I even forgot my Drivers license once and was asked by the owner if he could see it. I understood completely as I should've had it on me to begin with. Went home not far and returned legally. Very nice guy, honest & didn't try to upsell me. He looked for the discontinued coils I needed for a while & I offered to buy a new set up instead. Every time I come in here, I always end up spending at least 20 minutes but that's because I get caught up chatting with the super chill staff. They're all;laid back and mellow, yet they always help me with everything that I ask (I am pretty clueless on the vape stuff so I ask a lot). I've been to a lot of head shops over the years, and this one stands out. I came in to get a new coil for a vape I bought the previous week and I needed help changing it (the manager Tyler did it for me t first time and I couldn't remember how to do it). Chase (or was it Steve?? I forgot) had a slip up changing it and broke the glass on the head of my vape). He was super apologetic about it but he and the owner George were super helpful with trying to find the right glass to replace it. They didn't have it and they actually set me up with an even better head and they didn't even charge me!! When I asked about what I owe for it, George goes, "Just pay it forward." I've only ever had good experiences there and it's my neighborhood shop so I'll always go there, but I'm definitely now recommending that all of my neighbors and friends use it because that's exceptional service. I bought a pen battery two days ago here, which was dead on arrival. I just went in to exchange it and had a bizarre and irritating interaction with the clerk. He wanted to charge me $5 for an exchange on a $10 battery. I said that wasn't acceptable, and that they should stand by their products. He stated that they didn't make the battery, so it wasn't their fault. It got slightly heated at that point. I'll not spend $10 for nothing. He finally threw a $10 bill on the counter and muttered some cuss words under his breath. I don't appreciate being cussed at, and this review is the result. They did not have the vape that I was looking for in stock, however, had a few others to choose from and I couldn't find any vaporizers for dry flower anywhere else.. They did say they would get the one I wanted in stock within a few days, but I needed it for the drive back home to Cali so that wasn't going to work. read more

This place is great. I been to all the vape/glass shops around PDX and while most of them offer primarily the same selection , smoke it up has an impressive variety of e-juice flavors, and a well-balanced mix of box sets, mods themselves and all of the top tier atomizers and accessories from most all of the more well-established manufacturers . When I first started to shop around (vape) for stuff like this 9 months ago I was under the impression that unless I looked long and hard on the internet was going to be presented with the same three or four generic box sets no matter which shop I decided to pop in and check . there is a dude named Tyler that has been working the register ever since the first time I stopped in and he has remained infinitely patient answering each and every single one of my tedious inquiries about the different atomizers and coils and their benefits even sometimes in the presence of three or four other (less demanding) .customers. I just wanted to take the time to write this review since I feel like these guys don't get enough praise and it's not like they make commission or anything. Keep up the great work! I came in for replacement parts for my poor bongs, and the clerk patiently handled my lack of knowledge of standard terms. I wound up exactly what I needed. He even looked all over for the 14mm down stem I asked for, until he found it. The mess of parts I walked out with cost less than twenty bucks and put three pieces back in action. I usually come in here for just rolling papers, but always leave with something else. Their glassware is pretty on point and its a chill environment to take a long look around. Especially when it comes to pieces, its very reasonably priced. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, they're up on vaping and dabbing which is something I don't find at some of the other "old school" head shops. And its super conveniently located next to a dispensary on the main street in Kenton. If you're a NoPo stoner you should stop by. read more

I got a $200 bong here and i didnt see that the hole where the smoke goes through was fritted when i got it, so it clogs after like 2 hits. Horrible bong (I threw it away cause no one would buy it) I also got a nectar collectar here that broke from being heated up. read more

They have a pretty solid array of water pipes, handpipes, and vaporizers for both high and low price ranges, as well as a wide range of accessories like cases and cleaning supplies. Their stock is packed into every nook and cranny, so take the time to poke around wide variety and you'll find some gems. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, this might not be the biggest or classiest shop in town, but offers a good selection and prices if you're in the area. read more
