Had an awful experience with this company. Not only was I overcharged (my bank statement showed a charge that was almost double the advertised price), the product didn't work. I tried it in front of the delivery person and it didn't work, so I returned it to him. Next thing I know, I am being accused of harassment. It was crazy. Go with a different delivery service! read more

On time, helpful, huge selection, low prices, cannot go wrong with these folks and their wares, fr.

I ordered the NIGHT BEFORE and when it finally arrived the next day, my entire order was wrong literally nothing I ordered was in the bag. Then, when I called to let them know, the lady was very nice shoutout to her. They were going to resend my order until I got a phone call that what I specifically ordered from here for (Triple chocolate chip) was down to less than a gram.... super disappointed and upset that my order which was done a day ahead wasn't one of the first to be packaged (CORRECTLY) I feel like they should have let me know BEFORE they brought anything that they were out. I only ordered an 8th it shouldn't have been out since yesterday with no update to customer or menu. A lot of money to receive NOTHING I paid for. read more

Today was my first and last order with Kush Cart. Placed my order online and selected Debit as my checkout method. Driver showed up and was expecting cash. No biggie. Asked the driver if I could walk a block over and get the cash to which he replied no he was told they cannot wait for any period and he would have them call me to sort it out. Literally face to face with the driver, product in hand, ATM a block away and his solution was to leave so he could come back in a few hours. Completely inept business practices. read more

Kush Cart - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me

See all

First the amount and quality of product that they have on their website is crazy, the price is great and the delivery service was stellar!! There is no way that i could have gotten ready, gone to a dispensary and got back home in the amount of time it took Ken to get here with my merchandise. I'm looking forward to meeting the rest of delivery team and if they keep treating me like a rockstar I might just have the whole company over Christmas morning! Ha! read more

Elias A was awesome! Very helpful, communicative, and fast. Great deals and an amazing service. One of my fave ways to get bud. :-)

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! This dispensary uses a payment company called Stronghold which has no website, no address, and no phone number. I spent an hour trying to make it work in order to pay, turns out it doesn't work with my major bank which the very unhelpful employee who sent me the Stronghold link knew but didn't bother to tell me. Now this mystery company has my name and financial information and I have no way to contact them. Kush cart employees were extremely unhelpful and in fact hung up on me when I asked for a phone number for their payment service, Stronghold. And it turns out that after I told them to cancel my order they made the delivery anyway, which I had no way of paying. This company is a mess. There are plenty of good dispensaries out there, this one should be avoided. read more

A terrific cannabis delivery service - professional, polite, and friendly delivery people, excellent and wide selection of cannabis products, and always punctual. The one time I had an issue with delivery (either the delivery person forgot my order at the store, or the store forgot to prepare my order for delivery) someone from Kush Cart called me to apologize and explain what happened, which I really appreciated. Also love that Kush Cart accepts CanPay for cashless transactions. read more

Kush Cart - It was a long night! - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me

Delivered right on time (within 2 hours!) and the process was super efficient/user friendly. Free delivery was a plus. I was a little doubtful as they only had one review on yelp and I wondered if they were available but after an automated email, I received another email that assured me my order was being prepared along with more personalized information on the delivery. Loved that there was always easy access to a number for questions/help--though I didn't need it. Had a blast going through their pricing/coupons prior to ordering (seriously--amazing prices). Website includes a good amount of information on the buds. Great quality stuff, even included extra raw paper cones :) yay Thanks Eddy! read more
