Most people don't know how to use them, and then if you need to make a return you're waiting in line forever with the people making purchases, so it's a mess. Usually this store has stuff literally all over the place, it used to be so clean but now there's just stuff always in the isles- between the carriages and you moving around others can become like real like Mario-cart. I feel like I seldom find good deals unless if it's in the clearance section. The clearance section and added coupons you can find some deals, but even that selection is scarce and it's catered to just like crop tops, belly shirts and shorts most of the time. Regular prices items are really high, but I believe they do this so the coupons make it appear you're getting a great deal, which seldom do you. The associates act like you don't exist. And pretty much don't acknowledge you at all. I do like that they have an Amazon drop off in the store though. Those employees are nice, and it's very quick when all I have to do is return something that I didn't need or like from Amazon. Otherwise I'm not shopping in here, Kohls has changed so much, and I don't like it anymore.

However, on our last visit there was no one to check us out. We stood by one of their 'customer service' desks on the lower level and a line began to form. One of the customers mentioned this has happened to her before. We decided to take a walk around to see if any other register had staff. We did find one cashier on the upper level who was happy to ring up our purchases. She was very friendly and we chatted a bit about how understaffed the store seemed to be. It's always sad to see a store that has been in business for so long go into distress. It's one of the anchor stores at the Warwick Mall. They offer salon services here also. Plenty of parking in the shared lots.

I dropped off my Fathers leather jacket for some repairs, it's around 50 years old so it's seen…read morebetter days. Mae was great and was able to take care of everything it needed within a very reasonable amount of time. while I was there to drop off my jacket I also purchased a new jacket to wear while my Fathers was in for repair. She also taught me how to tie the knots for the laces on the new jacket when I picked up my other one. The repairs look great and the sleeves are now the perfect length. With racks of summer apparel on sale, my mom was elbows-deep into linens and knits, squealing with glee over the incredible prices for beautiful clothes. When the sizes she took in with her turned out to be way too big, the woman assisting her jumped right in and helped her with everything. The clothes are nice -- relaxed, casual separates and dresses with a toned-down color palate and tasteful hems. They have a few accessories like scarves and necklaces, and everything is of a quality you'd expect from a nicer chain store. The thing that impressed me the most was when a linen button down my mother absolutely loved wasn't in stock in her size, one of the women hopped on the computer and called several stores to locate it for her and have it directly shipped to her. I've seen this done at higher end department stores like Nordstrom and Saks, but never at a chain like this. I went for two try on appointments and a fitting/alterations appointment. The try on appointments were a little less structured than elsewhere. One time we went over time and that wasn't an issue. They really encouraged me to try on a lot of different dresses and weren't particularly concerned with my lack of vision. There was also a lot of appointment availability, which was nice. The stylists had a good balance of commenting and helping with suggestions without being pushy. The store itself has a fairly large selection of wedding dresses, and a few sizes of a lot of them, so you can get a good idea of how they'd fit on you. There's also a decent selection of clearance dresses that are sometimes discontinued to around $300. Ultimately, I ordered a dress from the website that they didn't have in the store and I was happy with it. I brought it in to get the straps altered and it was easy to get an appointment and it was done within a month. Another fun note is that many of the David's Bridal brand dresses have pretty nice pockets, which I greatly appreciate.
