I had to cancel my membership because I'm moving to a new country. When I did, I saw I had two unused credits on my account. I made sure to cancel before getting billed for two more services, thinking I could use those credits before I left. But when I went in for a spray tan this evening, I was furious to find out that all my credits were wiped out just because I canceled! I had to pay full price for my spray tan, even though I prepaid for two services. As an esthetician in the same industry, I've never encountered such a shady business practice. There's usually a 30-day cancellation policy, but to just snatch away people's credits upon cancellation? That's downright deceitful! The site didn't say a word about losing my credits after canceling. This feels like outright theft, and it's absolutely unacceptable! I've been coming to this location for almost two years and I'm pleased with their quality services (sugaring) and their friendly staff. I have always felt welcomed by the employees at the front desk and the employees helping me with sugaring. They treat everyone so kindly and are always willing to work with you for the results you are looking for. Sign up for their membership and you will save money. Their location is impeccable and they are on time with your appointments. With that being said, it's important that you arrive on time or a few minutes early to the location to check in. This was my first time trying Sugaring. I have to say that it was by far the best experience I've had when it comes to the whole hair depilatory method. This place felt like a spa and I really loved how clean the ambiance felt! The front staff were welcoming as well as, my aesthetician. I don't recall her name but she was very sweet! I told her it was my first time trying sugaring and she made the experience actually....enjoy full? Lol hard to believe when you have someone that close and personal to you but that's how i felt. After 8 years of being a monthly customer, I will finally be cancelling my membership. This is a disgusting, disrespectful and honestly probably racist business. I have always been on time for my appointments except tonight when I couldn't find parking and was 6 minutes behind schedule for a 9:40pm appointment. I received and responded to a text from their team at 2 minutes past. Was checked in and seated in the reception by 5 minutes past. As I was taken back to the sugaring room, the sugarista informed me that I would not be able to receive a full treatment because I was late. I asked what the late policy was and she responded with "10 minutes." So how was my arrival in 5 and being taken back in 6 enough of a problem?? She said I was late and my lateness would cut into the next client. THE AMOUNT OF TIMES I HAVE WAITED ANYWHERE FROM 10-35 minutes past my appointment time to be taken back would probably add up to at least 90%. I have waited for everyone else's appointments to run long and I get it! It happens! But the first time I've ever late I'm told that another client after me is more important? If that's the policy, I get it! But why have I waited every other time I've been there for other people's appointments to finish/for other late clients?? Is it because I'm a non-white client and the person after me was a white person? I would fully understand if the late policy was fair and applied to everyone but it only seems to apply to CERTAIN people. Disgusting. Oh and to add insult to injury? They had two open time slots right after the person after me, the final two time slots of the night. Sounds like some girls decided to selectively honor the imaginary late policy so they could go home early. read more

After searching for a solid esthetician on the west side, I decided to give sugared + bronzed a try. Best experience I've had so far. I felt completely comfortable and the staff all seemed very knowledgeable. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Would recommend! They also offer training appointments for $5 Brazilians. I had a great experience with this as well. There is some street parking, and if you go late enough (this location is open until 11pm on certain days) parking is not an issue at all. read more

Had a great experience my first time getting sugared waxed and can't wait for bikini season. Staff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable.
