The prices are really good for what they have to offer here and there are also some clearance racks with even lower prices that what you'll see in the other areas of the store. You really do have to dig a little with the clearance racks but if you have the time to do it you'll come up with some really good stuff. When I was there and I entered the dressing room there was some clothing scattered about but as I was trying on my items a sales clerk did come into the fitting room and started to gather up all the clothing that people had left behind. I had absolutely no trouble finding the items I was interested in in my size. They have an extensive variety of clothing here. There was a bit of a line at the registers but for the deals that I got on my purchases it was well worth the wait. I'd recommend shopping here during the weekdays because on the weekends it does get extremely busy here. I've been here at both times and I have found that I am in and out of the store quicker when I shop here on a weekday.

I have reached out for assistance but the only help I have gotten is from a cashier (she is very sweet, but I don't believe this is her problem). I cannot believe a manager or anyone from corporate has not reached out to me about this issue. I am under the impression that the "double charge" issue is a common occurrence, based on what the cashier said to me. Clearly the store needs a new POS system or some way to address this problem. It seems illegal to me to steal from a customer and then not return money for several days, but obviously Ugg does not care about its customers. What if the money Ugg double charged me was all I had to provide for my family? I'm lucky that I'm fiscally stable enough to not be severely impacted by the double charge, but what about someone in a different financial situation? I have never and will never shoplift, but I wouldn't judge a fellow customer from stealing from this store ONE bit. If Ugg can rob customers, customers should return the disrespect.

I cannot possibly say enough positive things about this store: the selection, the value of the…read moreclothing sold there, the patience and the helpfulness of the employees, the ease of finding exactly what you want. The quality, durability, and wearability of the clothing in this store is exceptional. The cut, the fit and the attractiveness of most of their pants, shorts, vests and coats is amazing. I feel comfortable wearing Eddie Bauer items everywhere I go--whether hiking, going out to dinner, or going to work. With the regular sales that they run, the clothing is always a great value. I still remember my first experience there several years ago, when Brandy helped me out for the first time. She was very helpful and personable (and still is!) . I went in just to browse, hoping to find one item, and left with several items. I have consistently found the employees to be outstandingly helpful and courteous. In response to other critical reviews, I cannot possibly imagine how anyone could describe these employees as rude, nagging, mediocre or unhelpful. I have been shopping there for years, and I shop there regularly, so I know this to be untrue. Please ignore those other reviews, and remember that people sometimes have questionable motives for posting negative reviews. I am so grateful to the employees at this store for making my shopping experience so pleasant. They have made it easy for me to find and purchase quality clothing that I will be happy to wear for many years to come.
