Ordered a Beast with what was expected to be ham and mushrooms. 15 pieces of tiny ham on a Beast and about 30 pieces of mushrooms. I'm very disappointed! This Snappy is not the best, but close to home. The Erlanger Snappy is much better. Looks like I'll go farther for better. read more

I ordered online a chicken ranch with NO tomatoes, NO onion, NO green pepper. Add black olives with somehow cost more. Cheese stick. And cinnanmon pizza. Delivery comes and the cheese stick is how it normally is. This was thinner than crackers on bottom and cheese seemed light but much of it would not of be able to be eatten as was all dough with no cheese on it. Then the pizza had NO black olives with I paid more for and had the things that are clearly marked NO begin onion tomato and green pepper. So I call the store. Asked for order to be looked up and she and reads to me the pizza said no pepper onion or tomato and I asked if add black olive she says yes. I explain that it is made completely wrong. She says can remake correctly but would be over an hour. WHAT? No you made the pizza wrong so remake and send out ASAP. She goes that is not going to happen. I asked how thatmakes sense to anyone ever. Of course I am shocked and upset. As I am saying that is not going to work she interupts me and tells me I should come get it. Umm no I ordered delivery for a reason. She hangs up on me. SO I call back and tell her that is horrible customer service when they made the order wrong and won't do what is right to fix it and she hangs up again! Shame on you for treating customers that way and you should not be a manager Candice!!!!!! Call back and person says they are a manager also. So explain the whole situation again and she says sorry other manager Candice hung up on me twice. Manager Wanda says she understood but 45 mins would be best she can do so she says they could give me a credit than. I explained that is not ok and that they can come get all the food and refund me as a credit would do no good cause I would never use as I will not return to place!!!!!! Wanda tells me that I can keep the food and will be refunded for full amount of order. I said thanks and asked for district manager info and she says she dont know. She gave me the name of store manager Christy. So I will be watching for my refund and contacting Christy and corporate also. Treat your customers better especially when you messed up the order. Snappy you need to train your workers and managers better so your customers come back. I was a returning customer but not again! read more

The dining-in experience is great and we enjoy eating at their buffet. Their food is good and their employees are very pleasant. Extras such as garlic cups, salad dressing packets, and drinks are often left out with delivery orders, even after requesting in the notes section to please remember to bring them. If it were not for that constant omission, I would rate them as a 5-star experience. read more

When we lived in Jackson, TN there was a snappy's. It was the only place I'd ever seen or heard of it, and we loved the pizza lunch buffet (the buffalo Chicken Pizza is my favorite!) When we moved to the area last summer and saw they were here, I was so happy. It's just like I remember from 10 years ago. Ordered a Jr beast well done. Wasn't well done more like half cooked. If that's not bad enough it was overloaded with sauce and wasn't completely covered with cheese. Doughy saucy and barely sprinkled with cheese. Huge disappointment. read more

Lunch buffet was excellent first time I've eaten at one of these places, normally my pizza buffet experiences are at CiCis so this was a definite step up. The lady at the counter was very nice, we got there right at opening so everything was super clean. read more

We won a gift of a free pizza for a year and for three Fridays were able to stop in and get a pizza. Not wanting to take advantage of what we thought was a great gift stopped in Friday to get our weekly free pizza for our daughter's gender reveal party. The pizza was made, showed the manager our gift certificate and he decided to call owner. Then he wanted my wife to bring down the original certificate which she did. The manager made a second call to the owner of course with what we thought we were going to get getting colder in the box and the owner still denied the certificate. I asked the manager to let me speak with the owner and was denied but asked me for my phone number and he would contact me next week. Don't think that was going to do much help since the party was that day. I just want to give a big shout out of appreciation to both the store manager and owner for making my daughter's gender reveal party a success NOT AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Snappy Tomato Pizza - Free pizza for a year we thought!!!! - Pizza Near Me - Fort Wright, Kentucky

My family keeps dragging me here, over my loud complaints! Tonight's visit was the worst of the worst! Most of the plates were quite dirty - I had to use napkins on the plates before I grabbed pizza. After I finished, I noticed they had a huge stack of paper plates behind the plastic plates - perhaps many people had been complaining. All of the pizza was cold, and they didn't put out any warm pizza until we asked twice. It is definitely time for a new pizza buffet to step up and fill in the gap! My last city was much smaller, but had 4 different brands of pizza buffets! read more

Outstanding customer service (everyone was friendly and made us feel valued as customers), delicious pizza (I can't believe the variety), and wonderfully maintained restaurant (so clean and inviting, down to the red velvet settee while you wait)!! My daughter asked that we go there for her 7th birthday and it was a fantastic experience. The staff made the exact pizza she wanted as part of the buffet, they didn't charge us for her meal, and they played a happy birthday song throughout the restaurant for her. Give credit where credit is due, new management has invested in an updated interior, installed a new rewards system (spot), and hired smiling employees. The crew still has problems keeping up with demand an the buffet and the pizza is not my favorite, but my six year old son lives the new t.v.'s that were installed. read more
