and the embroidery itself. This will be my go-to place for embroidery from now on.

So I finally took some time to look up local businesses that do custom embroidery and found Graphic Connections. I spoke with the owner Paul in person one evening shortly after they were closed for the day. He was very friendly and insightful to their process for handling custom jobs for their customers including other local businesses. They run two shifts: sales and design by day, printing and embroidery by night. We spoke through some details and fees involved and went from there. Zapporah took care of all the different quotes and questions promptly. Dave handled the design and proofs prior to production. The night crew handled production and a phonecall was received when it was ready for pickup. Turnaround time after the proofs was really quick! Moment of truth was when I finally picked up the end product - a few aprons embroidered with logos as a gift to another local small business. They were beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. I can't be any happier and look forward to working with them again in the future! Definitely recommend!!!

So, I purchased 15 shirts from a professional connection, but the place I got the shirts told me it was too small of an order to do the screen printing and have numbers specific to each jersey (my guys are picky about that). So, I headed over to "The Spot" and met with Dave, the owner, who happened to be manning the shop. Don't be fooled by his age, this kid knows his stuff. He went trhough all the logistics with me in a snap, had everything in line to the penny, and even offered to help me out with some hats, which I was interested in. He told me everything would be ready in a week, and sure enough, he was faster than that. The logo was exactly what I wanted, all the numbers were correct to the proper shirt sizes, and the price was exactly what he had quoted me. As for the hat, once the rest of my team saw it, they all ponied up the extra cash for their own - and he is going to be able to spin those for us before our first game. Dave is professional, effiecient, and does great work. Anytime I need something like this done, I know right where to go. The only thing I would change is I wish I bought my shirts from him to give him more business.
