I came back to the same location and mentioned to them I asked for a different brand and did not get what I asked for. The same budtender said it was possible and it was a managers thing. He called over if I recall correctly, 'Tristian'. Politely I mentioned I wanted the Hellevated prerolls and not mule extracts and I'd like to exchange them. He said they don't do returns, I mentioned other locations have done this (mind you it's within the timeframe that I walked out and came back after purchasing) and he said not for flower. These were prerolls, still in the same rubber band bundle I was handed. So I unfortunately had to spend an additional $35 to get my 6 I asked for on top of the $27 I spent already.
