Soft in the center but a little crisp in some places. The flavor was on point, tasted like a piece of apple pie inside a cookie. Was one of the best I've ever had! They are allergy friendly. I mentioned a nut allergy and the staff member offered to open a new carton of ice cream to accommodate it, which I thought was very nice. There creations are what makes them special - lattes, sundaes, tornadoes, nachos, stackables, etc. This is the only place where I've ever seen flavored soft serve like coffee, creamsicle, and pistachio etc. aside from the regular chocolate and vanilla. Watermelon dole whip aside from the pineapple. They also section to order from outside around the cornee (very easy to miss) and a small seating area next to it. Their ice cream is a bit too sweet for me, but I did enjoy the affogato which was soft serve and coffee. I understand it was busy but they seemed short staffed having to juggle the walk up window and the line inside the shop.
