Then in 2025, I ordered a custom cake and macarons for my daughter's birthday. We started messaging about a month before the party. She responded quickly and gave me quotes up front. I sent her inspo photos of our pastel Disney theme... and she did not disappoint! The cake was absolutely beautiful, almost identical to the inspo photo, and "not too sweet" [which in Asian culture, is high praise]. I got their Aerocano, which is similar to Americano but way creamier and smooth. I finished it way too quickly since I was thirsty and it was sooo good. Their macarons were one of the best macarons I had in a while and they were so cute! I got Yogurt Frappuccino for kids as a non coffee option and they devoured it. Service was amazing. Owners def knew what they were doing. They make their own syrup and they even make their caramel syrup which I've never heard of.( I am a caramel lover) So of course, had to go with their Caramel latte my 2nd coffee of the day. I visited this bakery on June 28 and placed a pickup order for July 5 at 6:30 a.m. I paid by card…read moreat the time of ordering. On July 5, I arrived at the store around 6:50 a.m. to pick up my order, but the staff could not find it. After checking, they told me that the person who took my order on June 28 had written it down incorrectly as a 6:30 p.m. pickup, not 6:30 a.m. Even though they admitted that the order was written incorrectly on their side, they told me I would have to wait about 30-40 minutes for them to prepare the original items. I had to pick up my order and leave right away, so I ended up taking different replacement items instead and got money back the price difference in cash. What was more disappointing was how the situation was handled afterward. I did not receive any apology from the bakery that morning, so later that day I called the store hoping to at least hear a simple "sorry" for the inconvenience. The employee on the phone only asked questions like who took the order and why the price difference was paid back in cash not card, and never offered any apology. Because of this, I went back to the store in person to speak with the manager or owner. The owner, pretending as manager, told me that the order slip showed a 6:30 p.m. pickup time, not 6:30 a.m., and insisted that there was no fault on their side. She didn't say sorry but just blamed the one who wrote wrong. I explained that all I wanted was a basic apology: they had written the order time incorrectly, I could not receive what I originally ordered, I had to take a smaller replacement order, and then I had to visit another bakery to buy more items to make up for the shortage. Even after explaining the inconvenience this caused, I still did not receive a sincere apology. The lack of responsibility and basic customer service in handling their own ordering mistake was very disappointing, and that is why I am sharing this experience here.

The selection of macarons is always great, and last time I was here (in May), they had an incredible extra-giant Dubai chocolate macaron. Seriously, it was filled with the most amazing chocolate filling and was by far the best Dubai chocolate treat I've ever had. These macarons hold up best when refrigerated, but I've carried them around for a few hours at time, and they've still been okay. Just handle with care so that they don't break in transit!

The treats here are interesting sounding and beautiful to look at, but in the end I think it is an expensive 'viral treat' trap. I personally don't think I will try this place again.
