It was my first time receiving this particular cosmetic treatment, and I admittedly wasn't well-versed in what the procedure should reasonably cost. I was charged $5,000, which I was required to pay upfront, before receiving any treatment. As I recall, the price included an initial treatment and a follow-up appointment approximately three months later, during which I could receive additional filler at no extra charge. At the time, I trusted that the pricing was reasonable and reflective of the service I was receiving. It wasn't until later, after learning more about the typical cost of under-eye filler, that I began to question just how much I'd paid. To make matters worse, I left my second appointment with a black eye. Looking back, what disappoints me most isn't simply the amount of money I spent. It's the feeling that, as a first-time patient unfamiliar with the procedure and its pricing, I wasn't in the best position to make an informed financial decision. I understand that cosmetic treatments are elective, that providers set their own prices, and that bruising can occur with injectable procedures. Still, $5,000 was a substantial amount of money, and I wish I'd taken the time to compare providers, ask more questions, and better understand what I was paying for. Five years later, this experience still bothers me. I share it not out of malice, but in the hope that someone considering a similar treatment will do their research, compare prices, and feel empowered to ask questions before committing financially. Unfortunately, I would not return to EpiOne based on my experience.

I am a spoiled ex-model who traveled the world first class/private. I have the highest expectations which leads me to be a dick sometimes. I am new to being out as nonbinary/trans. It has been a scary process. We all have different experiences, and they are all valid. I am very picky and expected the worse. Dana Elise is beyond professional. Some people have jobs; Dana has a calling. God in action is when one lives their authentic life, and their energy/spirit transcends to help the lives of others. Stefani D., Jamie P., Kitty K. maybe it was a different time 1-2 yrs ago, but I implore you to reevaluate Dana and her company. I am a P#SSY. I am afraid of pain and needles. I detest poor service and communication. Unequivocally, Dana Elise is FAR and ABOVE others in her field. She personally texts even after hours to make sure you are prepared and answers any and all questions. She is completely transparent and honest. I have severe anxiety and PTSD and am averse to any pain. Dana and her team adapted to my circumstances to create an experience that exceeded my expectations. Of course, there will be mistakes, miscommunication or bad days. We are all human. I have recently been abused/neglected by my prior medical office. I was petrified of having electrolysis on my face. They made my well-being and comfort a priority and still exceeded expectations. Paula should be a surgeon. Her Precision is extraordinary. Courtney's love emanates and enhances the experience. I cannot speak for everyone, but integrity, loyalty and trust are massive traits for me. Dana provided a safe beautiful space to help me on a journey I was about to end before it began. Dana is God's work in action. I regret not meeting her and her team sooner. Words are lovely. But I pay attention to actions. Dana sells a cream that is essential for recovery called Cicalfate for $30. Amazon (warehouse giant) sells it for $28. Virtually the same price. NAME ONE BUSINESSPERSON who values their patients' well-being over price gouging vulnerable populations like the trans/nonbinary community. I was/am thoroughly impressed by her level of service and awestruck by her humanity and empathy. I want to go every day to make up for all the mistakes and wasted time from my last neglectful doctor's office. Since meeting Dana and her team, my suicidal plans have taken a pause. And there is some potential hope on the horizon. Thank you, Dana. I am a baby trans (new to all this). I have found getting help/answers impossible. If anyone has questions, I am happy to share my experiences. We need rebuild humanity by simply being kind and of service when possible. read more

I truly have only the best things to say about Dana and all of her electrologists. Before going to Dana, I was going to a different electrologist in Downey (I won't say her name here out of respect) which was a very negative experience. The owner of the electrolysis center was passive aggressive, dismissive and brash. She did not have any bedside manner whatsoever or any sense of boundaries. For transgender women in particular, electrolysis is quite a vulnerable and often dysphoric experience. Generosity, kindness, patience, mindfulness and respect make a HUGE difference. Dana displays all of these qualities - you can hear it in her voice and see it in her smile. Speaking on the phone with Dana for the first time was like a breath of fresh air. She is extremely professional and confident. In my case, I had been given a lot of misinformation about the electrolysis process in general that Dana not only shut down, but replaced with peace. She helped me look at this as a journey and not a catastrophe. She simply makes you feel safe to be there, and the same goes for all of her electrologists. There are so many people working here that you're bound to see more than one person, and they really do become like a support team. I typically go to Courtney, Paula, and Melinda (love you girlies!!!). The comfort factor here is also unparalleled. The place feels ridiculously clean, there are TV's with Netflix in every room (which come in handy during 4 hour sessions), and they always offer water & snacks. Scheduling is painless since there are so many people working, and they allow you to book up to three appointments at a time which is super helpful in terms of securing consistency in your treatment. They offer numbing cream for purchase at an affordable price, and it is stronger than anything I've been able to find anywhere else. I honestly look forward to my sessions every week. Beauty is pain, but that pain is significantly alleviated in the hands of these highly qualified and skilled electrologists. read more

I am over the moon since discovering Dana Elise Solutions has a SINGERS FACIAL! At this point in the winter every singer I know has overly tight vocal chords and irritated sinuses caused by the weather and the drying effect of of heaters. I've been finishing up a new CD and encountered numerous difficulties in the studio with a tense, tight voice. Dana used gentle steam with menthol throughout the facial - traditionally only used for a few minutes at the start - to open up my sinuses and throat, warm towels on on my throat, plus a relaxing neck massage that eased the tightness. Facial reflexology and lymphatic drainage cured my winter rasp! This is absolutely miraculous! Not only did I leave Dana Elise Solutions with incredibly glowy skin, but the feeling that my voice could reach the heavens were I to sing right there on the street! The tone to my speaking voice was noticeably clearer as well. I raced back to to the studio with my special packet of singers teas that she provides and sang with a new-found clarity and ease. I did not lose my voice! I will absolutely book a Singers Facial before, during and after my next recordings, as well as the next stage show. This is a must for singers, actors, and speakers alike. well, let me start off by saying I get my electrolysis done here and I must say, it's the most calm quiet place I have ever been to to get my electrolysis done at. The medical staff here is so sweet, so respectful, so helpful and they care a lot about me as a patient. They're very mindful of your privacy. It's not like you're getting services here and there's a lot of people walking around while you're receiving electrolysis on your private areas of your persons, that makes a difference for me. Its also the ability to say I've had enough for one day can we stop, and the availability of staff they have that if one doesn't suffice you have others to choose from. The Staff here are ok with that and they don't take it personal. So I would definitely try this place out. I've never had an issue here and the results I'm getting from my hair removal treatment here are miraculous. This place treats me like I'm family, they are professional and sweet. read more

I went to Dana for electrolysis on my chin hairs caused by PCOS. I also struggled with severe hormonal acne in that area. After the first few treatments I saw a huge improvement in my acne (which was partially caused by ingrown hairs) and much fewer hairs in the area. I came to this location a little over a year ago for filler removal, and they did a good job, which…read moreis why I'm not giving them zero stars. Unfortunately, I returned for microneedling and PRP and had a completely different experience. I specifically explained that I did not want filler anymore, and PRP was recommended instead. The nurse applied PRP around the sides of my upper cheek area, which I deeply regret. Afterward, I learned that many providers do not inject PRP into the cheeks this way at all, which makes me question why this treatment was recommended and performed in that area in the first place. At first, the result seemed fine, but over time the volume changed and appears to have shifted into other areas. The worst part is that, unlike filler, I can't simply have it dissolved. When I contacted the clinic, instead of offering to evaluate the problem or help find a solution, they suggested I may have had the procedure somewhere else. I know exactly where I had it done, and if another clinic had done it, I would obviously be contacting that provider instead. Regardless of whether they agree with my concerns, I believe a clinic should take a patient seriously when they report an unwanted result from a procedure performed there. I would like them to acknowledge the situation, properly evaluate what happened, and work with me toward a solution rather than questioning my account of where the treatment was performed.

If I would have stuck with her, she would have still been working on the same area after 10 years. I'm so happy I was referred to Allison. I almost don't want to spread the word about her because I want to make sure I'm always able to have an appointment. But I just can't believe other electrolygists in the area spend so much time on one area, and don't actually try to help the client. trust me, you won't be disappointed with her! she's so fast at her job and makes sure she gets every hair.

I continued increasing my dosage (and spending hundreds more each time) to just get the same poor results. I finally went somewhere new and they suggested I try even fewer units than I was getting before and my results are incredible and lasting. I've now been seeing a new injector for almost a year and the difference is night and day (and much cheaper too). I believe Dr. Fedonenko is either diluting the Botox or not giving you all of the units she claims to. I was initially impressed by her being a doctor and not being too pushy, but I was being scammed. I believe most of her good reviews are fake as I've spoken to other unhappy customers in real life, and we were all fooled by the great reviews.

Sylvia has over 20 years experience with more than one kind/modality to treat getting rid of these persistent hairs. I never knew that there are different kinds of electrolisis for hair removal. She has combined her techniques/skills to treat my chin without doing the methods, that some do that can burn your skin and not fully get rid of them. She has the different electrolysis machine and curtails just for your kind of skin on you face needs or parts of the body. After a few treatments, I've noticed a huge difference and many of the hairs haven't come back! I came for a Brazilian wax. The lady was super nice & friendly throughout the entire process!…read more The reason I give 3 stars is because I don't think they use a good hard wax. I get waxes monthly, and this was extremely painful and it was like the wax wasn't grabbing the hairs. Again, I get a Brazilian hard wax EVERY MONTH so I'm very used to the process. Either her method wasn't great or the wax itself wasn't a good wax, or a combination of the two. I knew it was going to be a problem when the wax went on super THIN and she didn't leave it on long before pulling. Hard waxes are more effective with thicker wax that gets enough time to cool for a clean rip. I think changing the brand of wax would help, but it was extremely painful when she got to the inner labia, and felt like she had to rip so many small pieces versus getting everything in a few passes like I'm used to. Don't recommend for brazilian unless you're just doing partial removal. That wax doesn't grab all the hair, and it hurts when they have to improvise ways to remove the hair that the wax isn't grabbing. Giving 3 stars because she was a very sweet lady and didn't mean any harm!

She has a good dose of OCD too so you won't feel icky or dirty at all- the space is clean and fresh. Kell also a bright spark and provides high level entertainment- a good laugh is often much appreciated to alleviate (albeit truly minimal) sting. I'd suggest getting on her books prontissimo before this little business goes to the moon and spots get booked far in advance and you're left feeling like a lonesome orangutan.
