We aren't familiar with the store layout and were talking amongst ourselves as to where men's pajamas could be. An employee who was close enough to hear us made a bee-line away being sure not to make eye contact. Once we found the department, we are talking to each other about where the flannel sets may be located. A second employee followed the example of our previous encounter. We did find what we wanted. No prices are listed nearby or on the garments. Now to find a cashier. We walk around looking. None of the customer service desks are manned. We finally find an employee who is able, and willing, to check us out. That was an unpleasant interaction. Our pajamas were sixty dollars and I apparantly am an ignorant human according to the cashier for not agreeing with their opinions. Brilliant.

I will say that this place is very organized for a thrift store. They have everything lined up by…read moresizes, even the shoes. They have a wide variety of clothing, shoes and accessories. However, they do not have much in sizes XL & up. It is mostly size large and under. However, I was still able to find a few good deals, but I must say the cleanliness & organization of the store is a little deceiving. The prices of the used clothing is still very high for the conditions of some of the stuff.. alot of the items you can tell are worn with lint balls but are still being sold for $12. I have gotten free stuff in better condition than alot of stuff here. The shoes, I wouldn't even touch them, they are all very worn, should be up for donation, not for sale. Like I said I was able to find 5 reasonable items. The coach wristlet for $18, a juicy couture purse with the tag still on for $16 and my daughter got 3 nice clothing items for $13, which was great. Maybe I will return here in the future to browse, but it is more for smaller woman (did not see alot of bigger men items either).

The sales are pretty good with clearance being marked down sometimes more than 50%. If you are a subscriber, there is often a $25 off $100 purchase coupon included in the catalog. However it usually can't be combined with sales.

When they stepped into the store the woman slithered out from the counter and immediately began using a passive aggressive tone. The brunette and bleach blonde older ladies that worked there on Saturday night were not helpful or…read morepolite. I was not greeted nor asked if I needed any help. I was in the store for 20-30 minutes. I noticed this trend when any older lady came in. They only greeted the younger teens. They had personal conversations about the Hunger Games and Harry Potter while I was the only one in the store. On the other hand, the woman named Diamond was very nice and respectful. She noticed that I was not being helped and was not judgmental at all. I was put off by the other 2 ladies and felt that they were very unprofessional.
