First time here. Located in the heart of LeRoy NY. It is the sister restaurant to 58 Main Street in Brockport. Food was fresh, hot and delicious. The corn bread is a must try. Bartender was friendly and service was great. I will definitely be back.

Very nice outdoor patio with friendly waitstaff and good food! Our food came out quickly and was hot and fresh - for dinner, I ordered the Eagle Plate with a cheeseburger and pulled pork, Mac salad and homefries. I thought it was very tasty except I did find it a tad greasy. My husband ordered the Jack Daniel's burger and was kind of disappointed as he said the burger came on the bun with no condiments, just a dry burger with lettuce, tomato and an onion ring on top; the side of beans however was pretty good. The loaded fries were typical and good, bacon well cooked. Our waiter was very friendly and we would return; perhaps to try something else on the menu.

Pretty good eats! I got the brisket sandwich with Cajun corn, garlic mashed potatoes. It also came with a bonus lil apple filling the side. The food was good, brisket was a little fatty that was the only thing I noticed. And at lunch time it seems that a lot of ppl like to sit in the bar. The bartender managed well, but she was running all over serving the tables in the area too. The other waitress must have had less tables and started to lend a hand. It's a cool spot. I would like to go back for music. So I will be back!

Ordered here for take out... I would not suggest it. This is the second weekend in a row we ordered take out from here. They got new cooks and the food is now terrible. Both time I ordered chicken wings.... they were burnt, looked terrible, and tasted terrible.

Wow what an experience!!! Visiting from Miami and Arizona!…read moreI came with my family (group of 9) We waited for about 40 minutes, and it was very much worth it. Starting with the friendly and attentive service from the staff. Even the security guard outside welcomed us to Rochester and made his recommendations! Amanda took care of our table and she made our experience much more memorable. The raspberry lemon drop **ELITE** I had three! And the food, we all devoured every bite. The amount of food was perfect, the sides were all so tasty, I couldn't pick my favorite! The ribs I was so happy from beginning to end. It was the best way to end the night, even the kids couldn't stop raving about the delicious food! Thank you so much team! I would 10000% come back if I'm in Rochester!

It was def a BBQ joint, but I wasoasing the dinosaur but. Anywhos, service was fantastic. I was seated quickly (party of 1 usually do) and my waitress was amazing. Once I figured out my choices, I went with the 3 course meal. Jerk wings to start, 1/4 chicken (I went with thigh and deum instead of breast and wing), beef brisket, side of Cajun corn, roasted whipped sweet potatoes, organe cream soda, and key lime pie for the dessert. First off, wings were delish and a great way to start. Then the entrees was a good portion. I was hesitant to try Cajun corn again since the last place I tried it was very unfulfilling. But here it was delish. Sweet potato were solid. Chicken was not dry at all, and brisket was tender and smokey. Soda was not too heavy, and the key lime pie was so so good (but honestly I should have gotten it to go as it was too much food). Overall, this place was wonderful. If I ever come back to Rochester I will be coming here again.

The place was neat and clean and our server Michelle was very nice, helpful and personable. Being new customers we were surprised that we were offered a sampler of eight of the sides as well as cornbread with a surprising cinnamon butter to spread on it. All were delicious and made our choice of two difficult. My wife chose a side salad and the Cajun corn. I got the mashed potatoes with gravy and the smoked baked beans. We waited maybe 20 minutes after the sampler and my wife's salad for our dinner, which seemed long but not terrible. The owner Bob had been coming around checking on tables. When our food came out, he also checked on us and apologized for the length of wait. He offered free desert, which we didn't think necessary but very much appreciated. We each got a 1/3 slab of ribs which were tender and delicious without saucing them. There were 3 sauce options at the table. Gold, original and sweet. All good but original was my favorite. I got the pulled pork and my wife the pulled chicken. We took our complimentary desserts to go as we had no room left. We choose the baklava cheesecake and peanut butter pie. Also both delicious. We highly recommend you give this place a try. It's easy to get to and should have been booked solid based on the atmosphere, service and food!

When we walked in, another customer was raving about the food and telling us how much we'd enjoy it, which honestly made me feel a lot better about trying somewhere new in an unfamiliar area. The vibe is like a bar turned restaurant, dark and a little moody but not off-putting. My mom even got a cutesy leprechaun margarita, which made her smile. We started with 10 mild wings for the table, my sister got a Caesar salad and said the dressing tasted homemade, and this is where I tried French onion soup for the first time. It was okay, just really salty. My mom ended up finishing it, but I did like that the cheese layer wasn't too heavy. I'm still on the hunt for a French onion that really does it for me. I didn't get pictures of the mains, but my mom and I both got steak, I had mashed potatoes and she got a baked potato. My sister got the fettuccine alfredo and marveled at the flavor. She kept saying you can tell it's a local spot and not a chain just by the care put into it. My steak was good, nothing crazy but you really can't go wrong. The mashed potatoes were a little bland but still edible. My mom loved her meal and finished everything, while my sister and I both had leftovers. The only downside was the service. Our waitress wasn't very friendly, kind of impatient and a little passive aggressive, like we were bothering her just by being there. Given the lack of diversity in the area, it didn't completely surprise me, but it was still noticeable. We didn't let it ruin the night though. Overall we still enjoyed it and I'd go back if I'm ever in Batavia again. Reasonable prices, solid food. Taking everything into account, I'd give it a 6.9/10.

Oh how the mighty have fallen! I remember when this restaurant was opened by "Alex" and it was…read morefantastic. I knew Alex by mutual acquaintance and growing up in the same small town. He was a professional restaurateur who was paid to sit with celebrities at the posh places he worked in South Florida in the 70s. Whatever else is said, the man had high standards in food and dining experience. When he opened, and for years after the place was always packed and very popular. The food was high quality and your meal came with 2 sides, salad, hot bread and nice presentation at a reasonable price. Alex left the business several years ago and the current owner has run it for some time. Today was my first time back in several years. The outside looks dated and needs a refresh. I almost thought it was closed. It was 2:30pm on Saturday before Mother's Day and almost empty. I don't recall it ever not being full of people waiting at the bar for a table. Until today. The decor is ok although I don't care for the fringe lamps directly over your head. I was going to get ribs but decided on 10 oz prime rib ($32.00) comes with 1 side (I chose baked potato - only sour cream and butter is offered). No salad unless you pay extra! The warm bread was fine with two kinds of butter. My companion had the Kids spaghetti $(8.99). My prime rib came out and it looked about half the normal thickness it should be and in a puddle of juice. Even the server commented about why the kitchen did that. And it was warm, at best. No horseradish or other condiments were offered. No garnish on the plate. Just a thin slab of meat. The juice should have been in a separate cup. But the small baked potato was steaming hot! My companion had a giant pile of spaghetti with about a 1/4 cup of sauce on top! Too little for the mound of spaghetti. And it looked like cheap jar sauce and no meatballs. She didn't mind but I wasn't thrilled. And her fountain drink did not come with the meal ($3.99)! I had a lavender lemon drop martini that was ok. ($10). Ultimately the food is mediocre and it feels like they are cutting corners to keep prices down. But that means it's no longer the special place it used to be. Sad.

The wings were huge and perfectly smoked. There were 3 bbq sauce choices on the table. Their signature flavor was my favorite. The ribs were also large and good. The mac and cheese was the worst part of our dinner. It was very flavorless and like clay. We did order the baked sweet potato and it had some good maple butter on it. The side was a half of the potato, but it was fine for two people. We did order some cornbread with the maple butter not knowing they give you some cheddar biscuits for free. The cornbread was amazing. It was a bit overcooked but when cooked right it would be the best around. The bonus of the meal was the free cheddar biscuits. They were just like the red lobster ones. Served hot and an extra hint of garlic, it was chefs kiss! Overall, cool place, Nice atmosphere, great service, full bar and tons of choices on the menu. Great visit!
