He insisted the hours online were correct, while simultaneously telling me you close at 10:55... which makes zero sense. When I tried to show him, he got dismissive and rude like I was the problem. If your hours are wrong, fix them. If they're right, then follow them. Either way, the attitude was unacceptable, completely unprofessional, unhelpful, and just straight-up lazy customer service. Management: do better. Between the confusion and the "I don't care" attitude, this was a terrible experience.
