We aren't familiar with the store layout and were talking amongst ourselves as to where men's pajamas could be. An employee who was close enough to hear us made a bee-line away being sure not to make eye contact. Once we found the department, we are talking to each other about where the flannel sets may be located. A second employee followed the example of our previous encounter. We did find what we wanted. No prices are listed nearby or on the garments. Now to find a cashier. We walk around looking. None of the customer service desks are manned. We finally find an employee who is able, and willing, to check us out. That was an unpleasant interaction. Our pajamas were sixty dollars and I apparantly am an ignorant human according to the cashier for not agreeing with their opinions. Brilliant.

Outside, there was a mild scent of garage and sewer. Once we got in, there was no sales associate to greet and hand us the Kohl's cash. I had to find a sales associate who later told me since they have limited staffing - you get your Kohl's cash at checkout only. I asked if we can get it prior to checkout to see if we won big jokingly, and she said no. So, no way to know how much you'll get off until you're rung up. This was later incorrect, as I was checking out - a kinder associate gave a Kohl's cash handout to another customer. I understand that low staffing can be tough, but I wish there was a more centralized protocol in place. Also, there are self checkout options now, which couldn't be utilized for the Kohl's cash giveaway - amounting to longer waits at checkout. Clothes and stuff were fine - original prices are a bit steep for the quality; likely since they mark up with the intention to put things on sale to try and attract customers. Overall, I recommend improvements with management.

Most items have their prices slashed up to more than half off. Plus, there are always coupons to be scanned, bring down prices even more! And, we eat. Kohl's bucks, as well! I've been shopping here for at least 10 years and they never seem to disappoint. I have a hard time finding clothes that fit me just right because of how petite I am, so it's nice they carry XS and 0 in jeans. Not just for small girls either though! They offer plus sizes as well. They are always on trend and have looks for nights out or just casual everyday wear. I also love their price point. I'm an outfit snob whereas I don't repeat a look for a special event or occasion. Charlotte allows me to dress cute at an affordable price, especially if it's only getting worn once or a few times. I don't feel like I'm wasting to much money. Not only are the clothes super cute, but the shoe selection is amazing. Any type of heel,boot,sandal, wedge,sneaker etc. They have it. Once again, very reasonable prices and the quality is outstanding!!! I'm a big fan of a one stop store where I can complete my outfit head to toe, including accessories. The reason for the rating is because like others say some workers are really nice and greet you , while others just carry on with their convo with other workers. The dressing room I like because it isn't a mess they keep that clean , which is what I enjoy! I hate other stores that have tons of clothing left in there. With racks of summer apparel on sale, my mom was elbows-deep into linens and knits, squealing with glee over the incredible prices for beautiful clothes. When the sizes she took in with her turned out to be way too big, the woman assisting her jumped right in and helped her with everything. The clothes are nice -- relaxed, casual separates and dresses with a toned-down color palate and tasteful hems. They have a few accessories like scarves and necklaces, and everything is of a quality you'd expect from a nicer chain store. The thing that impressed me the most was when a linen button down my mother absolutely loved wasn't in stock in her size, one of the women hopped on the computer and called several stores to locate it for her and have it directly shipped to her. I've seen this done at higher end department stores like Nordstrom and Saks, but never at a chain like this. It's a fairly large store and had everything I was looking for. I shopped my spring wardrobe from here and am really enjoying my new purchases. The staff is knowledgeable and honest! They made insightful contributions when I was having a hard time deciding on what fits better. Enjoyed shopping here. Will be back soon!
