Not bad. Friendly clerk, and decent prices. Nothing out-worldly but picked up a couple sweaters now that we're in that time of year. Can't say this would be a regular stop for me, but if I'm cruising the mall I'd probably stop in. Inside seemed clean and not as drab as some other areas of the mall. read more

Great selection of Men's clothing. Good quality, good prices. Most of them on the casual side. This location has a men's store, whereas the PVD Place mall store only has women's clothes. Got a few pairs of shorts, many styles and colors. Would go back.. read more

I have been to this location a few times, and every time I go in, I notice how rude and unfriendly the staff is here. Today I went in to return something, and the clerk, named Cherne I think, said that because it was 2 days passed the 30 day mark, that I would have to take a merchandise credit. I asked if he would be kind enough to make an exception. He flatly said "No". I asked again, "for just 2 days?" No. I've worked in retail my entire life, and never would I refuse to bend the rule for a measly two days. I will never shop here again. The customer service, or lack thereof, is just awful. There are plenty of other stores in the mall who treat their customers much better. read more

I was highly anticipating the opening of the new H&M in The Warwick Mall. I didn't run down there the day it opened as I presumed a mass crowd of people would be waiting to get in there and spend their dirty money on hipster clothing. Instead, I waited a few months and finally checked it out a couple of weeks ago. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the store - it's quite large. They have a women's AND men's section, as well as a children's section. I waited about 25 minutes for a dressing room, big downfall of this place. There are only a handful of dressing rooms and I don't think it's enough to take care of the amount of customers that are coming into the store. They should've allowed more space for dressing rooms to accommodate the patrons. That being said... everything else was up to par. Cashiers were fairly friendly; or rather... as friendly as a young 20-something college hipster can be. As always, a ton of clothing/shoes/accessories that are fairly priced to fit any budget. I'm sure from now until after Christmas this place is going to be a 3 ring circus sideshow, especially on the weekends. But that won't stop me. read more

Holy Hell. Black Friday at 59th and Lexington location- Fun,Fun,Fun. Black Friday at Warwick Mall location - Hell on Earth. The mall didn't open their doors, until midnight. Then hordes of people squeezed through the single open door. When they entered the mall, each individual broke into a chaotic run. Wah? This time H and M only handed out money saving scratch tickets to; the first 50 people and 20% off to the next 50. Bummer. Then by the time I grabbed something, there were literally hundreds of people in front of me. I then put the 5 dollar dress down. It was originally $10. Five dollars of savings is not worth a three hour line. I didn't like the selection of things here, compared to the NYC stores. Honestly, just take the drive to Providence Place (unless you need Men's clothing). Most of the staff I find to be pleasant, but it seems the managers think they are hot...you know what...because they are managers there. The attitude is repulsive. I am usually the person telling people in lines to stop complaining or stop being rude to employees and I have to hold myself back almost everytime I have an interaction in this store, which is not want I want....especially when it makes me so aggravated I nearly run to Taco Bell to eat my angry feelings. read more

Another one of my favorite stores located in the Warwick Mall, this H&M location is the only one in the area, as far as I know, that offers a men's selection on clothing. The prices here are incredible! I walked out with two nice t shirts for 14 bucks, can't beat that! read more

It's ok. Cute clothes. LOTS to look through when you visit this store. Sometimes you can get AMAZING deals. Sometimes their clothes are way overpriced. The bad thing is their sizing is all over the place. Sometimes I wear a 4 sometimes I'm an 8. Sometimes I'm a 12. What? Sometimes I'm a small. Sometimes I'm a large. Who knows what to do. It gets REALLY hot in the store so I can't spend too much time in there, although I like a lot of their selection. They have a lot of basics, professional clothing, and random fun stuff too. The clothes are awesome but service is horrible! The people at the counter are always pleasant but the one's in charge of restocking/rearranging the clothes seem to have no customer service experience or no interest in helping potential customers. They barely give you a greeting walking in and out. It's the little things that keep customers coming back. I've drove all the way to to Southshore Plaza in MA just to avoid the horrible service at Warwick Mall H&M. read more

I would give zero stars if I could I have never in my life dealt with such rude employees. I understand that it is difficult to run a. Store with the corona guidelines but that still doesn't excuse blatant rudenessWhen I first got there, there was a line, not a problem I don't mind waiting, when it became my turn the lady monitoring the door insisted that they were over capacity so I couldn't go on even though I saw multiple people come out, and everyone before me was able to enter after the same amount of people exited. Then when I had got to the counter I waited in line, when it was my turn I told her I wanted to do a return I handed her the items as well as the receipt and then she asked me to back up to the red line, I would not have been offended by this had that been what she was doing with everyone but she hadn't said the same to the two girls who had went before me. Because my returns were from an online order the plastic bags they came in were there tags, and the lady then tried to claim they couldn't return things without tags and then I explained it had no tag because it was an online order, she and her manager who was working the register next to her both tried to act like they were doing me a favor to return this item when I brought with the plastic bag it came on that was it's "tag", the manager said "just so you know for the future we do not expect returns with out a receipt". Untrue! You accept all returns with the tags they came in even if it is a bag and not the store tag... I've done many online returns in other locations and they have never given me a problem. I love H&M for cheap clothing but trendy and cute clothes, basically Forever 21 for grown ups. Don't get me wrong I have nothing against F21 but sometimes you just can't find a skirt to cover your butt in there if you know what I mean. I found a lovely little dress with a more than lovely price tag at the Emerald location but alas they were out of my size. The fantastic sales associate there called this location to check if they had it but found the workers here were far to busy to check. They gave me the number so I could try back. I tried maybe 6 times in a three hour period and not once was my phone call even picked up..not good..but I was in love with the number so I took a drive. First time in the store so I had no idea where the dress might be so I asked an associate on the floor. She directed me to it but did not go any further than that, "would you like to try that on?" "do you need help finding your size?" both would have been nice. Went to the register to check out, huge line...one girl working hard to get it down. A "manager" (I'm assuming) comes over sees the lines checks a binder (to check breaks? who's supposed to be on register? who knows?) and then walks away. Not a great first experience with this location. Great size store and seemed to have a good selection but step up the service just a bit please, not looking for JCrew level service as I'm paying about an 1/8 of the price but still guys... read more

I have worked in retail for over a decade and I am very disappointed every time I walk into this location. The only reason I go here is because it is the closest location with men's clothes. Every time I go in it seems there is never anyone in the men's section and if there is, I am not greeted or helped whatsoever. The store is almost always trashed with merchandise all over the floor and on top of racks, making it nearly impossible to shop. The worst part of this location is the line at the register. It seems like there is always 1 cashier for both the men's and women's side and a line out the door. I've waited for up to 20 minutes to pay on more than one occasion, even walked out once because I was so frustrated from waiting. The fitting rooms are a mess and the service in there is usually awful as well. This store has a lot of potential being the only men's H+M in RI and it's sad to see how poorly it is run.
