Since, someone else has already given a 2 star review, I will do the same, even if I think they deserve less. I'm not a Karen... just a nice guy who wants some normal treatment. The customer service here is super annoying, especially in the era of coronavirus. I get the rules in place, but they were quite rude about how far we were supposed to stand and how many people were allowed to be inside. Look, if you're scared of getting covid19, just close your shop. Otherwise, treat your customers with some respect. I am willing to appease to your restrictions. Some normal cordiality is the least of expectations. We're not talking about Charles Dickens here. Also, I think part of good customer service is empathy, which they lacked. They were treating me like I'm some Oliver Twist. My driver's license expired in the middle of coronavirus, and I had no means of getting it renewed because the DMV, a state-level government agency was closed. Sometimes, it's okay to use common sense. I'm in my early thirties. Just take my money. I want to give it to you. I'm not a damn minor. I would likely not return due to shitty service and shitty attitude. They don't have that great of a selection either. I was straightforward and honest about my expired license. It's no one's fault I couldn't get it renewed. It's their fault for providing shitty customer service. In fact, if they just politely refused by apologizing, I would have been better off. But they were quite rude about not taking my money, as well. I was polite. I'm usually polite because I grew up in a Vietnamese family. We are polite.

I've seen this place for as long as I can remember, but normally only partake in cigars when gifted or with somebody more knowledgeable in the experience. Recently, I was gonna get a gift for a family member and decided to stop in and lean on their expertise in the selection process. Straight out of the gates, I know I love this place with a warning sign, letting potential thieves, know that both patrons and employees may be carrying. The iconic wooden statue out front and even better the big brass antique register up front. Now I don't know much about what they had going on there, but I can tell you I have quite a feeling this is a gem of a shop and being there about 15 years as I was told it seems that they have a great customer base Steered towards some pipe tobacco they gave me the option of bulk or more bespoke tins. Where are the tins go for multiple times the price of the standard bulk. They could've easily taken one look and up sold me to something five times the price but instead they recommended something that they would smoke a fraction of the price.
