Before contacting Steve with a local business Junk On Junk Off, I had a bad experience trying to get someone to haul away bulky items that donation centers refused. Many places won't even entertain my requests unless it's a week in advance. But I'm so very glad I found their service and will definitely use them again. They were super responsive: they took my call-- many places make you write emails or leave messages to go back and forth!!, was able to check their schedule and provide availability immediately in response to specific day/time window that I requested). I called with just about a day's notice and they were able to squeeze me into their appointments! More importantly, they were on time and on the day of, they communicated before they came to pick up the items and the quote was right on point!
