Initially, a few of the items were backordered for 6 days, but promised to be shipped in time to make it. Yeah right! The item that *wasn't* backordered didn't even ship for more than two weeks despite receving an "item shipped" email ten days prior, and when I called to see if the company could expedite them given the circumstances, they said they had lost their express shipping (!!!) and had no way to get anything at all to me before the wedding. The non-backordered dress finally arrived 3 days after the wedding. The other two backordered items still haven't come, 28 days later. The only thing respectable about this company was that they didn't lie about their complete inability to provide any customer service. Don't be fooled by the glossy website.
