I would love to find another comfortable brand of shoe that can handle long walking distances but I never seem to find much in my size. The styles are a bit pricey and too fancy for my liking plus the shoe section can be an absolute mess with shoes not in the correct spots and all over the floor. I completely disregard the clothes because a few times I've seen a sign that says an item was under $39.99 and then you look at the price tag the Nordstrom rack price tag, and it was over that amount so I was very confused by this. I also don't like the style of the clothing in here. It's just not my cup of tea but that's fine. It might be for others but they do carry the shoes that I need so that's why I continue to come here. I've also never seen an employee greet me ever only when I'm checking out. Very odd.

To me having an invoice with the correct fur listed was their responsibility and he refused to help me in any way. This is a contract and when I pay I am paying for a particular fur. He didn't get it and refused to take any responsibility. Any connection I had with the company over the last decade is gone. He made deliveries difficult and disrespected women, even the ones that have money and have sent customers there way. This man is not capable of an apology so I will be picking up my fur and will no longer refer friends to William H. Harris Furs.

Yesterday I was finally informed that the throw was complete, but with a lime green liner (which some other customer had ordered), see picture. I received a call today to tell me that the right liner would be installed after the 1st of the year. I asked to talk to the owner (Val) and he told me clearly that he could not and was not willing to do anything to make the situation better. I recommend that you go anywhere, and to any length to avoid this establishment. They were noncommunicative, took 5 months (so far) to do a 30-day project, and they weren't a bargain. Once they got the money, their incentive to do the right thing evaporated. BTW, the cost to convert a coat to throw is currently $1800.

Lo and behold, the first option Christian picked, fit my brother like a glove and were so comfortable that my brother didn't need to try any other pairs! Christian also displayed patience of a saint assisting my (indecisive) mother find a pair of shoes that she liked (they happened to be out of her size on the style she wanted), as she wandered throughout the store. What's even more impressive was that this young man was assisting other customers in between helping my brother and mother. There were some other employees on duty, but, during our visit, they were apparently in the back, and not directly assisting customers - at least not to the extent that Christian was. That level of service is extremely rare these days, so it is refreshing to experience it. Hopefully, Christian is working when you visit, so you will get to experience it too.

The…read morevendors we encountered include two bakers (breads, pastry, foccia, etc) three sweets vendors (cookies, vegan cupcakes and kraffles) two local farms selling meat and eggs, a book and associated items seller, jewelry, soy candles, loose teas, spices, t-shirts, sweatshirts, personalized photo magnets, honey and more. Located in an unoccupied storefront there is plenty of space and it was almost full of vendors. The market was well attended during our visit around 11:30 with lines cueing up at some of the vendor tables. I did not see any produce vendors, and I suppose there is not much fresh veg growing in RI in February. Many of the vendors have socials accounts, websites and business cards. Definitely stop by and see if there is anything of interest. We found several vendors that would make good resources for gift giving in the future. The mall is doing well with most storefronts occupied. Rocky Point chowder house is to be opened in the food court. I look forward to that. Plenty of parking. Public restrooms near the food court and a nursing lounge near the middle of the mall.

Family Day Out Review…read more We had such a great day at Warwick Mall! It was energetic, fun, and the perfect place for a family outing. One of the highlights was getting my daughter's ears pierced at Claire's. The staff there were amazing--patient, kind, and made her feel totally comfortable. It was such a special moment, and they did a great job. We then got a treat from Pinkberry and Auntie Anne's both were delicious and definitely kid-approved. We ended our visit with a ride on the carousel, which my 8-year-old absolutely loved. The whole experience had great vibes, lots to do, and kept us active the entire time. Warwick Mall made our day easy, fun, and full of memories. We'll definitely be back!

I have gotten free stuff in better condition than alot of stuff here. The shoes, I wouldn't even touch them, they are all very worn, should be up for donation, not for sale.
