This place is cool. I drove by it maybe a zillion times but rarely actually notice it. And finally…read moreI set my sights and GPS on checking it out. I drove right by it again, even with the help of my GPS. Had to drive around the corner and back again. Small, well displayed, clean, comfortable. The basics in your smoking needs. Not a whole of extras from what I could see. They have a decent selection of bongs, but nothing really crazy, funky, or bizarre. The young man who worked there was super nice, his father is the owner. We chatted a bit about this and that and the pot laws and such. Frendly and helpful, I checked out the tray of "chillems", having recently had mine broken :(. They were $15 and $20, lots of options and very pretty. The one I had to have was $20 and I asked for a small discount, he obliged, which is always a positive in my book. Here's the thing. They have chillems at the bodega near my house for $8, 10 and 12. They are not nearly as nice of course. The one I recently bought was $11 with tax in Vancouver. So, maybe it makes sense to consider your location, the competition, and price accordingly. Also - the signage is ridiculously absent. The place itslef is lovely and the proprieters just peachy from what I can tell. But you know, I tell it like it is.

They're all;laid back and mellow, yet they always help me with everything that I ask (I am pretty clueless on the vape stuff so I ask a lot). I've been to a lot of head shops over the years, and this one stands out. I came in to get a new coil for a vape I bought the previous week and I needed help changing it (the manager Tyler did it for me t first time and I couldn't remember how to do it). Chase (or was it Steve?? I forgot) had a slip up changing it and broke the glass on the head of my vape). He was super apologetic about it but he and the owner George were super helpful with trying to find the right glass to replace it. They didn't have it and they actually set me up with an even better head and they didn't even charge me!! When I asked about what I owe for it, George goes, "Just pay it forward." I've only ever had good experiences there and it's my neighborhood shop so I'll always go there, but I'm definitely now recommending that all of my neighbors and friends use it because that's exceptional service. The atmosphere in the shop is great and youlll always have a great experience supporting this business! Thank you so much guys. Sincerely, Custie 4 Lyfe!
