I noticed Sticky's has a low star score but all the reviews are from 7-9 years ago. I haven't been shopping here that long. But the last 3 years I have been very happy. My favorite bud tender now manages the store and appears to be doing a great job. I don't have a favorite brand so when I go in I know what I am looking for as far as the effects I want. No matter who I work with I have always received exactly what I want. I normally am shown a few different options and chose what looks the best or what is recommended for my need. I definitely recommend Sticky's and am confident that if you stop in you will be pleased with the service and the product. read more

Sticky's is usually my go to place and I've literally never had issues there, but for some reason today they barred me from going in saying my ID was "fake". The supposed "manager" on shift had major attitude about it when I asked her to check again, she shines her little flashlight on it and goes "well it wouldn't look like that then" and when I said that I know it says in their systems that I've been there before and my very much REAL ID has been approved and they can SEE that, she pointed to the door and told me I needed to leave right now. She needs to get an attitude check, especially when she looks like that lmfao. I just found healthy competition for my favorite shop. Located very close to me. I stopped in just because I've seen the billboards around town. I didn't NEED anything. I have been doing research on dabbing and had just left a shop dedicated to just glass / rigs with a estimation of $120 for a starter kit. I walked in to Sticky's and was greeted by Kayzia. What a knowledgeable bud-tender!! Kayzia set me up with EVERYTHING I needed. All together with a gram of concentrate for $70. The concentrate alone was $20. I'm like a kid on Christmas, I can't wait to set up my new toy!!!! read more

The staff in there might be the most I'll informed group I have ever met and their customer service is about on par with their knowledge of their own store. I was handed a menu and while I was trying to browse I had the bud tender in my ear trying to push whatever it was. Nothing out of the ordinary but for whatever reason I asked for 3 items that weren't the same brand and every time was told that he'd be right back with it only to be told that they were out of it. Why have things on the menu that you don't have and as an employee how are you not more aware of this problem. Needless to say I will not be returning and would urge others to refrain as well, if I could leave less than 1 star I definitely would. read more

A man behind the counter asked if he could help me. I asked for high guys or dab dudes, "with a higher CB. . ." cut me off, turned & was talking to the wall as he said "they're not marked, yet. I told him I was having trouble hearing him. 2 loud employees were talking above the music that was already loud enough, so hearing my sales person was virtually impossible. The person got frustrated with me because I asked him if he could look at me when he's talking to me "because it's difficult for me to hear." That's when he got loud, raised his arms, & exclaimed, "Will someone else help this person? Humph!" I had never once even finished telling him what I was looking for. He didn't want to deal with a person that he would actually have to interact with or else he was being impatient with me because I am disabled. I'll leave that for the reader or customers to decide. That's when one of the loud employees says, "I'll do it." I said I'd prefer someone else (there were 4 other workers just milling around), & she said, "I got you. I got you." I said that she didn't "got" me that only my family "got" me. I tried to tell her what I was looking for, & she said that I never let her finish a sentence. I was the one that never got to finish a sentence. Not one person in the store knew what I wanted or what I was looking for, & not one of them took the time to listen. I told her, "I thought I was the customer, & I think you are the one that is supposed to listen to me." She said she knew that & that she was trying to get the others to quiet down. She was the one making all the noise in the first place. I have been treated harshly a few other times when I've come in, but because I live in Hazel Dell without transport Sticky's has the monopoly until I move or purchase a bus pass or a car. I am demoting my original 5 stars to only 1 star as I can't give a 0 (zero) because since they've re-opened the customer service is lackluster to plain rude. I protested for this store to stay open, & now I hope it gets shut down. Not everyone that sells pot is a welcoming stoner. Some folks are just sphincters, & no amount of marijuana can cure that. read more

I think the people who work at Sticky's are super friendly, but I just think for what they offer, it's overpriced. I got 4 grams of $38 weed and it came in a vacuumed sealed Ziploc bag. Wtf, are you kidding me!? You should not be charging that much for mediocre weed and shit packaging! If you're in a bind and want something convenient (since this is right off Hwy 99), Sticky's is a great option. If you don't want to get ripped off for something quality, go elsewhere...I suggest The Herbery off of St. Johns, not the Chkalov one. Happy smoking! read more

Price wise, everything was awesome. Quality wise, it was garbage. Bought 3 pre rolls, NONE were smokable. One bit. I've seen some bad pre rolls, trust me, and these were by far the worse. One wouldn't light at all, one exploded while I was trying to light and the last one, which I was just hoping at least one would light to make my day. It didn't, it's bent and missing weed by the mouth piece. I proceeded to contact a manager, got one. And all that, i get a 10% discount. That won't even cover my gas going back. read more

At first I was very happy with this little pot shop, it is close to where I live and that makes it convenient & they had just reopened & I was happy with the service since all the people were really friendly & nice until they started getting more people & now everyone (the employees) seems to be there just to socialize & talk to one another, no one knows anything about the product they are selling & no one listens to the customer, it's as if they are trying to rush you out the door, like they don't have time to waste on you, I'm mean come on there are a lot of things to look at in a shop like this, who wants to be rushed out the door, if I'm going to spend my money on something I'm going to smoke I'm better be damn sure I'm going to like it!! Excellent service with a smile from knowledgable people who love the product! This shop recently opened their doors but they did so with a very seasoned staff that really knows their bud! It's amazing to me how in this new retail sector one can already see different styles of stores... high end (no pun intended), mid-range and mass market. And they all have their different vibes... and lets face it some have betrayed the chill stoner culture and become quite snobby while other shops want volume at the expense of quality. This place has boutique bud, unique edibles and all the other stuff you expect in a full line, well stocked store combined with a fun loving staff that can most def steer you the right direction. Unfortunately if you want anything awesome here....it's $15 a gram plus. I went in yesterday, and asked for something over 20 percent, and they had nothing that was 3.5 for 40 that met that requirment. I ended up with some Bannana kush that i gave to my wife as she likes the 16% and below. Master yoda @ 15 per gram when many other shops sell it for 10.?? I'll stick with Main st marijuana, better selection and lower prices. read more

Was looking forward to becoming a regular customer as 1.) it's very close to my home and 2.) the owner seemed awesome after reading his email correspondence with CC councilman David Madore. However, they sold me a vape cartridge refill that did not work. When I went to exchange, the manager told me that everyone is told at the time of purchase they have 24 hours to return. I was NOT told this. I still have the pen in its original packaging; it says "Sticky's" right on it and a harvest date of 2/22/16, and it is very obviously still full (because the damn thing DOESN'T WORK). So, for $30, they've lost what could have been a very loyal customer. I will be sure to tell all of my friends about my experience there as well. High End Marketplace in downtown Vancouver is much, much better but you'll get better service at the Herbery or even the overcrowded, over-hyped Main Street than this place.
