We aren't familiar with the store layout and were talking amongst ourselves as to where men's pajamas could be. An employee who was close enough to hear us made a bee-line away being sure not to make eye contact. Once we found the department, we are talking to each other about where the flannel sets may be located. A second employee followed the example of our previous encounter. We did find what we wanted. No prices are listed nearby or on the garments. Now to find a cashier. We walk around looking. None of the customer service desks are manned. We finally find an employee who is able, and willing, to check us out. That was an unpleasant interaction. Our pajamas were sixty dollars and I apparantly am an ignorant human according to the cashier for not agreeing with their opinions. Brilliant.

We were approached by another young woman who was offering suggestions that was equally amazing. The 2 of them together were a huge help. We ended up getting a dress from here after going to 2 other places. I feel Sonya's offered so much more with the staff and comfort you felt when you walked in. I would recommend anyone looking for a prom dress, evening dress or a nice outfit to visit Sonya's. You won't be disappointed.

The store was very clean and organized. Even their regular (non sale) prices were very competitive. Great deals can be found here.

I believe I heard JCPenney is not doing well and the store has shown signs of this. They still have…read morea good amount of inventory: shoes, suits, Big & Tall, jewelry, make-up, accessories, housewares, kids, young men and women. However, on our last visit there was no one to check us out. We stood by one of their 'customer service' desks on the lower level and a line began to form. One of the customers mentioned this has happened to her before. We decided to take a walk around to see if any other register had staff. We did find one cashier on the upper level who was happy to ring up our purchases. She was very friendly and we chatted a bit about how understaffed the store seemed to be. It's always sad to see a store that has been in business for so long go into distress. It's one of the anchor stores at the Warwick Mall. They offer salon services here also. Plenty of parking in the shared lots.

Most people don't know how to use them, and then if you need to make a return you're waiting in line forever with the people making purchases, so it's a mess. Usually this store has stuff literally all over the place, it used to be so clean but now there's just stuff always in the isles- between the carriages and you moving around others can become like real like Mario-cart. I feel like I seldom find good deals unless if it's in the clearance section. The clearance section and added coupons you can find some deals, but even that selection is scarce and it's catered to just like crop tops, belly shirts and shorts most of the time. Regular prices items are really high, but I believe they do this so the coupons make it appear you're getting a great deal, which seldom do you. The associates act like you don't exist. And pretty much don't acknowledge you at all. I do like that they have an Amazon drop off in the store though. Those employees are nice, and it's very quick when all I have to do is return something that I didn't need or like from Amazon. Otherwise I'm not shopping in here, Kohls has changed so much, and I don't like it anymore.

Today i was looking for a bday outfit, not a lot of options from in person stores and i ended up at Akira. Right away i saw a beautiful dress that caught my eye and i decided to look around for other options too. I was approached by a lovely sales associate who explained she could help me fund anything i needed. Her name was Nia (might not spelled correctly)I gave a her a few details and she set me up with a room and brought a few different things. She was extremely nice and so helpful. I found a beautiful outfit! A lovely dress, looks like great quality and wasn't expensive. I was also approached by the manager who wanted to see how i was doing; he was also so nice and welcoming. The associate took my contact info and we will be in touch if i needed help with future outfits. Ive never had a store do that!

With racks of summer apparel on sale, my mom was elbows-deep into linens and knits, squealing with glee over the incredible prices for beautiful clothes. When the sizes she took in with her turned out to be way too big, the woman assisting her jumped right in and helped her with everything. The clothes are nice -- relaxed, casual separates and dresses with a toned-down color palate and tasteful hems. They have a few accessories like scarves and necklaces, and everything is of a quality you'd expect from a nicer chain store. The thing that impressed me the most was when a linen button down my mother absolutely loved wasn't in stock in her size, one of the women hopped on the computer and called several stores to locate it for her and have it directly shipped to her. I've seen this done at higher end department stores like Nordstrom and Saks, but never at a chain like this. Even though the top was a sale item and these women do not work on commission, this women went out of her way to make my mom happy, and for that I will forever be impressed with this J Jill.
