NAVA is such a cute spot to update your wardrobe! It's actually good I don't live locally because I'd probably be here all the time and some of these pieces are expensive. I found a cute shirt on the sale rack and many other cute sweaters that I couldn't afford to pack for my trip home. I appreciated how helpful the staff were. You can tell they really care about making people feel comfortable in their store. It was pretty size inclusive and they had a rack specifically for plus size styles. read more

Really enjoyed my spontaneous little visit to Nava. When I spotted a cute pair of charcoal-striped, off-white jeans (wide-legged), I caved and tried them on. I didn't really think they'd work cause I'm under 5' but sales associate Sabrina urged me on. So did my daughter. Between their nods of approval and an onlooking customer commenting on how great they fit, I was sold. Love shopping at Nava cause the vibe is fun, congenial, sincere and helpful. I have been eyeing striped pants awhile but this was the first pair that had the quality feel and smart styling that made them worth a trip into the dressing room. Thanks, Sabrina and Nava! You made it easy to support a small business! read more

The store is so cute and they have so many options. The people are very friendly and talk to you throughout your time shopping. Things seem to be reasonably priced and they have great gift options. read more

I almost walked right by this adorable store but I happened to look in the windows and I'm so glad I did. I'm new to Providence and I've been looking for that cute boutique experience that I enjoyed in Boulder and this meets and exceeds my expectations. Nava has a great collection of reasonably priced clothing, just under $100 from what I was looking at, that looks more like it's from a much higher priced boutique. In addition to this nicely curated clothing collection, there's a great selection of gifts and accessories such as candles, books, jewelry, and the best Christmas ornaments I've seen in awhile. The ladies were super helpful and happy to make suggestions. I wouldn't pass this by! I'll certainly be back for my Christmas shopping. read more

The staff is too hands on and opinionated. Recommending somebody shop in the extended section, telling them to size up, inviting them to be in a plus size group chat. These are not body positive things. Having an extended size section is lovely. Making somebody feel insecure and self conscious when their intention wasn't to discuss their weight the whole time they shopped? Left feeling terrible. Reconsider your approach. read more

Sabrina is, and has always been, amazing. I started shopping at Nava when I worked next door, and it was always the best part of my payday week to dip into Nava. Sabrina was always right there with the right clothes. While I'm across town now, I will always do my holiday and birthday shopping here. Long live Nava. read more

If you relish wandering around a shop filled with delicates, gifts, fashionable clothing, candles and so much more, this is it. I loved taking my time wandering through the store, talking with the staff, never feeling rushed. I was able to pour over the most intricate necklaces and charms in abundance and ask questions to the helpful staff that actually made me feel so at home we even talked inclusion (always be learning) and developing relationships with customers so they stick to what the needs of their shoppers are. This is a gem of a store, a community stockist with something for everyone. This will be a destination for me any time I visit Providence. I sit here now, hours away, enjoying the heavenly reminder of Providence through the essence of this drool-worthy Coffee Milk essence candle! Oh how groovy! I'll be back! Go and see for yourself, but save some goodies for me! read more

I stopped here in December looking for nice gifts. However, everything is just so overpriced. They want $20 to $30, for example, for Christmas ornaments. I'd love to support a local business, but the prices here are just insane. read more

I really enjoyed my time visiting Nava! I was assisted by Lorely who had a really good sense of style and knew how to shop for my body. I've been here before and the last person who helped me said weird things about my hair. It was a little more expensive than I expected, but I really enjoyed the selection of patterns (my favorite was the MewMeow Leopard Jacket! Lol)! Only thing was the stickers by the cash register where honestly a mess! Un. Org. A. Nized. I know they're closed right now but I didn't have enough time to review this a couple weeks ago when I visited haha read more

I LOVE NAVA! One of my best friend's is a doc in Boston, working the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our group of friends wanted to send her stress relievers (bath bombs, candles, incense) as a form of encouragement and thanks for her good work. Now, I have been a long time shopper of NAVA since they were on Thayer Street, and have always found their shop inviting, and all of their staff personable and ever so helpful. I have never shopped their online store before, but today when I went online I found it extremely easy to navigate. They had so many fun products and stress relievers to send to my friend (we got lavender incense, bath bombs, and a delicious smelling candle - smelled it last time I was physically in the store), and the CUTEST cards. I even sent them a note on instagram, and they were able to write a message in the card from us and send us pictures of the cards to choose. They have provided some the best customer service and good cheer imaginable. AND I am so happy I get to support them as a small local business. Thank you thank you thank you! read more

Pretty store, well curated. The designs and selection is really lovely. It is a pleasure to shop at Nava.

such a lovely and unique shop, and the people working the store are wonderful they helped myself and my mom pick out outfits for my brothers wedding and were super kind and helpful! read more

Rude people work here. I was followed around the store while I shopped (yes, I am of color) so already I wanted to leave. When I went up to the counter to pay for my stuff, the woman there didn't greet or speak to me AT ALL during the entire transaction of me BUYING something. Don't recommend, especially if you're not white. Also, very overpriced. read more

I absolutely adore coming to this boutique! I always make sure to pop in to browse whenever I am walking down Wickenden Street. They have super unique products ranging from home decor, jewelry and clothes, and I've found some of my favorite pieces here. Not to mention their Christmas ornaments were so cute, I couldn't resist buying some! Walking through small boutiques like this has always brought me peace, and having just moved to Providence, I'm happy to have found Nava. Highly recommend coming in even if you just need a breather from the outside world - you will not be disappointed! read more

Visited this store the last time we were in Providence. Interesting inventory, but the prices were way too high for a place that sells used, consignment and vintage clothes. read more

Beautiful store but terrible customer service. One of the sales associate was so rude, answering questions with one word. Staring and rolling her eyes when I asked for further assistance. At one point she whispered into the ear of the other associate to talk down upon me and gossip. I am not sure if it was due to my identity as a person of color, but I am sad to say while I love this store they will no longer get my business until there associates become kinder, more approachable, and respectful. So sad. read more

Had a poor experience while shopping in This store while vacationing here in Rhode Island. Store personnel never acknowledged that we entered the store or the entire time we were there. We have to walk to the register after being there for 5 minutes and it is a very small store as you can be seen anywhere within the store. The person there the day we were there was disinterested in stopping what she was doing to assist us and it appeared we were interrupting here although we were the only ones in the store so we left. The items seemed a little pricy for what they were and the selection was very limited. We live shopping independent business owners and supporting local economy but that doesn't mean they don't need to earn our business by at least providing average customer services and competitive pricing. There are many other vintage stores in the area we visited that were happy to have us stop in and assist with suggesting items based on our interest. We prefer to spend our money with those businesses. read more

I absolutely adore Nava and the entire staff who are always extremely helpful, kind, and personable each and every time I shop there (....which is often). All items are super well-made, thoughtfully curated, and worth the price point. I can't tell you how many times I am stopped when I'm out wearing a Nava jumpsuit or dress and people ask where I got it. So many times!! Definitely worth the trip to pop in, browse around and scoop some super cute things amongst some super chill people (especially Sabrina!) read more

Everything here is beautiful even if a few things aren't my style. Sabrina pretty much instantly figured out what i likes to wear and showed me a bunch of amazing things (I ended up buying all of it) and frequently came back to the fitting room to see if i needed anything. There's something for everybody and the prices are not at all what I expected from a curated boutique. They have a solid vintage section where I've found a few really good pieces. The home decor stuff, like prints, candles, and knick knacks are all adorable. And, since the carry greeting cards by local artists (think Frog&Toad), it's he perfect one stop shop for a gift. Highly recommend. read more

Nava is a hidden gem in Providence! Aside from being an adorable boutique that caters to many shapes and sizes, they also sell adorable home accessories and jewelry. The staff is knowledgeable and caters to your needs making your shopping experience very personal. The staff took the time to help me out of my comfort zone and customize a new style I wanted to try, I can't recommend this place enough! read more

I lived around the corner from Nava for years, popping in periodically and admiring the cute, eclectic collection of clothes, jewelry, and gifts. I would have just left it at that until this past weekend, when I realized I was going to a steakhouse for dinner that night and all my non-workout clothes had been packed away for a move. "Go check out that store around the corner" my husband said, while I debated canceling plans. So I rather frantically show up 20 minutes before closing asking for help, seemingly unable to even describe my usual style. Thank goodness for Sabrina, who has a knack for putting together outfits and soothing a frazzled customer. She took it all in stride and helped me find an outfit that made me feel beautiful, but was also incredibly versatile. I honestly couldn't have had a better experience - it's the attention and care that took Nava from a good store to a great one. So stop in and ask for Sabrina to help you discover a new outfit (or more!). You won't regret it. read more

Very cute, and fairly priced clothing and home items. I'm my opinion the customers service comments are NOT correct. I've shopped here several time and the employees have been nothing but pleasant. read more

I LOVE Nava! The team at Nava is so attentive. They listen to your style needs and questions, then guide you to clothes and accessories that fit your overall style. The home accessories and candles are phenomenal too! read more

By far my favorite lifestyle boutique. Not only is the environment a relaxing getaway in itself, it's some of the most inviting shopping Providence has to offer. NAVA has a curated collection of clothing, jewelry, accessories, home decor, plants, etc. for every budget and body. The owner Ali, and her team Sabrina, Cassidy, and Deanna, are honestly some of the most amazing women. They are very eager to help you find the perfect item for yourself or a gift, in person or via FaceTime. Sabrina is a styling goddess, if you're lucky enough to stop by when she's working she goes above and beyond to make sure you look and feel confident AF in your NAVA outfits. Thank You Ali and team for being my go to, and for treating your customers like family. read more

NAVA is my favorite store in Providence! I've had numerous awesome experiences here. I love their plants, rugs, clothes, jewelry...the list goes on and on. It's such a visually pleasing store, and I LOVE being in there. Last weekend I rushed in to buy a dress for a wedding that was taking place an hour later. Both Sabrina and Ali were extremely helpful! They stopped what they were doing and they were on the job-pulling dresses and jewelry for me. They gave me tips for my hair and shoes and I left happy-with a dress that I adore and will definitely wear again. To me, their customer service can't be beat! read more

I LOVE this place for unique, quality items and great customer service.

The woman working didn't even acknowledge us at all when we came in. No welcome or hi or anything. We did a full sweep of the store and she never spoke one word to us. Also, the prices are way too high. They have some really cute pieces but they should be about half the price they are. read more

I stopped in to NAVA today before having brunch across the street at Brickway on Wickenden. I am so excited about their new location. This charming shop is impeccably organized and filled to the brim with affordable, high quality items perfect for gifting...or treating yourself. I highly recommend this shop not only for it's amazing atmosphere and selection of items but for the thoughtful customer service, and the staff that goes a long way to make sure you leave the shop feeling satisfied and...stylish! I will definitely be back xo! read more

I've been shopping at NAVA since they were over on Thayer Street years ago, but in the last two years it's become my go to spot when I want some retail therapy. The store is bright and open with seriously inviting displays. I buy incense and candles from here pretty much exclusively now because the store always smells so good. I have a totally different experience with customer service here. The staff is super helpful and knows how to read a room - if you're chatty they'll be the same but if you don't want to talk they'll let you browse in peace. I shopped at the store enough by now that the staff started to know me and help me find pieces I loved, which is a rare experience in a lot of boutiques. If you want to support a local, woman owned boutique that specializes in current trends abbr killer vintage, I definitely recommend NAVA. read more

I LOVE this place. They sell an exceptionally-curated selection of clothing and accessories and the staff was so helpful that I felt like I had my own personal shopping assistant. This store is the cutest! I have been to NAVA a few times now and each time I have not been disappointed. I am not a big spender, nor am I the trendiest, but I feel like NAVA has something for everyone. I love visiting ( and have shamelessly visited a few times in one week) but each time the staff are always so friendly, and so helpful in finding me clothes that fit my style and make me feel comfortable. Each of the women I've met who work there are so attentive and seem to really know what they are talking about. Not to mention that the store is constantly restocking new styles so there is always something fresh and fun to choose from. NAVA is definitely worth a visit. read more

Favorite favorite favorite store. The staff was super friendly and gave me a lot of outfit options for a dress I picked out and ended up buying. They have really cute gift options and home decor. They have boutique prices so don't go in there expecting to get a bargain - but from what I saw their clothing is good quality and the prices show for that. The only thing I wish is their website had more options! Next time I'm in Rhode Island I'll definitely be stopping by. read more

Just went in to look for a bag for a friend. They do indeed have some cute and interesting bags and the shop is very pleasing to the eye. But one of the two clerks literally said within earshot "if you have a customer who looks legit, don't be [doing what we are doing right now]." Seemed pretty rude. I was legitimately considering buying a bag! read more

Cute shop with lots of stylish, trendy pieces and accessories. Reminds me of a mom-and-pop version of Urban Outfitters, only with more sophistication and class. Best of all are the very reasonable prices! I look forward to shopping there again. read more

Interesting clothes, creative and fun home decor with excellent texture, and thoughtful and kind staff. This is the best neighborhood boutique I've ever known. Hands down my absolute favorite place to shop. Gorgeous range of quality clothes (new and vintage) at affordable prices that are constantly being updated for every season. Incredible jewelry collection! If you're lucky enough to encounter Sabrina, the shopping experience cannot be beat. She takes the time to pull items she thinks you may like and even give her expert opinion on the things you try on. Even when the foot traffic picks up she makes sure to check in on you and see that you are getting the sizes you need. Great little gem of a store that I feel grateful to have found! read more

Clothes are very cute- trendy and stylish. They cater to a range of tastes and body types, and the store is decorated beautifully. Unfortunately the woman (who seems to be always working) is extremely unwelcoming and rude and has prevented me from buying things in the store on multiple occasions because of how rude she was. I can't tell if it is some personal vendetta against me (as I have been there a handful of times) or this is the way she treats all customers. Doesn't greet you when you go in, and when she comes around to ask if you want a dressing room seems extremely exasperated and annoyed you were even in there. I took my mom to shop here and she noticed the same thing. Disappointing. read more

I have been shopping at NAVA for over five years. The first time I stopped in I purchased a cozy, warm sweater, which is still in great condition. It quickly became my go-to clothing store. NAVA poured its heart and soul into their new location on Wickenden street. The shop is beautifully decorated with all sorts of lights, prints, and other eclectic wall accents, which are available to purchase. With gorgeous new and vintage apparel for men and women, hair accessories, jewelry, shoes, home accessories, and more, it's hard to leave empty handed. The staff at NAVA create such a welcoming atmosphere. Ali and Liz are extremely helpful, friendly, honest, and never pushy. They truly care about their customers.
