This vape store/plus has always been very friendly. I've always been addressed with nothing less than great costumer service. I even forgot my Drivers license once and was asked by the owner if he could see it. I understood completely as I should've had it on me to begin with. Went home not far and returned legally. I enjoy the atmosphere, variety and selection. What more do I need. Great job !! : ). read more

Very nice guy, honest & didn't try to upsell me. He looked for the discontinued coils I needed for a while & I offered to buy a new set up instead. He didn't upsell me on the vape & instead told me the good specs of the cheaper one & I'm a happy customer. The prices were pretty good & they had a good selection. read more

The only vape shop I could find with the Puff bar in the area. Small shop with mostly everything you can find to do with vape and tobacco products. The guy working greeted us and was helpful and friendly too! read more

Not sure what old reviews are on about - staff here is awesome and super chill. If there was a mean person working there, she's not there anymore. My buddy with the lip piercing is awesome, always gives me his best recs on new things. I'd be lost without this shop being a block away from where I live. read more

Every time I come in here, I always end up spending at least 20 minutes but that's because I get caught up chatting with the super chill staff. They're all;laid back and mellow, yet they always help me with everything that I ask (I am pretty clueless on the vape stuff so I ask a lot). I've been to a lot of head shops over the years, and this one stands out. I came in to get a new coil for a vape I bought the previous week and I needed help changing it (the manager Tyler did it for me t first time and I couldn't remember how to do it). Chase (or was it Steve?? I forgot) had a slip up changing it and broke the glass on the head of my vape). He was super apologetic about it but he and the owner George were super helpful with trying to find the right glass to replace it. They didn't have it and they actually set me up with an even better head and they didn't even charge me!! When I asked about what I owe for it, George goes, "Just pay it forward." I've only ever had good experiences there and it's my neighborhood shop so I'll always go there, but I'm definitely now recommending that all of my neighbors and friends use it because that's exceptional service. The atmosphere in the shop is great and youlll always have a great experience supporting this business! Thank you so much guys. Sincerely, Custie 4 Lyfe! read more

A great head shop across the board. I come here for my nicotine vape juice and cartridges, and also have bought a few bongs and pipes. The guy that seems to always be there is always very personable, knowledgeable, and just a good dude. read more

Super helpful, decent prices, just ask what you are looking for. I've never gotten anything disappointing but still research what you may like:) read more

Since the flavor ban has stopped in Washington I have gone over to Portland and this place by far has nothing but good customer service and I love the atmosphere and I love their employees they make you feel at home, I recommend that you stop in and say hi. read more

An old school head shop that happens to be next door to a weed store. Nice people, super convenient.

My first time in.. out of towner. Stoked to find Red Maeng Da here!! Dude was cool as shit too. Found a better product than i was expecting to find. Appreciate the help brotha ! read more

I bought a pen battery two days ago here, which was dead on arrival. I just went in to exchange it and had a bizarre and irritating interaction with the clerk. He wanted to charge me $5 for an exchange on a $10 battery. I said that wasn't acceptable, and that they should stand by their products. He stated that they didn't make the battery, so it wasn't their fault. It got slightly heated at that point. I'll not spend $10 for nothing. He finally threw a $10 bill on the counter and muttered some cuss words under his breath. I don't appreciate being cussed at, and this review is the result. This place doesn't deserve your business. read more

Read the reviews and avoid this business. I bought a bong there and discovered a crack in it when I got home. I took it back the next day and they refused to take it back or give me full credit for another bong. Go someplace else. There are many other good glass shops to choose from. read more

This is my fav head shop to frequent! Derek always answers my questions and helps me find all of my unique smoking gadgets with a smile and ease! Not to mention their rolling paper selection is tight! read more

went into this smoke shop and asked about rolling tobacco. response "oh, that cancer causing stuff? we're moving away from that" in a sarcastic tone, followed by a lecture about why e-cigs are scientifically proven to be better then cigs and i shouldnt smoke. while i dont disagree that cigs are bad for you and i should probably seek out other options, whats with the attitude?! your a friekin' smoke shop. you shouldnt be surprised that people come in asking for smokes. left feeling very anxious and attacked by the guy working. seems like it could have been approached in a much better way. will not return, and wont recommend to others. gave 2 stars since i guess it could've been worse... read more

DO NOT SHOP AT STORE. They sell cheap defective merchandise that they do not stand behind. Plus the former employee working there on Saturday December 12th 2015 was rude and disrespectful and told me to fuck off read more

Bought a glass pipe here & first smoke it broke...took it back & not only wouldn't they refund my money, he wouldn't even issue a credit! "It's glass - we don't guarantee any of our glass pipes" - Go elsewhere, Portland is full of shops! read more

Excellent selection with knowledgable friendly staff! They did not have the vape that I was looking for in stock, however, had a few others to choose from and I couldn't find any vaporizers for dry flower anywhere else.. They did say they would get the one I wanted in stock within a few days, but I needed it for the drive back home to Cali so that wasn't going to work. read more

Pretty good customer service, long lines and not many people working. Fair prices. There are other shops in the area that are better but I'd recommend this one to my friends read more

I came in for replacement parts for my poor bongs, and the clerk patiently handled my lack of knowledge of standard terms. I wound up exactly what I needed. He even looked all over for the 14mm down stem I asked for, until he found it. The mess of parts I walked out with cost less than twenty bucks and put three pieces back in action. I'll definitely be back. read more

Bad service and didn't have a thing that I was looking for. Was disappointed on the juice hey recommend as well.

This place is great. I been to all the vape/glass shops around PDX and while most of them offer primarily the same selection , smoke it up has an impressive variety of e-juice flavors, and a well-balanced mix of box sets, mods themselves and all of the top tier atomizers and accessories from most all of the more well-established manufacturers . When I first started to shop around (vape) for stuff like this 9 months ago I was under the impression that unless I looked long and hard on the internet was going to be presented with the same three or four generic box sets no matter which shop I decided to pop in and check . there is a dude named Tyler that has been working the register ever since the first time I stopped in and he has remained infinitely patient answering each and every single one of my tedious inquiries about the different atomizers and coils and their benefits even sometimes in the presence of three or four other (less demanding) .customers. I just wanted to take the time to write this review since I feel like these guys don't get enough praise and it's not like they make commission or anything. Keep up the great work! Stoked to have discovered this. Vape shop right here in my neighborhood. read more

I usually come in here for just rolling papers, but always leave with something else. Their glassware is pretty on point and its a chill environment to take a long look around. Especially when it comes to pieces, its very reasonably priced. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, they're up on vaping and dabbing which is something I don't find at some of the other "old school" head shops. And its super conveniently located next to a dispensary on the main street in Kenton. If you're a NoPo stoner you should stop by. read more

Dropped into this little shop and was impressed by the selection they pack into a small space. They have a pretty solid array of water pipes, handpipes, and vaporizers for both high and low price ranges, as well as a wide range of accessories like cases and cleaning supplies. Their stock is packed into every nook and cranny, so take the time to poke around wide variety and you'll find some gems. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, this might not be the biggest or classiest shop in town, but offers a good selection and prices if you're in the area. read more

I got a $200 bong here and i didnt see that the hole where the smoke goes through was fritted when i got it, so it clogs after like 2 hits. Horrible bong (I threw it away cause no one would buy it) I also got a nectar collectar here that broke from being heated up. read more

The quick fix they sell didn't work, manager tony not customer service oriented. Last time I spend money here.
