From the consultation with his team and Dr. Ourian, the entire process was thorough and honest especially about what the treatment could realistically achieve, and I never felt pressured or rushed. The procedure itself was quick and I was in and out with minimal downtime. The results were visible almost immediately, with only a slight swelling that is going down. My under-eye area looks so much smoother and refreshed. No more looking tired even after a bad night's sleep! The entire staff at Epione was professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. It's clear why Dr. Ourian has such a strong reputation in Beverly Hills -- the results speak for themselves. Dr. Ourian is meticulous and sincerely goes above and beyond to ensure that you get a great result. No random injector to touch my face. Only the best, which is Dr. Simon Ourian. Highly recommend if you're considering eye filler or any other treatment.

Daylyn, Daylyn, DAYYYYLYNNN!…read more My sister referred me to sugaringLA - so it was my first time trying them out and previously I haven't heard of them. Oh my gosh, Daylyn made me feel so safe and comfortable right off the bat, from the very moment she greeted me. She is one of the coolest people I ever met, and so professional and great at what she does, you can tell she cares about her clients and this shows in how safe she makes you feel once you are in that room and completely vulnerable. I was expecting PAIN, because it's been a while since I shaved or sugared ... a while, like Chewbacca status. Daylyn and I immediately connected she is so intentional about it too, to where I was completely distracted and forgot about it completely, it was so fast, and I didn't feel any pain at all. This was a seamless, easy, comfortable experience and I can't recommend Daylyn enough, she was incredible, and I look forward to seeing her again. Now I'm hairless and ready for my bday trip coming up! :)

The worst of the worst. Beverly Hills is the same LaserAway office that sold me years ago on tons…read moreof "no expiration" packages to beat inflation etc., then later criticized me for not using my packages more timely and tried to rip me off, claiming I had nothing left in my account, and on top of that disrespectfully wasting my time by not providing me advance notice that my appointment had been canceled by them--- just a couple hours prior to the time of my appointment when I had already left for the day and was on my way; ironic, since they require 24 hrs advance notice from a client to cancel an appointment without penalty. I then sat around in the waiting room while Giau said she would look into it, only to then be told after waiting another half-hour that I wouldn't be able to be seen or have my issue looked into. Rather than take responsibility for their disorganization and unknowledeable personnel, they just point the finger from one employee to the next and send the client on a wild goose chase with no end. The manager TK claimed he would help me with my account and had scheduled me for that appointment, but later was evasive and refused to help get to the bottom of their errors, saying I would get a call back later in the day, but never calling back, then saying Giau was working on my case and would contact me that afternoon (that never happened). I was told other times by staff that Giau would call me right back the same day or the next day, only to find out later that she was on vacation for the whole week; how is it that their staff does not know when each other is on leave!? Turns out after much back and forth that they had to admit to having erroneously closed my account and had proof in their system the entire time that I had multiple services remaining, but instead of owning up to the gross error, tried to put the blame on me for not having finished the package sooner despite their "no expiration" policy. Seems the policy is just a false promise and ruse to get one to buy more, for since then I have read similar reports from other clients of their accounts being closed and being denied prepaid services because of errors committed by LaserAway.

I'm African American and my mom is veryyy old school so she was always telling me never to use tampons, & honestly it just kinda felt like everything in my family was taboo when it came to anything having to do with the genital area! One of my girlfriends has been nagging me for years to try a Brazilian, so one day I finally decided to give it try! I seriously lucked out because when I did my Google search Elaine at Brazilian Honey Wax came up! A little nervous, I went in for my first appointment! Elaine was the sweetest, kindest, most professional woman. I mean to have someone down there taking care of your lady parts is a very intimate thing. She made me feel so comfortable & was just incredibly detail oriented! I literally was feelin myself after I got this Brazilian, hahah pun intended! Seriously why have we been shaving?!?! Stop!!! Anyhow I ended up moving further away from the Beverly Hills location and decided to get a Brazilian more local. It was TERRIBLE. It felt like the lady didn't want to be doing it for me, she didn't hold the skin when she ripped off the wax, and I had so many in grown hairs a few weeks later. I had terrible itching, and rash that would not go away. I had no idea that I had hit the jackpot with Elaine when I had first gone to get the waxing. She uses honey which is way more gentle, and better for the skin. Needless to say, I suck it up and just drive the 45 minutes to get to her office!
