I've been a regular at Mr nice guy for 2 years now and never had an issue till today. I bought a sauce pen from them the 21st(yesterday) and it was defective. Straight out the box it was stuck and you couldn't pull anything. Know that, I went too return it the 22nd(today) and wasn't given a refund. Only 24hours had passed from me buying the pen and some how the employee at the time(Mathew) accused me of messing up the pen myself. The pen still full he says he can't take it because "I won't get my money back for this." I asked him why even say if the pen doesn't work too bring it back so they can "refund" it if their just gonna accuse customers of messing up a product that was still full and brought back with in 24hours. I'm not an angry person but being accused of messing my pen up with 24hours that made me upset. Especially since Mathew also sold me the pens that day I bought them with the 30% off online order. Really sucks that I have to give such a terrible review. This used to be my go-to dispensary until they raised they're prices. They also stopped labeling they're weed so when you walk in, you have no idea what you're even looking at. Not only that, but I had a horrible experience with one of the employees working there today. I'm not sure what her issue was but she decided to engage herself in a conversation my boyfriend was having with one of the employees we know. And not in a good way. She was helping another customer when all of a sudden she starts to put herself in our conversation, starting an argument all while "trying" to help a different customer. She was never once helpful when she decided to add her two cents, all that came out of her mouth was negativity/insults. I never got her name; black hair, glasses and short in height. Purchased $60 worth of weed here and didn't check inside before I left the store. When I got home I poured it out expecting to see my full 5.9 grams of train wreck and was surprised to see just three small nugs turning out to be 2.3 grams. I went back expecting some compensation and was told I'm a liar and given nothing. How hard can it be to weigh some weed. Wouldn't recommend this incompetent store to my enemy! Not the best customer service.. I saw a deal on Leafly for what appeared to be a fire strain and deal! I called in to make sure they still had some because i was sure they would be running low with such a good one running. So i called to make sure they still had some, they did. I get in the dispensary and he says he has a fresh bag! I was so excited only to be let down by him saying it wasn't the same price as it was on Leafly. He didn't even offer me any type of discount on the product or anything else in the store so i pretty much drove there for them to tell me it was not priced as advertised and they weren't willing to makeup for their mistake.. I have been going to Mr. Nice Guy now for a little over a year. It's really only about two blocks from my home so I have enjoyed the convenience of a short walk or a 1 to 2 minute drive. I have enjoyed all of my shopping experiences up until today. I have been on average spending around 100$ a week so ruffly 400$ a month. I have been buying dabs and cart's from them as my main source of get high. I bought a cart this morning, I went home and tried it only to find out it doesn't work. Its not clogged up, you can pull through it just fine but when you light it you get nothing. I took it back with a receipt just hours old and took in to a guy named Brandon. He looked at the cartridge took it with him walked out the room, came back in and said nope I tried it; it works your wrong. (I did not get to see him test it) I said its a full unused cartridge with a receipt that doesn't work why can't I return it? He again said your wrong it does work your out of gas I can't help you. (He doesn't know multiple people tried it with multiple batteries) I explained if he did not return it since I was within the return policy I would no longer be shopping there and his response was that is not my problem its yours. Mind you guys I am a stoner I have been smoking over 25 years I am not going to try and take something back that works that I can get stoned off of. If the cartridge would have been used then I could see them having a bitch about it. We tried for a couple hours on a couple different batteries before deciding to even return it. (I do not enjoy being a difficult person) This experience with them and their lack of customer service has left a bad taste in my mouth and left me with a broken cart. I will not be using them or recommending them to any of my friends or family. If your buying top shelf flower they might have something for you but if your buying something that you might possibly have to return I would strongly recommend against that. Even though they say they have a return policy in place for defective products they in fact don't stand by it. I used to go here as my regular dispensary. Even when prices raised I continued to make my same purchases. Recently I interacted with an employee I didn't recognize. I told her I wanted an assortment of pre-rolls that were indica or indica-leaning hybrids. I bought around six different strains she suggested. After my second panic attack, I Googled the strains and they were sativa. All. Of. Them. I had been very clear with her about why I didn't want sativa. I don't know if she was pranking me or just knows nothing about her job. After that, it goes without saying that I'll never be back. Which is a shame because the rest of the staff is so nice. Very disappointing Dispo! Definitely amateur hour in there. Very spacious with ample parking, but the place is empty. I stopped by to check out their advertised eigth of Space Queen for $18.75(which they were out of :/). I gave a fair look at a couple of their "top" shelf for $50 & I am dumbfounded at how they pay the bills. I am not joking in the slightest when I say that their Bottom Shelf was the absolute worst Bottom Shelf I have ever seen in a Dispo. It has been at least 15 years since I have seen such quality weed. This place is trash. My friend and I drove 25 minutes to this dispensary because according to Leafly, they had really good deals on good strains. When we arrived and asked about specific deals, the budtender literally laughed in our face. When I suggested that they update their page, the same budtender laughed again and said "oh was that Leafly, haha, yeah never trust Leafly.." At this point I was pissed off and completely over it but thought I'd ask about another deal on pre-rolls of a specific strain that I wanted and they didn't have that either. Sadly, my friend felt pressured into buying this mediocre ounce because it was so quiet and awkward, it made it hard for us to just leave with nothing because we were sorely disappointed. We regret having given them any business at all but will definitely not be returning. Do not trust the Leafly menu for this place and don't go with expectations because you will likely get let down.
