As soon as he answered the phone it was a positive and attractive conversation. He informed me that they're production warehouse is in CT but if I overnighted the shirt he would get it done within a couple hours and overnight it back to me as I need it today, Friday, which it just arrived. (Thanks so much Chris)!!!!!! They usually ship back ground UPS but as this is for my boss I sent him a return express UPS label and he took care of the rest. I can't believe he was so easy going and efficient and all the other competitors wouldn't take one this project at all.
