Been going here for over a year, mostly for their buy 1 get 1 free butane deals on a specific brand. I've bought a bong and glass pieces from here too. Was totally okay until my last purchase, which I guess I got to see the caliber of customer service you will get if you have any troubles. If you come here, buy something small that you don't care it it breaks, then come here. If you want some kind of guarantee on any purchases, even emotional, I'd recommend any place else. Saw a $379.99 (online) Puffco Peak electronic set up for sale for $450. The thing was missing the cap and the rubber part that connects the cap to the piece, so you don't lose it. They had a replacement that they said fit, which technically it'll cover the hole but won't work like the original piece would. Got offered a discount. Didn't want to wait it to come thru the mail so I bought it from here. Immediately getting home, I notice it won't turn on. It flashes a rainbow color and shuts off. I look at the manual and it says it's a disconnection issue to the bowl. Open the bowl area up and the heating element not only has a crack in it, I can see residue on it. WHILE SHOWING ME REGULAR BONGS, the salesman also showed me a glass bong that was dirty and filmy on the inside, as in, it had been used in a smoke session. He said they had "water tested it" and if I was interested, which I wasn't. I suspected this was also used because I could feel sticky residue on the bowl and see some inside glass and on the heating element, which was cracked. Went back 2 days later with my receipt and the guy there couldn't do anything but call the owner, whom basically told me "no, there is no residue, it was not used, you probably used it." I didn't want my money back, I wanted to buy the parts to fix it or replace it. They said they could not do anything until the owner was there, and even then, it was just an exchange, if they see it was not used. The owner told me there was no residue when I could see the residue, with him on the phone. He hung up and then I gave the phone back to the clerk m. He then offers to get me high outside. I said no, I just wanted to use my $400+ bong and I can't and I have to wait. He offered again. Had to say no again, and just left. I don't have time to go back until late, and the owner says he's only there on certain days til 6pm. I bought this at midnight, they're open til 2. I offered to leave the device there and they said no. They used their glass here and resell it. Not ALL glass, but some here and there. Not coming back here, I'll give my money to other local businesses. I've been shopping here for a year, they're okay, idk why this last transaction went the way it did. Sucks. read more

Very unimpressed with this place after wasting lots of gas and time. I was coming in to get a fill-your-own wax cartridge but first I checked to see if they would have it over the phone. The employee told me they did, so I got on my way. As soon as I get there, he tells me they do and they don't have it. the "don't have it" part was when he told me that it probably won't work for cannabis concentrates, that they were designed for eCig's when they first came out. This guy could've given me this information over the phone before I wasted a quarter tank and 30 minutes driving there, not to mention the 30 minutes home... obviously he was too preoccupied with his pizza, nor did he say anything when I voiced my frustration with the situation or when asked why he didn't say something over the phone. While they are the best smoke shop to get coals for hookah, every employee charges a different price. The items aren't marked with a price so whenever you ask how much something costs, the employees usually just guess. When we brought up that we've gotten the coals for a lower price than what the employee offered ($15), he said "oh, well I can do $20." So we literally had to bring up a previous transaction on our bank account to prove to him that we've only been charged $15.83 with tax. Even when we did that, he said he could only do $17. We said that better be including tax. He agreed but didn't seem like he wanted to.... We will obviously go back because no other smoke shop carries coals that aren't instant light. But I'm getting fed up with changing prices and employees not knowing what to do all the time. read more

I'm done with this place!!!!! I come here occasionally to buy cones (prerolled rolling papers). Each and every time It's different price. Sometimes they charge me $2.50 a piece, sometimes $3, sometimes $3.50, sometimes with tax and sometimes without. Then they do the random over charging. I bought 8 cones today at $3 each and today I was charged tax. So $24 for product + $2.01 for tax should have came up to $26.01 yet he somehow stood firm I owed him $30.35. An extra $4.34 for what???? Yes they are friendly and nice. But that's just their charm. They will screw you hard with a smile on thier face. Came in here to buy a puff bar. In the past I've been able to return it and exchange it for a new one being as sometimes you get duds. Came in today a couple hours after opening it because the light started flashing. Walk in both dues are on their phones leaned over the counter and ask me what I want. I stated my issue and I said the other guy(who I wasn't talking to) sold this to me and I know it's not your fault but it's dead. Litterally an hour after I bought it. So long story short the said we don't do returns unless you try it in store and it blinks. I then ask so you're telling me if it works and I walk out the door and I doesn't you won't exchange it? i used to buy kratom there, they would often give me a fair price on bulk or the packaged, but after management changed and john left, they just gouge tf out of you for it. just some FYI you can buy one kilo of lab tested top quality kratom from many online suppliers for anywhere from $70 to $100 a kilo, which is 1000 grams. the kratom they sell here is very low quality and not lab tested as i have found sand and other foreign objects in the kratom bought from there and they want to charge you $60 for 250 grams of shitty kratom. or $120 for 500 grams of low quality shitty kratom. when john was there he had no problem selling me 500 grams of their kratom for $50 to $70 because he said that would be plenty of profit for them. which is still really high for low quality stuff let alone high quality. but i get businesses have to make profit which is fine with me if they kept giving me that price, but now, after john left, they have gotten greedy asf. if you want kratom just go to goldenmonk.com it will be at your house in 2 to 3 days top quality lab tested for a very good price. dont get gouged by these guys. read more
