With racks of summer apparel on sale, my mom was elbows-deep into linens and knits, squealing with glee over the incredible prices for beautiful clothes. When the sizes she took in with her turned out to be way too big, the woman assisting her jumped right in and helped her with everything. The clothes are nice -- relaxed, casual separates and dresses with a toned-down color palate and tasteful hems. They have a few accessories like scarves and necklaces, and everything is of a quality you'd expect from a nicer chain store. The thing that impressed me the most was when a linen button down my mother absolutely loved wasn't in stock in her size, one of the women hopped on the computer and called several stores to locate it for her and have it directly shipped to her. I've seen this done at higher end department stores like Nordstrom and Saks, but never at a chain like this. Even though the top was a sale item and these women do not work on commission, this women went out of her way to make my mom happy, and for that I will forever be impressed with this J Jill.

Right away i saw a beautiful dress that caught my eye and i decided to look around for other options too. I was approached by a lovely sales associate who explained she could help me fund anything i needed. Her name was Nia (might not spelled correctly)I gave a her a few details and she set me up with a room and brought a few different things. She was extremely nice and so helpful. I found a beautiful outfit! A lovely dress, looks like great quality and wasn't expensive. I was also approached by the manager who wanted to see how i was doing; he was also so nice and welcoming. The associate took my contact info and we will be in touch if i needed help with future outfits. Ive never had a store do that!

Most people don't know how to use them, and then if you need to make a return you're waiting in line forever with the people making purchases, so it's a mess. Usually this store has stuff literally all over the place, it used to be so clean but now there's just stuff always in the isles- between the carriages and you moving around others can become like real like Mario-cart. I feel like I seldom find good deals unless if it's in the clearance section. The clearance section and added coupons you can find some deals, but even that selection is scarce and it's catered to just like crop tops, belly shirts and shorts most of the time. Regular prices items are really high, but I believe they do this so the coupons make it appear you're getting a great deal, which seldom do you. The associates act like you don't exist. And pretty much don't acknowledge you at all. I do like that they have an Amazon drop off in the store though. Those employees are nice, and it's very quick when all I have to do is return something that I didn't need or like from Amazon. Otherwise I'm not shopping in here, Kohls has changed so much, and I don't like it anymore.

My bride had been scouring online for different styles and designers and fell in love with the Pronovias line. Seeing that Estee Bridal carried them, she immediately booked an appointment. Upon arriving she and her bridesmaids received a warm welcome, she shut the store down just for them, and her bridesmaids were given water bottles and homemade macaroons while my bride tried on different wedding dresses. Knowing her style and body type, the second dress she tried on was perfect. She received so many compliments and felt gorgeous.
