They managed to get the job completed so quickly--the staff of two was done within 30 minutes. One person came back and said he'll provide an estimate once coming to do the job, Busby quoted 40% higher then their quote and JMJ Junk Removal was about four times higher than their quote (the person who contacted me conceded he could try to come closer but would need to see to assess). Coordinating the time was very simple as he was always quick to respond, we agreed on a time, and he showed up at the very beginning of the agreed upon time window. In person he was very friendly, and while my project required a few additional steps (the fireplace being taken to a specific recycling facility, and paperwork proving its recycled status), Tao was more than willing to accommodate these unique requirements. They rolled with it, and and in about 3 hours they had everything moved out. However, with Omar's Demolition and Construction, everything about this fencing/gate job...really exceeded my expectations! I called Omar on one afternoon to try to find out if they could stop by to take a look and give me a quote for my fencing/gate need and Omar picked up the phone and even stopped by within an hour! He was able to stop by, give me some options of what I could potentially do and give me a quote within that afternoon. Once we agreed on the job, Omar's team was able to procure all the materials that same evening and they got ready to work the next day! The work was completed in just a day and I was very happy with how communicative the team was! I am personally not at the house, but was provided an update via clips/photos as to the progress/how they were doing.
