I notified them of this in person and they were polite about it..UNTIL they call me roughly 5 hours later and say the pants came in and to take my business elsewhere from now on, and hang up on me. Well I plan on doing just that. In closing, don't waste your time. I thought I found a reliable uniform source, but this is not the place.

The staff at the store itself, were super helpful while remaining not overly friendly or annoying. I came here for scrubs for a new job and had to try on a many items to find something that fit right. They helped me find the 'tall' section for pants after trying a couple that didn't work out. The prices seemed reasonable too, most pants were around $20-$22. They have a rack of mixed prints all for $12.99 and then various other tops and styles for prices ranging around $19-$22. If shopping online isn't your thing or you dont know your size and need to try it on I would recommend this place 100%.

After a quick search online, I realized this store is right in Watertown Square and I have passed it countless times... until yesterday! They are SO NICE: I was greeted by a man and woman when I entered, I said I had looked online to see what they had and wrote down the stock numbers of those I was interested in. You would have thought I was purchasing 1000 items by how helpful they were because they both jumped on it: he checked their computer, she went through the rack looking at each stock number. I found what I was looking for (only $23, but I still received the Rock Star treatment) and thanked them for their help with my small (but important) purchase. I love nice people at a great little business, and they have been here for 23 or 24 years. If you need uniforms, go in and see them (and from what the other reviews say, they will order what you need if they don't have it)!

I personally and specifically come here for my "dansko" style shoes. They are INCREDIBLY well priced ($40?! Yes please!) and they are great quality. The woman working (I'm assuming she's the owner, as well) is extremely friendly and helpful. She gives honest opinions on the fit of scrubs and is super knowledgeable on the brands she sells. During Covid, she has also been selling a wide variety of masks (both fashionable AND comfortable!). The Uniform Outlet always has sales so sign up for the texting/email list and you'll be the first to get the sale notifications! To my surprise, I saved an extra 20% off on my shoes! BONUS! Although, the school I am attending orders my uniforms through a different uniform store, I will ALWAYS come here for shoes (and scrubs in the future!).

I called Trippies and they had told me that typically for what I needed done I would have needed to call weeks in advance. I expressed my urgency and concern as my baby shower was only three days away. I was asked to come in same day so they can look at it, I tried the dress on and the nice lady said that she doesn't know if they'll be able to make it work with how much adjustment the dress needed. She called over her coworker, and forgive me for not Remembering their names. He looked at the dress 360 and he said he could make it work! I left my dress with them at about 3 o'clock in the afternoon and they close at 5 PM. They had my dress altered by the following early afternoon. I came back in to try it on the next day and only minor adjustments needed to be made. They had my dress ready again the next day before my baby shower. They were so kind and helpful and did what they could to make it work and be just on time with such short notice. I will always come back here. They shortened the sleeves, hemmed the dress, fixed the latch on back or dress, made a stitch to bring up the V line , and tightened the shoulders . They even added extra fabric to the side of the dress because my baby bump would not allow the zipper to go all the way up! The dress looked beautiful and they really made it work.

This was immediately pointed out to me by my fellow platoon members upon RFD at the barracks. only 1 blouse and 1 Patrol cap was deemed serviceable by my line leaders. This is an extreme dis-service to me as I thought i was going to receive high quality and received everything but. I can understand that mistakes happen, but you can only mess up so many times before a customer begins to question the business. So normally, I shop online, but 5.11 has opened retail locations antionwide. On this recent trip I needed a light jacket since I did not realize the weather was going to be a bit too cool for my Florida blood. I happened to run across this location on my travels and decided to make a quick stop. Store layout is like most with everything sorted by type of product and gender so it made it easy for me to find what I was looking for. Since it isn't fall or winter yet the selection was a little lighter, but that was to be expected. Found what I wanted within 10 minutes, was able to test fit the jacket and was happy with it. The only thing I have to ding the retail store for is that they do not accept or honor online coupons or deals, which is not consumer friendly. If I wasn't prepped for time I would have purchased this online. Either way, I was happy with the experience. As a side note, if you need a potty break, no public restrooms here! But if you are in need of some tactical style gear or just something comfrotable that will last, this is a great place to shop.
