Applied here through a Craigslist post the same day it was posted on the 8th. Called to check what…read morewas needed, how they wanted us to apply since the post was vague. applied after that, and called the following morning to follow up. Was told by some guy who answered that they weren't doing the hiring and had zero information. Asked to be contacted back to make sure my application/resume went through, and he Kept telling me it probably did but wouldn't tell me for sure or take my info. So I waited two days and called again. The hiring manager, Audrianna, said she would "call mid week the following week to set up interviews". Didn't hear back all week so I called the following Friday, the 10th, and was told she was sick and would be calling Monday to "set up interviews". Monday comes and goes, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was MLK day, and even waited the full day Tuesday, and called again Wednesday and was finally informed, by what I assume to be the same uninformed guy from before, that they already filled the position. Got strung along for two weeks, excuse after excuse, promised to get a call to set up an interview, and nothing. Finally informed the guy who was there, who had zero clue of anything, to just take my name out of the running and to get rid of my application/resume. Don't want to work for people like that. Also, they don't require their employees to have knowledge about vapes so I'd go somewhere where they actually know what they are selling and can answer questions for you. Sad that businesses are allowed to treat people like this. ‍

I think the mission statement of this business should be: "Customers suck and waste our time."…read more Today marked the third -- and final -- time I'll walk into this place. I'm a pretty patient person and usually give people the benefit of the doubt, but at this point I'm convinced this level of poor customer service is either trained or tolerated. Totally unacceptable. It's unfortunate because the location is actually very convenient, but eventually you reach a point where you refuse to keep being treated like you're an inconvenience for simply walking through the door. At this stage, I honestly wouldn't be surprised to eventually drive by and see a "Going Out of Business" sign -- or the place boarded up entirely. "Under New Management" would probably be the best-case scenario.

They do not actually give you a refund and now that I have personally unfortunately gave orchard cannabis market a 2nd chance. I had to find out the hard way for myself. Then wouldn't you know it, I go to write a review and I see similar situations with cartridges from other people, disappointed and upset. Customers that should be valued. Do not buy cartridges at this store. There is better prices at nearby cannabis stores. Furthermore stop pretending that you have an exchange refund policy if you really actually don't . Let's be honest. The root of it, stop giving your customers bad products. Shame on you. FYI, manager, I've seen your comments on other extremely unhappy customer reviews. Save it! you're only trying to save face. You do not need you to write me back and tell me some pretend fake you care spiel. You don't. You have every authority to make this matter better for myself and the other unhappy customers. You haven't but you've taken the time to go put some fake comment on their review. Along the lines of, your hands are tied. No your hands are not tied. You have the authority and power to correct something your store sold as a faulty product or broken product. That's why you're the manager you choose not to correct the situation. Vancouver is saturated with cannabis stores. customers shouldn't have to treat themselves to poor experience and low quality products. I would also like to note that I've gone to a large range of cannabis stores between Oregon and Washington over the past decade. I have bought many cartridges and I have never had issues with my cartridges and this store was two for two. I have also never taken the time to complain about any recreational fun store until today. That should speak volumes.
