Good service. Good product. Great prices i actually got a medical discount instead of just taxes like most other places.

They cut their weekly deals in half and just killed what made them worth it. Now I'll just go to the craft for BOGO 50% off flower or the day they do 30% any combo of flower that equals and oz. read more

This place saved me loads of money, without compromising quality. They have great deals on certain days, and plenty of parking. Cherry and the other staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you guys for the discounts! Much love. read more

I've been coming here for years never had a problem up until the last time I came here. Usually the budtenders are nice to me and always want to talk but for some reason the last time I came here, an older white man helped me (and mind you he helped me many times before) just decided that my ID was fake. I'm almost 30 and for some reason that day my ID just turned out to be fake, and he was so disrespectful, didn't give me my ID back, called his manger who was also disrespectful and rude. Yes I called the cops and yes I got my ID back no thanks to them. So this place definitely needs to find better workers and not hire idiotic people who are rude to their loyal customers for no reason because I come here all the time and never in my life have I've been mistreated this badly until that day. read more

The employees have treated me well for the six months or so that I have been going there. However, I had the misfortune of being exposed to their manager recently. She rolled her eyes at me without ever actually looking at me and acted like I was somehow offending her by being in her presence. I'll travel the extra two blocks to another store to avoid supporting a business with a manager who hates the customers. read more

The wide selection here is absolutely fantastic. I really enjoy the budtenders who go above and beyond what they need to do for when I stop in. I bring all my friends visiting to this spot for a joint (or six). Love it here! read more

This place has a more walk-up-bar ordering style (no lines), so sometimes you gotta wait and browse a bit before you have a budtender to help you. Nice place to go when you don't want a budtender in your face immediately. They have such a big selection you almost need the time to browse around anyway. Staff is always kind and helpful, online ordering system is great, selection is giant. read more

Horrible service!! I went in asking for help in my purchase and the tender was very rude! Did not want to help us at all! The tender was flippant and acted like we were being rude? I have never been treated badly at a dispensary, tenders usually want to help me find the best product not be condescending read more

This may be my 15th review on cannabis shops.. as I've stated many times before, the only way to get a bad review this with bad service. What should have taken 3 minutes took about 25. The ordering system is set up so a budtender has to find you and then write down your order, then turn it in to someone behind a wall that then gets your order. They give you this restaurant buzzer that buzzes when it's your turn to go up and pay. The whole thing to me could be avoided. A very good selection of flower and anything else you might need. But expect to waste some time standing around waiting for your number to be called. read more

There is an older guy with long white hair who took masking so seriously. He yelled at me multiple times for just minor things. He flipped out because my foot touched the duct tape 'barrier' and he was so rude that I just quit smoking because I didn't want to go to this store anymore. I guess it's a blessing in disguise but I really do think that older guy with roughly shoulder length white hair should probably be fired. His attitude was just beyond rude, multiple times, he has given me a lecture multiple times for simply trying to shop there. I'm a fairly quiet guy, I wear headphones when I go out, and I don't try to make a scene ever but this guy really, really rubbed me the wrong way. There are so many nice people who would love to work at this store, just get another worker. It would probably improve the rating of this store. If you let that guy go, I'll change this to a 5 star review. read more

We drive down from Battle Ground because the prices are great & the staff is so fantastic.

I would not purchase anything at all but if you do nothing above a eighth from these people. They stock old Bud and so if you buy an ounce and it's old and rancid and sweet, smelling and disgusting you're screwed. You will have to take that home and smoke on it and they don't care. They lady told me you can always throw it away. I spent $200 and she told me to throw it away. I don't recommend them they don't care about your money or value it's all about the sale and their bottom line THEY DON'T DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS I recommend Fire and Frost, Craft, or The Herbery. Main Street marijuana, are a bunch of crooks, they know what they're doing they know they are selling old bud....don't purchase large amounts of bud from these people once again I'd only stick with 1/8ths if you buy anything at all. If not you'll end up like me with a $200 ounce from a year ago that taste and smell rancid. DON'T TRUST THEM. They could have offered me a coupon or something. I'm furious. read more

I didn't go to this store for its services, but I did witness an altercation that occurred today on its premises while at a local tattoo parlor. The altercation was handled with what can only be described as "stern classiness," despite the person causing it not calming down in the slightest. Also, I later saw their security guard walking up and down the streets picking up trash. I don't partake, but if I did, this is where I would buy my product, the business owners and employees really respect this community! read more

I walked in and one other person was being helped. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes while employees just joked with each other and fulfilled online orders for people who weren't there. So I just left. Theres no organization, there's no order. Just absolute chaos. The weed has also gone way downhill. I've had multiple bags with seeds in them, and when I ask about it they just said oh yeah that companies not great. Except for that an employee recommended it? And it's happened multiple times. Everyone working is absolutely ripped and has no idea what is it isn't in stock. I'm done going here. You're better off going to high end market place or the herbery. read more

I love you guys, but you need to pick ONE! Either List the actual THC content, or call it what it is, the total cannabinoids. But listing it as the THC percentage using the total cannabinoids percent makes it really hard to shop at your store. - (I don't think your employees appreciate it either- having to flip over every single package to show me the actual THC percent) read more

Wow! This is the best place in the Northwest to get that bad boy! Came in last night for a reup of that sticky stank and was blown away by the prices! NWCS flower is the lowest priced fire I've ever seen! Im talkin low low! My budtender, name of Darnald Sprangus, pointed out some beautiful ounce jars that I could probably covert to store my quartz crystal collection between charges after I smoked up all that beautiful nug nug encased in that hittah. Gang-Gang! They recently got a beautiful mural installed of a magical spaceman floating amongst a jungle of some bubonic chronic that made me pause and reflect upon my own life, and what I might accomplish if I keep plowing along and working at my goals rather than getting tripped up in all the trivialities of this modern world and the focus on divisive politics and social media technologies which I believe have been constructed to keep us separated from ourselves and the true meaning of life, the real meat and potatoes connection that we're all put here to try to learn from and grow to spread to every being and thing that we collide into as we struggle to make it through the day to day rat race trapping us from becoming the majestic rastafari lions dwelling within us all: Love. Really started spiraling in on myself until my buzzer rang and I had to go up and pick up that fire ganja. When leaving, I noticed the doorman had on some cool black gloves that really put my mind at ease. If you're in the NW, I don't know why you would go anywhere else. Take a chance, Columbus did! read more

well I don't review companies but this place really grinds my gears. I believe the bud-tenders are given some type of compensation to sell certain brands. I came in for a phat panda sell and the bud tender pushed probably the worst brand he could have. it was uncured and had seeds. I could have paid less for a way better product. Do Not! I repeat do not listen to the staff recommend unless you enjoy bud that taste terrible and full of seeds. I will only go in for sales but recommend not support this company!! read more

This place has everything! It's definitely the biggest dispensary I've been to in the Portland/Vancouver area. The reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 because they lack customer service. They're not as friendly as they used to be. You don't really get greeted when you walk in. Such a bummer. I come here for the products and they always have quality stuff for the cheapest prices! Never lets me down... It is always busy here so expect that when you come in there's a wait. You pick out what you like, pay in cash, then they'll give you a number and call your name! read more

I have been very happy with MSM with some awesome pricing and strains that I could not get elsewhere. They also have really improved the service. HOWEVER I made a trip today to get a $15 ounce! Yes $15! I called to make sure it wasn't really old at that price and asked the harvest date. I was told 7/11/2022. Ok that sounds like it will be almost too fresh! I get it home and see the harvest date for the Obama Kush says 08/11/2022! How can today be 08/14/22 and have this harvested 3 days ago. I am sorry, but I don't understand how it could be harvested, dried and packaged AND delivered in 3 days. I have noticed that many growers are not putting on harvest dates on the label. I don't like that - we all know that THC denigrates with time, so we should know how old or how fresh the bud is. Just edited to add one star as that bud is not too bad. Killer for $15 a zip! read more

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I'm always treated well, and they run efficiently. I have a digestive disorder that means a medication can take 2-7 hours to have an effect and they carry "nano" gummies which shortens the time to 1hr-90min. I came here from California where there's a 38% tax on every product so my money goes SO MUCH FARTHER. I like the people who work here. Never had a problem. read more

The customer service here is far below subpar, and the management is known throughout the community as being shady. A very disappointing first visit to this shop. I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and immediately helped by a nice gentleman with long hair. I chose a couple products with him, then walked around to check out the store. I had asked for a 0.5g cartridge but he wrote down 1g, which I didn't notice until another budtender was helping me, who acted like I was nuts when I asked to switch to the 0.5g. I guess they advertise two price points, but don't have both in inventory. I felt rushed and ended up with distillate (which I don't care for) vs. co2. I strongly dislike that the default is not to choose the product you receive. My budtender was surprised and hesitant when I asked to physically look at a jar. Had I not caught it at register, I would've been given a different strain than I had asked for. They then sent my order back and I stood around waiting 10+ minutes for them to switch that one product. I almost wish I had ended up with the wrong strain, as maybe it wouldn't have been harvested in November 2018 (it is now September 2019). Driest, harshest weed I have *ever* purchased at a weed store. There were zero concentrates which I felt were worth my money. Pre-roll selections were sorely lacking. I asked for something higher end and my budtender drew a blank, other than a 5pk for $41. I spent $100+ and would not recommend this shop. Edited to add (and a star subtracted): check out the replies from "Adam H." on some of these negative yelp reviews. Yikes!!! Dude cannot take criticism. I was considering giving this place a second chance, but now there is absolutely no way. read more

Bought a vape pen that started leaking oil in. Y mouth in the first pull. Thought it bAck literally working forty five minutes of buying it, with the full receipt and everything and not only did they refuse to return it they were rude af about the whole ordeal. Trash, plus they have terrible customer service when you walk in you can be waiting forever to even be greeted. Save your money, their weed is stale as hell anyway. That's actually the whole reason I started vaping. UPDATE: after I left my review, the owner Ramsey Hamde looked up my business (which he's never been to) and left a one star review. I sent him a message asking why he left the poor review as I'm a barber and I don't recall ever cutting his hair, and this guy sent me a bunch of FB messages literally threatening to kill me (I posted a picture of the thread in the picture section). Absolutely insane. I have a one year old son and wife that I support by working seven days a week, true story. The fact that the owner of this business would rather threaten to literally kill me than find a return policy that isn't from the eighteenth century should tell you everything you need to know about this business. Stop 3 of 4 on my Vancouver "Cannabis Clinics" tour. The Bad: This place was kind of the K-Mart of pot shops. It's cramped, it's plain, & there's a fan running in the corner instead of having AC. By far the busiest of the shops I checked out, and it made me feel rushed to leave. (not really their fault) The Good: It's not pretty, but this was actually my favorite stop on my tour. Anything they're doing wrong, they make up for it by nailing the things that they're doing right. Attentive sales staff (even on a crazy busy day). Easy to browse the product and see the prices (bonus points). A binder with additional information, including effects, flavors, etc. As far as I know, this was the only place presenting the product in this way, and I really liked it. Last but not least, GREAT prices. Overall the prices on the product seemed to be lower across the board, though it could just be that the layout helped you find cheap options. Not a perfect experience, but more than made up for it with some of the other perks. read more

Service was great, but the weed was a major disappointment. The only strain left was Fast and Vast so I bought 2 grams. It got me high fast but it didn't last long so I kept having to smoke more, which sucks because it cost $50. Another thing, it tasted bad and left a really gross aftertaste. My advice is to save your money until prices drop and they get new strains. Also, they only accept cash and they have an ATM inside read more

I went in looking for a CBD gummy, yes I know there is THC in most gummies but I was looking for a 10:1. CBD:THC. I came home with a 10:1 THC:CBD and one with no CBD. I have no receipt so I cannot return it and i cannot use it. Super frustrating! read more

Unfortunately I have to leave another review because I don't appreciate being bullied (especially me being a cancer patient) by whoever's in charge of the main street yelp review. Completely unnecessary and if you really wanted to fix your customer service base you would reach out and make it better instead of insulting your customers with your bratty remarks.
