I really enjoyed the large selection and the friendly staff. They are so nice. However after 6…read moremonths as a customer, I've had quite a few issues that questions my commitment to Fatboy. I've had 3 disposable vapes that have failed after just a few days and was given no help to address this. No information on getting help from manufacturers. No offer of help which is their policy. Also. They don't get my preferred flavor and brand often I have called and requested them often but all I'm told is that they haven't come in. I appreciated the competitive pricing but I don't need cheaper as much as a unit that works completely. For this I recommend Fatboy as a standby secondary store but one should find a better store for consistency and better service. I'll update when appropriate.

We walked in and everyone was welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. We couldn't find the beer, so we asked an employee for help. He found it within seconds on his computer, and led us straight there. On a whim, my husband asked him if they stocked James Gin. He's been looking for it in the states since he started watching James May's YouTube channel. The guy was able to find that as well! I guess they just started stocking it recently. They have an overwhelming variety of booze here. You could spend hours looking at everything on the shelves. They also sell snacks to go with the beverages. They have novelty items and gifts available as well. Their prices do seem a bit steep compared to grocery stores, but they offer a rewards card that can potentially help you save money. Overall, we were very happy with our experience here! We'll definitely return and would highly recommend.

It's very disheartening when I'm told i should be receiving a call and then never get it and then when I finally call I'm told to call back on a different day. This has been going on for three weeks so far. It's fine if you don't want my product honestly, just don't string me along. I feel sorry for the small artists who put their all into a product then have to deal with someone who could clearly care less about them and what their trying to sell. If you supposedly care so much about local artists wouldn't you try harder to make these people feel welcome to show there pieces. I can now see why so many start-ups would rather take their business ideas online rather than deal with large chains such as Mary Janes. Sincerely, swagstands.com
