This is my favorite place to buy weed products in the Vancouver area. Their location is open late and it's always well stocked and very clean. They are incredibly friendly and very helpful. Every single person who works there has always been very very nice. And special thanks to Greg for bumming me a buck. I very much appreciate that. read more

Great service! Welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Clean store, secure, and wide selection!

I have been buying here for years, but now they have a new fascist ID program where they want you to scan your ID at the door, and they ID you again at the counter. It's a little too Police State for me, I will go elsewhere. read more

Unbelievable disappointment! I was 2 years loyal customer, spending a few hundred every month. Usually I was buying green stuff there and was really happy about the quality and customer service. But last week I bought the disposable cartridge to try. Didn't really use it, just tried a few times. Yesterday I wanted to use it, but it just stop working. And the light was on. I didn't really know what can I do, and I came to the store today morning to ask the manager. She said:"Sorry! But our policy for this is 72 hours and you have to bring everything back + recite" Guys- it's brand new! I am spending at your store a couple thousand a year and you can't make any exception for the loyal customer?? Really?! So your reputation cost only $30???? And at the end she said me "You are not welcome here anymore!" Goodbye! I really don't understand that. But will tell all my friends about their "customer service"! read more

Don't go here. There's one woman who is hostile with husband/wife Accounts. My wife and I share an account. Today, she refused to sell to me. There are PLENTY shops to choose from. read more

I developed severe a few years ago and I don't like taking medication. I've heard many good things about cannabis helping with arthritis, but I've always been nervous to purchase marijuana because experience can be overwhelming. On my first visit, I was greeted with smiles and amazing, genuine energy from all the staff, one gentleman in particular named Jayson was extremely helpful. Jayson was very patient with me and answered all my questions and educated me on all the different types and each other benefits. I've been coming to craft for years now and my arthritis has never felt better. I will only go to craft because every experience is always an excellent one and Jayson Harman and I have built a great relationship now and I enjoy seeing him every time I come in for my purchase. read more

The service I received from Ms. Hailey was awesome! She gave me time to look around at the selections, and helped narrow down to a product that I haven't even tried yet. The value of the product was very reasonable, and it was awesome quality as well! Hailey knew what I wanted, what I was looking for, what my budget was, and nailed it in little time! Thank you Hailey and thank you Craft Cannabis for being so warm and welcoming! Loving the new store look as well! read more

There is nothing bad I can say about my visit here tonight. Amber was awesome she wasn't just a sales person she was a teacher. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for with no pressure at all. Thank you Amber. read more

I frequent this location of Craft and I have never understood the reasoning behind hiw they color code their strains so I always have to ask again when I go in. Today I asked the guy behind the counter if they could post what the colors mean in regard to the type of weed so I didn't have to ask everytime and he responded "yeah, we tried that but stoners don't like to read". I was taken aback.. so since I'm a customer here do you think I'm not capable of reading a sign? It was super condescending. read more

I wrestled with the idea of deleting the review I made about my encounter with some of the staff at Vanansterdamn which is now known as Craft Cannabis. After My last Encounter with racial discrimination here I moved to Main St Marijuana's eastside location. Looking for someplace to buy smoke without the color of my skin affecting the service I get. It was a long day at work and I decided to order a terp and MSM was out. So on a whim, I check VA and was surprised that they had one of my favorite items. So I snatched up a double order. As I was leaving a night manager by the name of "Christine" came out and approached me about my review. Now the fact that she knew that I was there and who I was, was kinda strange when reviews are somewhat private and you don't have access to the person's info, like who they are. She told me my review was harsh, and that the "Owner" Seen it. And that they would give me 50% off my order if I took it down. Not once did she apologize for the actions of her employees, not once did she even speak about diversity in Vanansterdamn. She was only concerned with me taking down the review as it shows who they are and that's bad for business. I told her, "The fact that your saying something shows you care". Then, after getting home and thinking about it all she cared about was the negative review and how it made them look, she talked about what she cared about. As for how I was affected and treated? She never once said anything, I mean she is a manager and the first thing you do is try to rectify the problem right the wrong. She was interested in me taking down my review and that they will pay or reward me to do it. Nothing about addressing what happened or how it will never happen again, or what I should do if it does. So about two weeks later I am thinking it's in the past just let it go. Well, I forgot to take it down or even update as I am doing now and then I figured I will get around to it. Thinking everything was cool, I pull into Craft cannabis and there was a cop in the driveway. I pulled into a parking space to back into another one. The cop was talking to a manager from inside. When I pulled into a spot to back into another this clown pulls up and blocks me. So I am looking at these two in my mirror who are smiling like they know they are messing with me. So he finally moves so I can back in. He then pulls in beside me and starts harassing me. I am sure it was at the request of the manager whom he was talking to, as it sure the hell looks that way. Shocked is an understatement. I thought VA was a cool spot in the beginning. There are some cool people here, and then there are the ones whom you can see the hatred in their eyes. Esp some of the girls, now not all of these people are like this. I have dealt with only a few. Jarred is the main person I have always dealt with. He is a nice guy along with the big guy with the tatts and beard...Both knowledgeable Budtenders whom I trusted enough that their knowledge influenced my purchases. To be 100% Honest it may have been a fluke exp, but I doubt it. I know it will never happen again, at least to me. I will never return to Craft Cannabis. There are too many places to buy smoke that doesn't discriminate or treat you wrong based on your skin color. " The world as we have created it is a process of our thinking. It cannot be changed without changing our thinking " -Albert Einstein read more

I decided to try this place due to Main Street Marijuana being out of some items I usually get. The prices on those items were great (though they do have a very small inventory and variety), so I placed an online order and discovered that they give a 5% discount when you order online. I thought that was a nice bonus, making the items cheaper than I usually pay. I was busy and had to send the wife to pick up the order. I'd ordered an ounce of flower and 7 different varieties of sugar wax, 2 of which were the same. They were too mentally challenged to comprehend the "quantity" field and just pulled 1 of that strain, causing her to have to go back in for the other one. If that wasn't enough inconvenience, they said they don't do the online discount anymore, despite it being on their website, which she showed them right in the store. In the future, I'll continue to go to Main Street since they have NEVER messed up an order for years and certainly never pulled a bait and switch scam on me. This place is garbage. read more
