It wasn't until I asked if they could actually give me a quote that they decided to look. If someone is calling, it's usually because they need a quick answer -- not to be told to check the website. I ended up calling another Mary Jane's with no problem at all and bought the items there instead. Definitely disappointing customer service.

Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly, if they don't have what your looking for they can find it. I'm kind of funny with my flavors, but they have everything I would like. Recently I sampled a new flavor by "Coastal Clouds", it's called "Straberry Tart", the flavor reminds me of the Baskin and Strawberry cheesecake Icecream, simply delicious, and bonus, it comes in 100ml bottles. I'm used to these smaller glass shops selling mostly expensive artistic pieces, however I was pleased to see a good mixture! Plenty of affordable mid-line stuff as well as your generic cheap junk, and plenty of support for local glass artists too! Something in every price range really. I went in with my hubby looking for a new water pipe and left with a (in my opinion) gorgeous soda-lime glass piece. It caught my eye on the shelf the moment we walked in and at only $45 I think it was a steal. The owner was also friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. He seemed very happy to talk about his shop and about anything on display with candidness. At no point did I feel like he was pressuring us to consider the more expensive pieces and seemed more concerned with matching me to what I wanted. The only complaint I really have is that it's in a bit of an awkward location on a pretty jacked up intersection.
