    Cream Cheese Garlic Bread.
    Morgan B.

Great service and the atmosphere of the shop great it was very calm and inviting. Perfect for pre-coffee experiences I ordered the cream cheese garlic bread and a SO Cold Brew. The cold brew it was really good great flavor definitely a sipping drink. The bread was good also just a little bit more sweet then savory which I wasn't expecting but by overall good concept. There's seat inside and outside which is nice and the parking lot is a good size too considering there an Aldi next door!

This is a such a cute Korean coffee shop. Such cool flavors here. Amazing service. The barista was so sweet and helpful. I got the Sweet Corn Latte and it was amazing! I loved it.

Love the interior--great vibe for studying. The matcha is strong, slightly sweet. 8/10

One of my favorite K-cafes! I have visited 2 locations so far and this one is a bit smaller but still a good spot to stay in, they have a pretty good amount of seats. Staff are helpful and friendly. I love trying out new seasonal drinks and I tried their black sesame hojicha drink and it was pretty good! It's different from what I usually drink but I'm sure for my black sesame and hojicha lover friends, you'll love it! Their garlic bread was AMAZING! Love it; will definitely get it again!

This is such a cute little shop! They have some unique coffee and pastries, and there's decent sitting space! The service was really fast, and they warm up the pastries for you~ I was so excited to see corn latte on the menu, and it did not disappoint. If you're a fan of corn, it is a must try! The corn is in the foam--it's a strong corn flavor and balances out the coffee nicely. The Smokin' Spaniard is also a good choice for a light cinnamon coffee. They have a variety of unique flavors for pastries, such as a S'more's scone and an ube scone. The kimchi musubi croissant was a little salty and could have used a little more filling, but the croissant bread was flakey.

Was in the area for a meeting and was craving a banana coffee. I saw this place had a banana milk latte. Well, I have to say is was a 10/10! Great banana flavor, smooth, and refreshing. The employees are very friendly and warm from their initial greeting to presenting your final request. Lovely environment that can accommodate small or large groups. They also offer unique food options. I will come back, for sure. Oh and they also have a rewards program for frequent customers.

Smoking Tiger is a well known Korean-inspired bakery and cafe serving up some amazing drinks and pastries. This spot is located right next to Aldi's in a plaza with a good amount of parking spots. Inside, they have a welcoming and spacious setup with about 8-10 tables for seating. For their menu, they have a solid selection of different coffee, matcha, and pastries to choose from. Wifey and I opted to try the Matcha Apple Cider and a couple of their pastries. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. All of the staff here are very friendly and welcoming. This is a great spot to come get some work done, meet up with a homie, or just to grab some drinks and pastries for takeout.

I came here just to try out the different cream cheese breads and they didn't disappoint! I thought they would be overpowering but they were actually very light! I can def eat like 5 of them! Next I will try out the coffee!

Excellent food with delicious pastries with an Asian twist. I love everything with mochi in it and they offered many. The staff is very friendly and service is top notched. The ambiance is casual and modern and they have a very old school seating outside that seems to be there when this building was built. The only thing that lowers the ambiance is that it's right next door to an Aldi. Shout out to the cute Korean waiter!

Service was great! Employees are nice and helpful! We stopped by on a Saturday; late morning. It wasn't too busy and there was no wait. My bf ordered a Yuzu Sparkling Lemonade. He said it was refreshing, lemony and citrusy, lol. It was hand crafted and not from a premade bottle. Perfect! I ordered a large strawberry match (iced only) and a jalapeño cream cheese musubi croissant pastry (savory). The drink was HEAVEN and the pastry was sooooooo good! I should have got two! HAHA

I hadn't been to smoking tiger in awhile but decided to give it another try ... this seasonal grapefruit matcha glow got me . they've really upped their matcha quality and the grapefruit glow was so good... every one of these pictures was from a different day within a week and a half. I really hope they keep this one because it's honestly really good and I've never seen this drink done before service is helpful and environment is super pretty with sunlight this drink and sun got me glowing :) will be back for more hehe

I love the seasonal drinks at Smoking Tiger, it's fun to try out new drinks. I got the Peach Latte which had real peach bits in the coffee and I really enjoyed it! Their selection of breads are also delicious. The cashier that helped us was super friendly. The cafe space is pretty big, there's plenty of tables to chill and work on compared to the San Gabriel location which only has 2-3 small tables. We got our drinks pretty quickly.

Visited for coffee but what was amazing was the garlic cream cheese bread. I'll definitely be back just for that alone but their seasonal peach latte was really good as well- you can taste the quality in every drink they make. Service is friendly and helpful & ambience is nice with smaller tables inside for a quick sit down snack.

LFTD recently made an announcement that they are being evicted by their landlord and will close…read moredown this brick-and-mortar location by the end of this year (December 29th, 2025). A week before the announcement was made, I came here to try their famous blue tortilla breakfast burrito. [Parking]: There's a free public parking structure located one block away from the coffee shop (6738 Comstock Ave, Whittier, CA 90601). [Atmosphere]: Super crowded on Sunday & I was not able to find a place to sit. I ultimately ordered my breakfast burrito to-go. They also have a section of cafe that sell vintage clothing. [Menu]: For the signature breakfast burrito, they actually have 6 options - classic breakfast burritos (bacon - $16.50), Prime Steak (grass-fed prime steak $20.50), the Ultimate Burrito (grass-fed prime steak + avocado + bacon), Chilaquiles ($15.50), Chorizo ($16.00), and Vegan ($16.00). They also sell their cold brew cafe de olla in giant plastic bags that look like IV drip bags at the refrigerated section. [Ordering]: Customers can order at the cashier counter or order via kiosk (they use Toast). I reviewed their breakfast burrito options at 12 PM and they ran out of classic breakfast burrito. I ended up with prime steak breakfast burrito instead. Unfortunately I waited 45 minutes before they had my order ready and I could tell other customers were not too patient with their orders as they kept walking up to the pick-up counter & checked the ordering status. *** Prime Steak Breakfast Burrito (grass fed prime steak, scrambled egg, Monterey Jack cheese, crema, pico de gallo, tri-colored peppers, hash browns - $20.50): Unlike other breakfast burrito I have had at other places, this breakfast burrito had blue tortilla. The portion was a bit smaller than I expected, but chewy steak + crispy hash browns + roasted peppers + red salsa = one delicious and s-tier tasting breakfast burrito. *** While LFTD serves one of the best 5-star worthy breakfast burritos I have ever had in LA + Orange County, I have to take off a star due to extremely long wait time on food order. Please do yourself a favor and place an online order at least 30 minutes ahead of time if you want to try their breakfast burritos ( https://www.toasttab.com/local/order/lift-6701-greenleaf-ave ).

I'm really glad I did because I think this just became my new go-to coffee order. I'd describe the Seoul latte as almost like a cousin to a Vietnamese iced coffee. It's lighter and slightly less sweet, which I personally really enjoy. Before trying this, my usual go-to was the Cubano con Leche from Tierra Mia. That drink is delicious, but it's very rich, creamy, and caffeine-heavy -- almost more of a dessert coffee to me. I usually only get it sparingly because it can feel a bit heavy, especially on busy days when I want something lighter. This Seoul latte feels like the perfect addition to the rotation: sweet and flavorful without being overpowering, and much lighter overall. The location itself is also really unique and stands out from the street. The interior has a cool aesthetic with a bunch of biking merchandise throughout the shop.
