We came from a school housing so we don't really have much furniture nor appliances with us, but, they took good care of everything we have. 5 star for the service - they wrap everything! Including our floor lamp! They work very fast! 5 star for the price - at a 140/hr minimum 2hrs, you cannot beat that! They also have a very minimal gas fee. 5 star for customer service - we had some bumps in regards with time, but the owner along with his employees, made sure that the move will be done on the same day. Cons: This is a small moving company (but hey! Support small business), If the client before your scheduled time gets delayed (they cannot control elevator traffic nor i5 closures), your scheduled time will also be affected. But if you are flexible, they will make sure everything will be done same day! So I guess, make sure your whole day is clear or schedule the first appointment they have which is 7am. But I definitely recommend this company! I'll definitely use them on our next move which will be next year!

Everything was neatly folded. Now I have to sort through piles of clothes. Then they over charge with large size garment boxes. Instead of hanging clothing they piled it again from the closet. Unprofessional, unethical and a scam.

They got right to work and went above and beyond making sure we were both happy, and did things for us I think a larger company would not have. I strongly recommend Move Dudes for your next move. Moving is stressful, and they helped take some that stress away.

His truck was not big enough on the day of the move even though he came to my house to evaluate how much stuff I needed moved. My very expensive Air Doctor had no cover and was filthy and scraped up when he arrived. When unloading my furniture, EVERY piece of furniture had Damage!! There was NO wrapping with plastic wrap and NO furniture moving clothes to protect my furniture!! I reached out to him, and he has NOT responded! At first the owner seemed nice and he seemed to offer a price that was lower than other companies. Sam and his worker showed up with a small hand truck to move my belongings. I should have known something was wrong when I repeatedly asked him if he had moving equipment that could handle a couple of large pieces of furniture but didn't seem to ever get a straight answer. Because the elevators are sometimes filthy from animal waste I asked Sam to make sure that my items didn't touch the floor. He seemed to struggle to agree to this and then he looked around my apartment at what needed to be moved and said he couldn't do the job and walked out. I had everything boxed and not much furniture. He knew I had to be out of my residence on the date of the move and I asked him if he could at least move all of the boxes but he just kept walking. They were not equipped to handle a basic move and were very lacking in professionalism.

They also put plastic down in our new house to keep our floors cleaned. Several times I saw them moving something heavy and stopping and communicating to each other to angle it better to ensure nothing was bumping the wall or ceiling, we just really appreciated this. They were so friendly and helpful we were really grateful to have such amazing people help us move and we definitely recommend them.

Oh and they were honest about "damaging" our bed frame thing, and when I went to look I didn't even see any damages! They did take off some for it, which I was impressed with. Many movers don't do that and cause a lot of hassle when you find damages. Our bed still works, and we don't even see the damages so they easily could've lied about it but they were honest!
