If you're gonna have foreign cashiers, they need to understand the words that your customers are saying because I went and bought two drinks and I needed some change back in order so I said I wanted to pay three dollars on my card and then he charged it completely to my card and said that I couldn't get any change after I had thoroughly explained the situation and it seemed like he had comprehended it. He just told me OK swipe your card and then charged it all to my card. This place is hell in a handbasket because of how stupid the employees are do not recommend not even that, but my fiancé has found a couple of false card readers that steal your information on not only their gas pumps, but the card readers inside as well, so not only is this place dumb as hell but they're scamming you from your money so don't go back or at all read more

Went there to grab slurpee with my daughter one day The cashier, not sure if he's the owner or not, it's an Indian man. Had the audacity to say that the slurpee is making my daughter fat (in his broken English), because it has a lot of calories. DO NOT SHOP HERE I go to this 7/11 once a week with my son to get candy and snacks. We usually load up on snacks to refill our snack drawer. Anyways, tonight they held us at the register and accused my son and I of stealing. My son is 4 years old. We had everything we were trying to buy on the counter. The lady called me out on the intercom or speaker and told my son and I to empty out our pockets. I was in complete shock and so embarrassed because I have never had a problem at this store before. They refused to let me pay for my stuff until we emptied our pockets. We had nothing on us. My son had his pockets full of his toys he brought FROM HOME like he always does. We didn't even receive an apology after they saw we didn't steal anything. Then they refused to give us a bag for our stuff. I came home in tears and told my mom what had just happened. My mom and her husband went to confront the employees about the situation. They said they never saw us in the store and never accused anyone. Basically said I was lying about all of it. I am so disgusted by the actions of the employees of this store, and the things they were saying during the entire interaction was unbelievable. I am so disappointed, do better 7/11. Not sure if it matters but my son and I are Native American. I don't know if this was a racially motivated act or not. read more

I've only ever got gas here. Used to be no problem. Now after coming here for over 4 years all of a sudden I have to go in to prepay. I never know how much it cost to fill my niece's car so it's a problem to prepay. That why I go to certain gas stations! I think what bothers me the most from this new system is when you ask about it they look surprised and then confused and just say, "I don't know why they do that. They just do it sometimes." New ownership and employee are most all related. I visit this store couple times a week. Is close for me.. Several issues here 1. Found credit card skimmer in front of store and on atm. I witness seeing it and also seen my friend find it and ripped it off and threw it at the dude working. 2. They over charged mt dad one morning. He bought 2 packs of smokes for 20 bucks. The receipt said he pre paid 20 and spent 20. Total 40 bucks. He disputed it with his bank and they gave him his money back right away same day actually. 3.They accuse people of stealing embarrassing them over the intercom even call the store and say they seen shit that they suspect but are positive happen. 4. There just rude even pretending to jot speak English like they don't understand all the sudden? Honestly the only employee worth a shit there is the cute blonde one well the only American well English speaking one that works there now. It doesn't look the greatest from the outside, but it actually looks fine on the inside! I also had great cashiers! It's also right around several popular places, including food and stores, and it's just right off the highway, when coming from Portland! (Not too hard to get to, when coming from Seattle!) I didn't have a problem with this place, and thought that I should review it, when I saw that the reviews weren't that great! (It originally said because of no reviews, but then I published, and saw that there were, hahaha! Not quite sure why I thought that there weren't any, lol!?) I'd probably come back here! I stopped for coffee and food nice people but when I went to pay put my rewards number in and came to $7.48 when he put I gave him $8 total came out to be $6.48 which he took a few seconds he knew what happened and still chose not to give me the $1 he over charged me. read more

I've been going to this 7-Eleven off and on since the mid 90's. Most of their staff are friendly and most importantly to me is they rarely run out of stuff. Lots of options for fountain drinks & coffee. Hot food items aren't too shabby for the price. I like where it's located and the convenience of getting in and out. They do have gas but it's not of very good quality. read more

I spend money at this store everyday. And the other day my battery died, and I needed a jump. I didn't have any cables cuz I'd loaned mine out. As I was trying to get help. The person came out from the store and told me they were going to tow my vehicle if I didn't call a mechanic. I said I'm just trying to get a jump I'll be out of the way in a minute. This is a very nice 7eleven It. has been known to have some pretty great coffee. Big fan of it! I stopped in on my way to Washington from San Diego and i was surprised at how friendly the attendant was, although I did not get his name. I got coffee and some snacks for the lady asleep in the car, also got some pastries which were very good. There was a homeless man right outside the door begging everyone for money but that is to be expected in Vancouver, WA. read more

I was in a hurry...had to stop by for gas and some quick/cheap snacks 7-11 was the next store ahead I go in after gas n up and ask for "2 slices of Pizza for $2" The 7-11 Rep points to the 1 slice of dried up pizza jerky and says "we just have 1 slice..." I was like, "I just want the $2 deal your advertising" The Rep tried his best to sell me on that 1 slice I did not succumb So, he finally suggested to cook up another pizza I accepted. This place is convenient and close to where I work. A good place to stop for a bottle of water, pack of gum, lottery tickets or even an unhealthy snack. They also are consistent with the lowest gas prices in the area. read more

Employee Amy working a night shift around 11 pm on 7/8/2020 was extremely rude and demeaning to 2 customers who were ahead of me. She Instigated many arguments where she used unprofessional and rude language towards people who were not doing the same. At approx. 11:42 pm I walked in to 7-eleven to make a purchase walk in with my service animal and was told by front counter clerk "Randy" that you will have to leave your animal outside according to the sign outside. I was appalled by the statement complied then went outside and saw the Washington state law service animal disclosure statement. I came back in the store and explained to Randy that my Siberian Husky is a service animal and is here to assist me. Randy then stated you look fine to me. I told Randy you have no right to make a medical determination on me and infringing on my rights. I proceeded to get my item then have him ring it up. As Randy rang up my order he continued to embarrassed me in front of other customers and agitate me and my service animal saying I am not your slave and here not to serve you. Feeling totally humiliated I left. At approx. 12:06 am I made a call and requested to speak to Management. I explained my issue and Management stated that I had to produce paperwork to verify my animal was indeed a service animal. I then said thank you and ended call. I believe this is not 7 eleven and this employee going by Randy (older caucasian male) should be terminated and store owners and managers re educated on Federal and State Service Dog rules and regulations. read more
