Many places in the area did not provide the type of service I was looking for, or they needed to have a minimum of pieces to be embroidered. I sent an inquiry through Yelp and received a response from them right away letting me know they are able to do it. I loved that they were flexible with when I am able to come in to drop the graduation stole - since I was in a rush, I went in right after work on the same day. They provided me with a quote on Yelp and I was very thrilled with it. When I dropped it off, they were very thorough with what they are able to do with their expertise. I was able to choose the font of the embroidery and the location of where I wanted everything. They were so accommodating despite how little time they had with this and were SO kind about it. After I told them how I wanted everything, they gave me an estimated date and I did not have to leave a deposit. The next day or so, the staff emailed me a draft before having a final approval. I was very pleased with it and gave her the final OK. Less than a week later, I received an email saying it was ready.... way before the estimated date which was even better. Words cannot describe what a great job they have done. I highly recommend coming to them because they really do a fabulous job with accommodation and the embroidery itself. This will be my go-to place for embroidery from now on.

I had gotten quotes from several T-shirt companies and compared their products/prices, but NE Design was the only one that offered to send "color cards," which turned out to be catalogs with cute T-shirt cutouts made of real fabric so we could get a better idea of the actual colors. As it turns out, NE Design had one of the best prices and their shop happened to be located within walking distance from work, so we decided to place an order. When I received the first sample for approval, I'll admit I was a bit skeptical and took it home that night to wash and dry it, just to see if the graphics would last. The shirt came out looking exactly the same! Maria accommodated our various requests and last-minute adjustments, and was helpful in offering different options based on our needs. So, I purchased 15 shirts from a professional connection, but the place I got the shirts told me it was too small of an order to do the screen printing and have numbers specific to each jersey (my guys are picky about that). So, I headed over to "The Spot" and met with Dave, the owner, who happened to be manning the shop. Don't be fooled by his age, this kid knows his stuff. He went trhough all the logistics with me in a snap, had everything in line to the penny, and even offered to help me out with some hats, which I was interested in. He told me everything would be ready in a week, and sure enough, he was faster than that. The logo was exactly what I wanted, all the numbers were correct to the proper shirt sizes, and the price was exactly what he had quoted me. As for the hat, once the rest of my team saw it, they all ponied up the extra cash for their own - and he is going to be able to spin those for us before our first game. Dave is professional, effiecient, and does great work. Anytime I need something like this done, I know right where to go. But none of them do so with such individual attention, competitive pricing, flexibility, patience, and above-and-beyond customer service. My school wanted to produce a small number of baseball caps with our logo to be given to our biggest donors. From a list we picked Imprint Express. Good choice. Throughout the long process from start to finish we had personal help from a single representative. If you have ever undertaken one of these projects you'll know how fantastic it is to have one person you're working with rather then a mini-call center where instructions are lost in a jumble of bureaucracy and a lack of accountability. They treated us with a small-scale project with incredible attention; like we were some huge contract. They even went so far as to liiterally send a person to our school to go over thread colors with us. I don't know of any other place that would do that. This is old school customer service like it should be.
